Dejligt hotel med fantastisk morgenmad - dog trænger værelserne til en gevaldig modernisering. Madrasserne var lige til udskiftning. Dejligt pool anlæg - der desværre havde mange ødelagte og manglende fliser, så man skulle passe på hvor man trådte.

Great property within walking distance to Ancient Town! They have a great pool and even better, a free shuttle to A Bang beach where they have access to free beach loungers. Very friendly staff!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time there. There is an adult pool separate from the kids pool so you can relax and enjoy. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach and they have a partner bar there so you can get a free chair on the beach. The only thing I would pass on is their restaurant, while the breakfast is ok and they even make eggs any way you want fresh at the demand, we go the 5 course dinner as it was our honeymoon and it wasn’t great. There are so many amazing restaurants in town so definitely go there. Within a couple of minutes walk you are right in the middle of town with loads of bars, restaurants and even a night market. You can also board the lovely boats that take you around the river. Other than the food, the rest was perfect, the room was spacious, and if you want you have turn down service. The bathroom is great with plenty of amenities and the water pressure was heaven. We wished we had stayed a bit longer there, will definitely book back there if we go back to Hoi an.

The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!

This was a great choice to stay in Hoi An. Close to everything, but not in the middle of the chaos. The staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast was amazing and they provided free of charge drinkable water at every floor. The pool area is nice for a hot day, and both the gym and spa has everything you need. I would absolutely recommend this hotel

Excellent staff (server Trang), cleanliness, and location (15-min walk to old town). Rooms were good but have seen better days (some worn bedding and towels); bathroom amenities were not (pink hand wash and hair conditioner that was like body lotion) and rain-shower needs descaling. Breakfast buffet was tasty and varied; dinner was bland (braised eggplant and banana blossom salad) but many other restaurants near by. The price reflected the value; a solid stay overall.

Our connecting rooms were super clean. The property has a beautiful garden and is just a short walk from Ancient Town. The pool was sparkling and lovely place to relax before or after exploring town. Breakfast buffet had every option imaginable.

It was a beautiful place and a place I visited with high expectations. However, it was a pity that I did not see the beautiful garden to visit after a heavy rain. It was a process of restoring flooded areas, but the staff were friendly and the best thing was breakfast. The room had the beauty of a peaceful old house. It was clean and the bathroom was in good condition. The location was great because everyone could walk around the old town.

The pool and garden areas are beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant has great food choices and the staff is kind and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Super easy to get into the ancient town. We loved our stay. Would absolutely return!

This hotel is in a nice location. Easy to walk to old town and night market, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Grounds and gardens around the hotel are very picturesque with lanterns hanging in trees. Breakfast was good, as usual with this class of hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has invested in significant sound proofing that completely solved the problem older reviews mentioned about the motorbike bridge making noise. They basically enclosed the balconies with soundproof windows. You can open the windows and will be somewhat amazed at the clackety sound of the bridge as motorbikes go over it, but it all goes away when you close the windows. Kudos to the hotel for addressing this issue. They said eventually the government is going to close that bridge to motorbikes, and make it a bicycle and pedestrian only bridge. We used the hotel to book our tours and drivers, and found them to be very competitive vs. booking on our own or using Grab.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel und gut gelegen, an der Spitze der Insel, nicht direkt im Trubel der jede Nacht hereinbricht aber auch nicht zu weit weg. Genau richtig also. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, die zwei Pools zu jeder Seite einer. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr groß und geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und auch das Bad hatte eine angemessene Größe. Das WLAN hier war echt spitze das kann man nicht anders sagen 100Mbit/s und das in einem Hotel!!! Super!!! Auch vom Frühstück waren wir durch weg begeistert, die Auswahl war sehr vielfältig und uns hat alles sehr geschmeckt. Das Personal, egal wer und egal wo, war immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!!! Auch der Ausblick von unserem Balkon auf die Stadt und den Fluss ließ keine Wünsche offen, er war sehr groß und lud zum verweilen geradezu ein. Ein wirklich super Hotel das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!!! Verdiente 5von5 Sterne

Everyone was genuinely engaged and took care of your needs. I was especially impressed by the breakfast buffet which was stunning. I am vegetarian and the hotel always asked me if I wanted anything else made to order, but the choice was so good this was not needed.

