L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé et le personnel très gentil et professionnel, un grand merci à toute l’équipe de la piscine, du Crust et en particulier à Emiliano et Jessica qui nous ont accueillis et très bien conseillé. La nourriture est incroyable, les détails apporté à chaque plat et le brunch un événement à ne pas manquer. Nous reviendrons très certainement une nouvelle fois et remercions toute l’équipe pour l’accueil et la gentillesse dont ils ont fait preuve.

Cannot rate this hotel highly enough - everything about this place is incredible. Staff go above and beyond. Pool amazing. Bar amazing. Links to mall next door. Would 100% recommend this hotel - not one thing I'd change.

Four Seasons hotels are always amazing…. My only comment is that the spa doesn’t do pedicures - they wanted to put me in a tiny room in the hair salon! I opted out… the pool area is nice, but small, and closes early at 6 …

Good: Fantastic hotel worthy of the Four Seasons reputation. What I value the most are: - The Four Seasons app: I travel a lot, accross a series of luxury hotels (Mandarin, etc.) and I can say without a doubt that the Four Seasons app is the most well thought and convenient thing I have seen in the hotel industry. You can order room service as if you were on deliveroo, without picking up the phone and having to look up a menu at the same time. You can costumize the pillows, mattress, etc. by the tip of your finger. You can ask for the room to be serviced, or for water bottles, and it gets done within 15mins. It is genuinely amazing. - The «\xa0work at leisure\xa0» program: complimentary computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, desk chair… They have anything you need. I now travel exclusively to Four Seasons for my holidays, as I know that if I need to work remotely, they will be able to deliver the same setup as I have at my office. To be improved: - Cleanliness was not so good. There was a stain in the carpet, as well as a cut fingernail under the desk when I first entered my room. - The food was not up to what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The classics (club sandwhich, pizzas, steak) were not that good. Food and beverages were way too expensive (especially for the quality, but also relative to the price of a night in the hotel).

Fourseasons We check in with Mary who addressed us by name and was super welcoming she requested to offer us anything until waiting for the room since we arrived prior to check in time. Friday received our car and greet us with his very nice smile and welcoming drink. Staff in the hotel are the best! They are going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I requested my room to be near elevator and received my request. I received a welcoming desserts in the room with a customize note from the guest manager very nice move. Super clean room and bathroom with all needed amenities. Bed is super comfortable and so as the sofa. Tv channels varies with nice selection. I truly loved the art surrounding and usage of perfume diffusers everywhere. The floweriest in the hotel is very creative too. The hotel is an elevator to be in the galleria mall which puts you with endless shopping and dining outlets too. Loved my stay shall definitely return. True four seasons experience with every single detail.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and super efficient, dealing with any requests we made. The room was ideal for our stay, clean and comfortable, although it was a shame there was no balcony at the hotel. The choice of restaurants was an added bonus and It's location was also perfect for our needs.

Everything about my stay here was flawless. A special mention to the young gentleman who checked me in who was very friendly, informative and helpful. The room itself was spotless and the bed so comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail that is typical of the Four Seasons brand. The real credit and highlight to this hotel goes to the amazing staff, everyone from the front desk, bell hops, cleaning and especially the waiters at the bar the level of customer service was nothing short of immaculate. My only downside to my stay was that it was too short.

Four Seasons have to be up there as one of the best hotel chains of current times..The most comfortable beds and bedding and total luxury accommodations all round. Fourseasons We check in with Mary who addressed us by name and was super welcoming she requested to offer us anything until waiting for the room since we arrived prior to check in time. Friday received our car and greet us with his very nice smile and welcoming drink. Staff in the hotel are the best! They are going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I requested my room to be near elevator and received my request. I received a welcoming desserts in the room with a customize note from the guest manager very nice move. Super clean room and bathroom with all needed amenities. Bed is super comfortable and so as the sofa. Tv channels varies with nice selection. I truly loved the art surrounding and usage of perfume diffusers everywhere. The floweriest in the hotel is very creative too. The hotel is an elevator to be in the galleria mall which puts you with endless shopping and dining outlets too. Loved my stay shall definitely return. This property is amazing! We stayed for 3 days and it was an incredible experience! The staff here is amazing and extremely friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with booking for decorations of the room, but Derek the manager was super accommodating and helpful to resolve the issue. 10/10 would recommend! It was truly a wonderful experience.

FS Abu Dhabi was extremely helpful in making my stay feel individualized and special. Not only were they incredibly well provisioned in amenities, but well integrated such that they were able to coordinate an individualized itinerary for me to experience AD in the short time I had there in the span of an afternoon (planning and coordination started in the early afternoon and was ready by the next morning, after confirming the details the night before). Further, as I’ve come to love about the brand, FS finds ways to make every aspect of the stay easy, enjoyable, and personalized.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and super efficient, dealing with any requests we made. The room was ideal for our stay, clean and comfortable, although it was a shame there was no balcony at the hotel. Good: Fantastic hotel worthy of the Four Seasons reputation. What I value the most are: - The Four Seasons app: I travel a lot, accross a series of luxury hotels (Mandarin, etc.) and I can say without a doubt that the Four Seasons app is the most well thought and convenient thing I have seen in the hotel industry. You can order room service as if you were on deliveroo, without picking up the phone and having to look up a menu at the same time. You can costumize the pillows, mattress, etc. by the tip of your finger. You can ask for the room to be serviced, or for water bottles, and it gets done within 15mins. It is genuinely amazing. - The «\xa0work at leisure\xa0» program: complimentary computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, desk chair… They have anything you need. I now travel exclusively to Four Seasons for my holidays, as I know that if I need to work remotely, they will be able to deliver the same setup as I have at my office. To be improved: - Cleanliness was not so good. There was a stain in the carpet, as well as a cut fingernail under the desk when I first entered my room. - The food was not up to what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The classics (club sandwhich, pizzas, steak) were not that good. Food and beverages were way too expensive (especially for the quality, but also relative to the price of a night in the hotel).

I love this property and the services. It’s very convenient in respect of a combined business/leisure stay. The best restaurants Abu Dhabi has to offer are within walking distance, as is the Galeria Mall for some premium shopping. You’re right next to ADGM for work. If you’re looking for more of a beach getaway, this is not the place for you.
