Property felt almost abandoned. Only 2 individuals stayed, no onsite presence. Pick key up under mat. Therefore, no access to ice machine. These needs to be moved so guests can access when no one there.

Great location to walk to dollar store, food and Brown county Music center. Not a fancy hotel but provided a safe, convenient, easy access over night stay. Plenty of parking if hauling a trailer

The old school vibe is great, the location is great, the sheets and towels were clean. Old and musty smell permeates the rooms however. Needs some sprucing up. But pets are welcome, and that sold us.

Carpet was open in places, coffee only in the office, ice machine in office also and not available all the time. Lamps not all working. just not a pleasant stay. walking into the Office, could smell cigarette smoke, heavy smell.

Motel room very outdated and not very comfortable. Rooms very small,tv/cable did not work. The only thing they had for breakfest was an old coffee maker ....did have small cups Parking lot full of weeds...looked like the motel was closed when we arrived

Parking lot very large everywhere potholes a typical old outdated motel leaking dripping tub faucet original 50 year old carpet a place for construction workers to live for 6 months not at all for $170 a night nice older couple like my husband and myself door frame was split didn’t feel safe

Good location, very dated and overpriced for the condition. For the price a continental breakfast would have been nice all they had was coffee. Accessibility was not good for someone not handicapped but with very limited mobility. It served the purpose of a comfortable bed and a bathroom for one night.

No breakfast. Supposed to have Internet but their router wasn't working. Advertised someone at front desk 24/7 but that's not true. They are not busy but will not answer phone when calling from your room.. you will need to walk down and ring a bell and wait for someone to emerge from watching tv in a back room. Lamp in middle of room was missing shade (just the metal ring that used to be a shade). Two sinks implying they you have a little kitchen area in pictures but second sink had no running water. Bathroom sink had barely any water pressure. Toilet barely flushed.. even toilet paper struggled to go down.. the toilet paper was sooo cheap it had no perforations for tearing. The view from the room was a McDonald's. EVERYTHING about this place was genuinely below what any normal person would expect for a cheap hotel and this place cost an arm and a leg. It was technically an ok place to sleep which I suppose is the main purpose but it was just plain bad in nearly every other way. Do not stay here.

The first room we were given had mouse poop in the cabinet and between the mattress and box springs. The carpet was all wrinkled up, the smoke detector was missing from the ceiling, the toilet had a dirty ring in the bowl, and the furniture was stained and falling apart. We complained and were given a new room, which was slightly better because it didn’t have evidence of mice and it had a smoke detector. There was old junk in a shopping cart in the stairwell and the general appearance of the property was not good. Weeds were growing up everywhere and the grass really needed cut. We only ended up staying because they were the only hotel in town that was pet friendly and had available rooms. If it weren’t for that we would have packed up and left. I like to end on a positive note, so I will say the bed was pretty comfortable.

We had to book last minute. Checked in and didn’t need my id to do so. The room smelled like days old cigarettes. The roof of the bathroom had a huge while. The back wall of the toilet was coming apart. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in months. The bed had small dried blood spots. Looking further in to the bed it had bed bugs. We slept in the car. Asked for a refund and was only refunded a days worth of my cost. Do not stay here!

Really affordable, but not clean. There were dead bugs in the bathroom floor and the carpets were dirty in spots.

I found a bedbug and I left did not stay overnight

The 2 stars are for the comfortable bed and the good (very hot) water pressure in the shower. The room was musty smelling with ceiling stains from leaks, a permanent mold ring in the toilet, fly poop on the outdated light shades, no light at door (outside) entrance, and the single curtain on the window didn’t even cover the whole window. If you’re desperate for somewhere to sleep and take a shower, this is your place, otherwise avoid!

This hotel was absolutely the worst. It was disgustingly filthy, infested with bugs, and reeked of smoke. The property was littered with trash, and the front desk person smoked inside with no regard for ventilation. Our room was a nightmare - flies everywhere, chairs covered in dried food, filthy carpet, and a strong smell of smoke. The bed had a stained comforter, and there were broken lights and curtains. It was a truly disgusting room. We didn't hesitate to move to another hotel the next morning. I'm baffled that the city inspector hasn't shut this place down. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to inspect the room first - you'll quickly change your mind.

