Great location walking distance to the wharf area. Dolphin tours right outside the hotel. Easy parking, check in, and large pool. Not heated btw. Would stay again. Not walking distance to beach however.

Lovely hotel and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area very clean and well kept. Area around hotel is beautiful with a few restaurants to choose from. Free self parking! Nice breakfast. Highly recommend

This place was excellent for the price. 15 minute ride to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was nice. Plenty of seating. Rooms were very clean & beds were comfortable. Was able to check 2 hours early which I thoroughly appreciated. Staff was polite.

The only complaint I had was the parking. I was not satisfied there were not an designated parking for hotel guest during the new year festivities. There were people who didn't stay at the hotel taking up all of the parking spots from the actual guests.

My daughter and I took a girls trip to the beach for a long weekend. This property was beautiful! Within walking distance to some lovely shops and many wonderful eateries. The bar and grill at the property itself is a total understatement. It may be labeled bar and grill, but it is fine dining at it's best!! You will NOT be disappointed!! I can't wait for next years trip!! We WILL be going back!!

Stayed 2 nights for a concert. The hotel it amazing. Appreciated the free breakfast. I do think $819 a night bc a concert is ridiculous but can’t drink and drive so here we are lol. I also wish the pool had a tiki bar with drinks and snacks. The restaurant is not convenient for the pool but overall we will stay here again. The staff here is wonderful!!

We had an amazing stay, the staff was super helpful, our room was clean, the hot tub worked, the pool was clean and the staff took great care of us during our stay!! We will be back next year!!!!!

Upon arriving, we had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby due to a system failure, even though I had already been sent a text stating our room was ready. Finally get up to the room and the floors were filthy and there was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Day 2 after housekeeping had serviced our room and still not even swept much less mopped, I went to front desk to request the floor be cleaned and the clerk acted as if I were requesting one of his kidneys. After arguing with me for a few minutes he finally put in the service request. We returned later in day to find same nasty floor. It remained dirty for the 6 days we were there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially since by the time we walked from the bathroom to bed our feet were black from the sand/dirt on the floor. The bathroom door lock was broken. I reported that the first day. It was never addressed. The pool was very nice, but the hot tub was also filthy with hair, leaves, etc. There were two ladies at the front desk that were quite pleasant, and two employees working breakfast that were hospitable. They did serve a nice breakfast every morning and the location to The Wharf was stellar. The lobby, elevators and hallways all seemed clean.

Our bed sheets were dirty. It had a big red spot looked like blood, I told the front desk about it and they told me to come down to get new sheets so I could change but I don’t think that’s right

We loved the hotel. It was close to the Wharf and a short drive to the beach. We loved how modern the rooms were and how clean everything felt. The separate rooms for shower and toilet were great. The curtains kept the room dark. It was convenient to have a mini fridge in the room. The complimentary breakfasts weren’t that great, and the beds were small for a queen size but other than that we loved the hotel. We will stay again and upgrade to a king bed if available!

Like we’re there was a restaurant right next to it had good food and can walk to the stores and other restaurants. But needed better breakfast selections. And told the people at the Desk that the room the sink was slow draining in the restroom area. And also did not like the a/c was on a Motion sensor so if you was gone out of the room it will turn off and don’t move a lot sleeping you burn up. Or you have to turn the temp low to compensate for it.

It's just a quick walk to The Wharf! Our bay view room with a balcony was a nice size. We liked that the bath/shower room was separate from the toilet room. Friendly staff, nice pool area and good breakfast.