The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!

The hotel is very conveniently situated, and everywhere is very walkable. The hotel staff are amazing, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble at all. This is our second time at this hotel, and will return again in March 2025. Breakfast is wonderful, and very varied, and tasty. This hotel beats all the others in the surrounding area, love it!!!

Wir hatten gleich wieder ausgcheckt. Waren was anderes von 5 Sternen gewohnt in vietnam und hatten ein top hotel. Personal nicht so freundlich wie gewohnt. Ausser die hotelmanagerin an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmals!

The staff here are amazing from the check in with Hung and the wonderful staff in the Sol restaurant. You are made so welcome. Tram and Mai on reception helped me with a vietjet air change of flight booking..so grateful to them. The pool area is lovely food in restaurant so good. All meals were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best plenty of Asian and Vietnamese cuisine as well as Western. Couldnt fault anything from pick up to drop off.

We had a wonderful stay at RiverTown Hoi An Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Anything we needed, they provided with efficiency and a warm smile. During our stay, my husband unfortunately fell ill, and the team went above and beyond to assist us. They not only recommended a reputable doctor but also called ahead to ensure the clinic was expecting us and arranged a taxi for our convenience. When we returned, the front desk kindly checked in on us and reassured us that they were available for anything we needed. Their genuine care and concern truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a prime location. I especially loved the pool area, as they have a dedicated space where children under 12 are not allowed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind. While this is rated as a 5-star hotel, and the service, staff, and location certainly reflect that, I do feel that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating compared to other luxury properties we stayed at in Vietnam. That being said, the level of hospitality we experienced more than made up for it. Overall, I truly appreciate the exceptional service from the entire team at RiverTown Hoi An. This hotel is in a nice location. Easy to walk to old town and night market, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Grounds and gardens around the hotel are very picturesque with lanterns hanging in trees. Breakfast was good, as usual with this class of hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has invested in significant sound proofing that completely solved the problem older reviews mentioned about the motorbike bridge making noise. They basically enclosed the balconies with soundproof windows. You can open the windows and will be somewhat amazed at the clackety sound of the bridge as motorbikes go over it, but it all goes away when you close the windows. Kudos to the hotel for addressing this issue. They said eventually the government is going to close that bridge to motorbikes, and make it a bicycle and pedestrian only bridge. We used the hotel to book our tours and drivers, and found them to be very competitive vs. booking on our own or using Grab.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time there. There is an adult pool separate from the kids pool so you can relax and enjoy. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach and they have a partner bar there so you can get a free chair on the beach. The only thing I would pass on is their restaurant, while the breakfast is ok and they even make eggs any way you want fresh at the demand, we go the 5 course dinner as it was our honeymoon and it wasn’t great. There are so many amazing restaurants in town so definitely go there. Within a couple of minutes walk you are right in the middle of town with loads of bars, restaurants and even a night market. You can also board the lovely boats that take you around the river. Other than the food, the rest was perfect, the room was spacious, and if you want you have turn down service. The bathroom is great with plenty of amenities and the water pressure was heaven. We wished we had stayed a bit longer there, will definitely book back there if we go back to Hoi an.

Great Customer Service! This was a lovely boutique hotel located not too far from old town. The breakfast was amazing and our kids really like the hotel. The hotel restaurant was a great place to get food and dinner as well, especially if you are tired and don't want to go back out to the town. We booked a two-room room connecting room but were upgraded to an two-bedroom suite. They had two pools, one for the adults and another for the kids. My only suggestion is that a fence or large tress shoud be put up because the kids' pools was facing a busy street and there was less privacy on that side. Otherwise though, we had a great time and all the staff were very friendly! Totally recommend!

The staff was amazing! The resort was so beautiful with well designed authentic Vietnamese home and flower garden!
