Hampton Inn & Suites Whitefish

We stayed here when we went skiing at Whitefish Resort. They were wonderful with transportation, picking up and dropping off at the airport and taking us to the Snow Bus. We never had to wait and staff were very friendly. We were on the newly remodeled third floor. Very nice. Used their indoor hot tub.

Comfortable bed, small refrigerator, nice air, clean, and multiple shower heads. Workout room was nice and with pool and hot tub available.

No indication on Expedia or the hotel website that renovations were taking place resulting in not being able to use the hot tub.

Room was clean and very spacious. Hotel and pool were nice, very well-kept, and clean. Bed was a little hard and the pool was a little cold, but those are definitely not deal breakers. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room and comfy bed, friendly staff, nightlight in bathroom, pool and hot spa tub, outdoor seating area with fireplace, varied hot breakfast choices, easy parking, shuttle available to downtown. Cudos to front desk staff - Matt S., Carly C and Haley R. also friendly shuttle driver Morgan H and loved cheerful breakfast chef Liz W. - she cooked me a meatless omelet one morning. Can't say enough good things about our wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a week long trip. Super clean and very friendly and accommodating. We brought our puppy with us and the hotel was very dog friendly (had treats at the front desk and the staff wanted to pet our pup every chance they could!!) The pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Front desk was very helpful with everything we needed and housekeeping was amazing when checking up to see if we needed anything when they would stop by every-other day. Breakfast had a ton of different options and everything was delicious. Also, super close to downtown. About a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with a pet or just in general! Thank you!!! We will be staying here again if we travel out here again!

We were frustrated that our room wasn’t cleaned, or our towels replaced after our first night. Coffee packets were also not refreshed. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working.

Very clean, quiet, affordable, and friendly staff. We would gladly stay again in the future and recommend to others. We rate the facility and stay, very good!

The front staff was the best I have every came across. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean & nice. My only complaint they didnt offer a making up of beds and fresh towels when we paid $250.

Beautiful property. My room was spacey and updated. My only complaint is the service. The attendant who checked me in was not friendly and stated my room number out loud when he gave me the room cards. As a single woman traveling on her own, this is a very unsafe practice considering there were other guests around at this time. I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. My room was only cleaned once. Not sure why this was and there was no notice of being short staffed or anything like that. I left early each day to explore the areas and returned late afternoon. Plenty of time to clean room. The only time my room was made up, the garbage was not taken.

The property is nice. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The complimentary breakfast is much better than the average breakfast that is served at most hotels. Our room was a little smaller than the one I booked or the one I have booked in the past. That was not a deal breaker. The fact that no windows opened left the room a bit stuffy. My primary concern with the hotel was the amount of hair that was in the bathroom when we checked in. I am conditioned to the odd hair here and there. It can happen. It started with a couple small hairs on the sink that I noticed when I brushed my teeth. Not great but fine. I hopped in the shower then I saw hairs on two walls, both shelves in the shower, numerous hairs near the base of the shower. There was no less than 7-8 hairs that were not our own in that room. It made me toss the bed and check under the mattress etc. Luckily the linens appeared clean. If housekeeping is not cleaning brightly lit, white bathroom, what are they missing in the darker spots in the room? In any event, we lived with it. Had the linens not been clean, we would have requested another room. So the hotel and amenities were nice, the shuttle driver is excellent and very convenient, the breakfast was better than average. But when the room is full of hair..it can erase a lot of goodwill in my humble opinion.

Front desk staff was polite and friendly as we checked in. Rooms were clean. Kids loved the pool and breakfast options.

Good breakfast. Nice folks at front desk. Very disappointed that this Hilton property only offered housekeeping on an every 4 (four) day basis. Not every three days, or every other day, but once every four days. I find that unacceptable. To Make things worse, when we went into our room, it looked like someone had tried out the bed, and then decided not to take the room. It wasn’t dirty, but it looked used.

Great experience. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Comfortable too. Highly recommend!

Staff at front desk friendly -Rooms seemed to be very clean but room smelled very musty until we turned AC on and really cooled it off(carpets must need cleaned) - breakfast was very average, but included :)

The rooms smelled because of dogs. We asked for a different room and it had a different odor. We quit asking for a different room and suffered through the night

Everything was great from laundry facilities to breakfast. The front desk staff were so helpful even lending us bear spray to use ! The place has been remodeled recently and it is beautiful. The king room was spacious and looks bed having some chairs to use.

A nice quiet room with a comfy bed and a huge TV. Fairly good breakfast. We just wished we had a tub to soak in but all it had was a shower.

Unless you end up on the top floor you end up hearing all kinds of noise from the room above / it was terrible and both my wife and I had our sleep interrupted numerous times.

The beds are very hard. Had back problems because of this. We left a day earlier from the hotel because of this. Will not stay at this chain again

They provided a free shuttle to take us into town. Since we did not have a car, this was most helpful. The only negative is that the TV was impossible to operate with the crazy system they were using. Reception said they were working on a solution. Other than that the hotel is perfect. The breakfasts each morning were varied and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Very close to the airport, costco and other stores. Easy to get around, offers bfast in the mornings and rooms were clean / quiet.

It was exactly what we needed for a ski base.

This building sits far enough off the street that you get no road noise. 5 minutes from downtown with great restaurants and shopping.

Great service. Good breakfast. Little bit far from town center but there is a free shuttle to town. Prefer to have hot tub outside but you can have everything😉.

Enjoyed our stay, but was very costly for a Hampton Inn. Facilities were new and very nice. Breakfast was average for HI - fresh fruit was scarce, and mixed cut fruit tasted several days old.

We needed a hotel for a quick visit to see our daughter and son-in-law. Hampton Inn & Suites is always reliable for a quiet, clean and very comfortable night of sleep. This trip didn’t disappoint. It’s our preferred place to stay when visiting. The breakfast this morning was fantastic! Fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns, fresh fruit and our daughters enjoyed the vanilla waffles. Home run!

Excellent stay. Awesome breakfast. Pet friendly. Great location to explore the Glacier National Park. Grand entrance of the hotel, nestled in the woods.