We booked this property to be close to the Wharf Amphitheater as we were attending the Thomas Rhett concert. We requested an early check in on the email that we got the day before. When we arrived at 3 pm, our room was not ready. We went back at 4 pm and the room they had assigned was not ready, but they put us in 507. The front desk staff was concerned that we "might be too close to the elevator" but as we had dinner plans, we needed to get in the room and accepted 507. We had issues from the get go with the air conditioning, which resulted in having to sleep in another room at 10 pm the first night and being forced to "completely vacate the hot room" on the second night at 11 pm in order to move to a cooler room down the hall. The day manager, Michelle, did all she could to help, but it was the after hours staff that were making decisions that directly affected the enjoyment of our stay. Although this property is very convenient to the Wharf amphitheater, the lack of compassion and concern by the night staff over what was apparently a problem from check in with our air really left a sour taste in my mouth. Had they moved us when we first checked in and realized the air conditioning in that room was flawed, we would have enjoyed our stay much more. Do better, Marriot!

The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. However, the breakfast was horrible! Especially, the second day on Sunday. The egg on the English muffin was rubbery and the English muffin was soggy. The waffles were soggy and tasted doughy inside. There needs to be a toasted effect when eating waffles and English muffins. Since there was no gravy on Sunday I couldn’t eat the scrambled eggs. Otherwise the eggs taste fake. It would be nice to have fruit available besides a banana. The coffee was watered down therefore for 2 days I had to go else where to get my coffee. There was also no whole milk available. The orange juice tasted fake. Very disappointed in the breakfast since the hotel and rooms are awesome. We did get locked out of our room for 25 minutes while waiting on maintenance. We understand batteries can go bad for the key fob. Would love to stay there again and would love to recommend this place. Improve on the breakfast and we would love to come back. Thank you! Mrs. A. The property was in a good location, pretty convenient to everything. The only thing i disliked was the bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, it was lumpy and felt like i was sinking into a hole. I woke up with a backache both days we stayed.

Room new, large and clean. TV worked well without having to log into apps or whatever else other stays make you do. Never used WIFI. Our biggest complaint was with the King bed. Mattress very hard, lumpy and otherwise very uncomfortable. Was told at check out that mattress was fairly new. Also, we got a handicap room. My wife has some back problems. The no step in bath was a plus. But, who came up with the idea of not putting a frame under the bed. The bed was so low, you practically had to fall into bed. One other thing. It seems to be a rare occasion to have a digital clock with the correct time showing or even working in a hotel room. The clock in this room was working, but, time incorrect. Found the "time set" buttons, but, could not get time to change.

We booked a balcony and when we get there the place is over booked. We asked to have the room we booked they told us our room was given to a rewards member…. How did they know that we were not also members. I use to work at the reniassance. I have a membership. And reward points don’t help me because I barely have time off !!!! And it doesn’t help that the front desk laughed at us and our failed attempt to save our vacation

I was very satisfied with Spring Hill Suites. The staff was very helpful, especially Jesse. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I left a charge cord for my electrical scooter and the staff handled getting it back to me expeditiously. I was very impressed with everyone there and the facility as well.

The entire hotel staff were very helpful. Hotels.com, however, I have used this company for the last time. It should not take an act of congress to add a method of payment when there is an issue. I will never and I repeat never use hotels.com ever again. Marriott on the other hand, has a gained a new customer.

When we arrived we did not have a room,after traveling 12 hrs. Stephanie at the front desk quickly resolved the issue. She had us in a room in just a few minutes. She was great! The rooms were clean and nice. This hotel is close to the dolphin cruises and 5 miles from a public beach access Everyone should consider staying here

Very disappointed when watching TV in lobby with two other frien asked the man at the desk to change station to show Fox News covering Charlie Kirk’s memorial service n he refused. There was NO one bc else in lobby but us 4. Very disappointed in service!!

The property, staff, parking and room conditions were excellent. The breakfast that was available was disappointing. I suggest you go fully continental, and announce/advertise it as such, so your guest wont be disappointed and they will know exactly what to expect. It is amazing how one thing can ruin the whole stay/morning.

Everything was good except for housekeeping. They didn't come at all our first full day, had to call reception to get us towels. They came the second day but told them to come back so they could have an empty room, as we were leaving to go to dinner. We came back and room wasn't done. Had to go to reception and get supplies. The breakfast was great!
