The only real positives were the large room and the excellent swimming pool. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor appeared not to have been vacuumed, there was hair in the bathroom, the shower and sink were dirty, and we even found a bra from a previous guest in the wardrobe. The shower had very poor water pressure, and the sink leaked, making it impossible to hand-wash clothes. Housekeeping was poor. Staff made the bed and left bottled water but did little else despite our daily cleaning requests. Toilet paper was not replenished until we asked. After we complained, the room was finally vacuumed and the bathroom cleaned, but there was still old dirt on the glass and in the corners. The food was also very disappointing. We ordered the Black Pork platter expecting grilled Jeju black pork, but received something resembling a basic chop suey dish. The pool area was untidy, the gym was worn out with broken equipment that appeared unsafe, and the spa facilities were underwhelming. There were no self-service laundry facilities, and the parking garage was too small, often requiring us to wait for a space. Finally, communication was difficult because very few staff members spoke adequate English. This hotel has potential, but poor cleanliness, weak housekeeping, disappointing food and poorly maintained facilities completely overshadow its strengths. We cannot recommend staying here.

This is the perfect hotel if you need time to rest and recharge. The cliff side of the hotel is so beautiful and they make sure to keep the whole hotel peaceful. Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. I would stay here again.

Huge facility, beautiful garden and surrandings. Long distance to walk to restaurant, convinience store, swimming pool if you end up in a room at the end of the hotel.
