Very comfortable, beautiful and clean facilities. The movie theatre is awesome. Crystal clear pool. Close to all shopping amenities and Burns Beach is a nice place to spend an afternoon on the beach, cafe or under the trees. Would definitely recommend Ocean Reef Homestay. Thank you for such a lovely and relaxing few days.

Ocean Reef Homestay would have to be one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Friendly owners who showed me around pointing out all the facilities that are available. From a spacious kitchen to a very cool theatre and a very welcoming outside entertaining area which includes a pool, a spa pool and a bar. Highly recommend this accommodation. I will definately be going back there.

We had the best stay at ocean reef home stay! They had everything we needed and so much more, including free breakfast, a jacuzzi, pool table/games, a bbq, a pizza oven and so much more. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. It was such a relaxing stay and would highly recommend to any age group!

From the moment we walked through the door we were blown away by how much this property had to offer. Exclusive theatre room, games room, big pool and spa, fabulous outdoor area to rival any in Bali, all the extras like BBQ, Pizza Oven, Fully equipped Gym, and on top of all this Free Breakfast! The bed was comfortable and there are huge TVs everywhere. All for an incredibly decent price. This will be our new go-to for staying in Perth. Thanks. 😊

Both the owner and the guests were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. Many of the guests were elderly, creating a calm atmosphere, and I could sleep well at night. There are facilities such as a theater room, billiards, and a pool, allowing guests to relax all day long. Breakfast includes various types of bread, yogurt, cereal, jam, milk, juice, and more. Sufficient parking space was also provided for guests. Laundry is available for $1 coin for 4 loads. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely like to stay again when I come to Perth.

Comfortable bed, beach towel’s provided, hot/cold external shower for using before and after the pool. Well stocked with DVDs, board games, outdoor games, pool table, pool, spa and books. Shelving and storage for each guest room was clearly labelled. Lovely ambience, very restful

5* all the way, only booked 2 nights but would have been happy to stay 22..The room was, as advertised, with shared facilities which were always kept clean and tidy as were all the communal areas..didn’t use the hot tub or swimming pool but both were available, will happily recommend to family and friends and would return when in the area..Thankyou Jodi and Kyle.

Has everything you need. Conveniently located. Price is very reasonable. Friendly staff. Utensils and stuff are very organized. Room is a bit dusty. Spa water a bit murky. Cobwebs on the ceiling of entertainment area. Ran out of toilet paper..sorry to mention but needed for improvement...overall lovely and enjoyed our stay.Would recommend.

Home away from Home. Relaxed place to stay. Hosts were amazing. Comfortable and clean room. Secure and safe for lone travellers. Only issue is it’s similar to a hostel where you have to share facilities and some people cannot read signs clearly so with one bathroom this made it tricky. No fault to the hosts at all, just unfortunately other guests being inconsiderate. Would definitely stay again and would advise perhaps if only two rooms booked to move them away from each other to allow a bit more privacy. Could hear people chatting away next door. Maybe even offer translation for foreign guests for bathroom and noise rules.

I’ve only been here for a night I’m here a few more nights and I couldn’t have booked a better place 10/10. Great rooms, great amenities, amazing host and yes it does sound like I’m doing too much but trust me if I had things going on in Perth township I would still book here and do the travel 💯. I’ll be bringing my kids back here next time.

There is so much to love about it, I wish I got to stay on the property more. Others had a hard time getting in contact after 6pm, though I only had a minute wait for check in. 10/10 would stay again.

Wonderful place close to the most beautiful beaches in the world. The place is run by Jodi and Kyle, the best hosts you could ever imagine, and its modern, well equiped and clean. The relax area behind with a pool, jacuzzi and bar gives it an extra tropical vibe. Some ongoing and future refurbishment, wich did not disturb my stay, will make the place even more worth while. Better still is a shopping center being built nearby soon, with shops, restaurants and roof top bar. I will definitely come back!

Great place, it has almost everything you needed. I just wish they would move the breakfast time up to 10am, as not all people would eat their breakfast early and have their lunch at exactly 12noon. I would definitely recommend this to my friends in the future. Thank you.
