夫婦で何度も利用させていただいてます。スタンダードツインだと部屋は狭いですが寝るだけなので問題ありません。アメニティと部屋着は受付近くに置いてあるので自分で持って行くシステムです。古さも感じますがそれなりに清潔は保たれていて不快に感じたことはありません。朝食も無料にしては品数もあり、部屋に持ち帰って食べることができるので、人が多い時には利用しています。別料金になりますが駐車場もありますし、地下鉄乗り場も歩いてすぐです。電気街に面していてオタロードも近いですし、飲食店も周りにたくさんあって困りません。また利用させていただきます。

체크인 기계에서 직접해야하는데 한국어 영어 일본어 중국어 기능이 있고 무엇보다 직원이 상주해 있어서 옆에서 체크인 도와줍니다 친절했구요 짐 보관 서비스도 있고 체크인 3시부터인데 2시 좀 넘어서 갔는데 체크인 가능했습니다 무료조식도 여러가지라 훌륭했고 서비스도 좋고 위치도 좋고 담에 혼자 가면 또 이용할겁니다 토요코인호텔 이번에 첨 이용해 봤는데 너무 좋아요 선택하시면 후회 안합니다

The room was alot bigger than I thought. It was very clean and air cond. Work excellent. Their is paid laundry on the first floor as well as small amenities like green tea, cute Japanese night gown etc. 10 min. Walk to train station but also alot of good restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are also a anime fan.

道頓堀まで歩いて行けて場所はとても良かったですが、看板などあってもわかりづらくて車では通り過ぎてしまいました。立体駐車場は狭い道を行ったホテル裏にあり、行きづらくて怖かったです。スタッフのかたは皆さんとても親切です。朝食がついていてありがたかったです。乾燥機が割と大きくて洗濯物がしっかり乾いたのもうれしかっです。

The room was clean and had a lot of things available such as a hairdryer, mirror, television, closet. The area from the door to the bed was a bit narrow but it was more spacious once you got past that area. They delivered fresh towels every morning. There is a free breakfast which is buffet style. It was a great stay. The hotel in in the middle of various stores so it was easy to go out and look around. There was a laundry room, microwave, amenities, vending machines in the lobby area. It was a great stay.

久々に夫婦で旅行しました。シングル（セミダブル）朝食付きでこの金額はとってもお得でした。部屋はどちらかといえば狭いですが、痒いところに手が届く感じで別段不快ではなかったです。ただ、エアコンが調子が悪いのかあまり温まらず…こんな狭い部屋なのに寒い。温度をすごく上げて温めました笑朝食食べてたら、他のお客さんも同じ話題でした…そういう設定？不都合はそこだけかなぁって感じでした。チェックインもアウトも機械があるので、あまり待たずに完了するので総合的には便利でリーズナブルないいホテルでした。やっぱり安定の東横INNでした。

設備は無難なビジネスホテル。パジャマや化粧水、お茶、コーヒーの粉などはフロント前のコーナーまで取りに行くシステム。バスルームに洗濯物を干す用のロープ設備があるのは良かった。眺望はゼロ。隣のビルの壁しか見えず、日差しも入らないので、晴れかどうかすら判断出来ない。上の方の階なら違うかもですが。最悪だったのは、壁か床の薄さ。近くに電車が通っているのか？と思うほどの何かゴーッという音が常にしていてテレビの音をだいぶ上げた。階数が多い割にエレベーター2台なので、朝は常に満杯で全然乗れないので、朝ごはんもお出かけも時間に余裕持って動いた方が良い。朝食はそんなに種類は多くはないが、十分なレベル。味は可もなく不可もなく。ただ、食器がプラスチックと使い捨てカップなのが、なんか少々残念な感じ。立地は日本橋(東京で言う秋葉原な感じの街)のど真ん中。なんば駅方面も通天閣も歩いていけるぐらいな感じで、行動はしやすい。

Honestly, this property is very old not that clean. The rooms are really really tiny but it’s worth it if you’re on a top Ramen noodle college student budget and solo traveling for a night. The front desk Lady is really rude. They charge you for towels and nickel and dime you. Honestly, if you’re American, I would not stay here. Doesn’t meet the standards of the representation of the Japanese hospitality.

덕질 여행으로 묵게 된 호텔이었는데 주변 굿즈샵도 다양하고, 편의점도 조금만 걸으면 나와서 좋았어요! 직원 분들도 친절하시고 영어로 소통해주셔서 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 무사히 잘 할 수 있었습니다.

The location is close to the Ebisucho and Namba Nankai train stations, Namba malls, and the Nippombashi area. The breakfast had some staples and some things on rotation and all of it was tasty. Everything was clean and efficient. I would stay here again.

Room was pretty small for two people. Room came with blow dryer, but blow dryer had to be used at the mirror by the bed, there were no outlets available for the blow dryer in the bathroom. Bed was directly next to window, where the window had a balcony just outside of it that ran around outside of the building. Strange and very creepy feeling.