There is nothing unique about this place, it was filthy and the bathroom and the bathroom curtains were moldy. The room itself was filthy and you can tell they are barely trying to clean the room, we will never stay there again!!!

The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had urine and stuff all over the back like it had never been cleaned. The headboard had stuff all over also like it had never been cleaned. The light was out in the bathroom area so we had to get ready with our cell phone flashlights.

The temperature of the room was great. The sheets were clean. The toilet was not clean, had a ring around the water level and the room stunk. Like a stale old smell. The fridge looked ckean, but opening the door would drag on the carpet. I paid for two nights, but only stayed one night.

We like that you can walk to the brown county music center. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet. What we didnt like, the bottom of our feet were black from walking on the rug.

The hotel is a little outdated and could use some TLC. BUT....the beds were very comfortable with new linens and the room was fairly clean. And most importantly, the shower had great water pressure!

Room was $142. Had no phone, iron. No ice machine. TV was not working properly. Had to be at least 20 years old. Lights were not working. Had to screw and unscrew bulb to work. Wash clothes felt like sandpaper. No blow dryer. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was very dated, no WiFi, no coffee, there was a lamp attached to the ceiling. A patch of mismatched carpet on the door, holes in the door where someone has punched it. Under the sink was falling down. The room smelled so strongly of disinfectant. We just needed a room to sleep before a race so it severed its purpose but definitely wouldn’t stay again.

There was no fire alarm in room. No coffee pot. No ice machine. It’s a little run down and very dated.

Not updated some what clean paint missing patches on walls. 3 rooms to get one the worked in.

The room was horrible and had a smell. Supposed to have been free WiFi , but could never get it to work. Bed was hard and the pillows were super small.Curtain didn't even cover the entire window. There was no hot water in the tub or the sink. Very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend anybody staying at this hotel.

It was very clean. Problem was there was no hot water. We were the only guests and perhaps they had turned water heater off. I don’t think they were expecting occupancy since it is off season for this tourist area. Had reservations but no attendant on property. Called number when we arrived and found key waiting.

First room we were given had no water for the toilet and only running hot water. The second room we were given had no electricity working in the main room. The third room finally did have water and electric.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the key in the lock did not work properly, there was no hot water at night but there was in the morning. There were few electric outlets, no kleenex, and no ice.

. Stayed here for convenience for a Brown County Music Concert and price was great. Room was clean and staff was kind. Check in was easy. This will be the spot next time I come in town

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Rented a room for 2 nights for a conference across the street at the event center. Checked in and paid for our stay. The room was terrible. We didn’t have much time to survey before our event started on the first night. We dropped off our suitcases and headed over to the event center. Later that night we arrived back to our room. My wife used the restroom, and we noticed the toilet didn’t flush. Old feces came to the surface. We asked for a plunger and tried to “fix” the issue - no luck. We began to survey the room. Missing drawers to the dresser, the outlets didn’t work, the light switch turned the TV off, and when we showered the following morning the tub didn’t drain. Keep in mind the toilet still had a strangers turd floating in the bowl. That morning we decided to try to find another place to stay for the night. We found one a distance away, but we were willing to drive extra for toilet that flushed. My wife returns the key and asks if we could have a refund for the night. He tells her “no” since it was “pre-paid.” I go in - needless to say after a bit of back and forth, a threat to call the building inspector, I got my refund for the night.

Staff is absent and cannot be reached

The room was clean, nice beds and Ken was very helpful.

The main lobby was very dirty and filled with cigarette smoke. But the gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly.

Very run down, the place looked deserted when we arrived. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to get there to check us in. Room had a broken bathroom counter, what looked like knife holes in bathroom door. Curtains did not totally cover the window and no blinds. The floor was filthy! There was no coffee pot and no maid service. Husband had to take our trash to the dumpster and take dirty towels to office to get clean ones. Very small TV and had to buy batteries for the remote. Definitely was not worth the price, we would not stay here again.

The room smelled terrible and there wasn’t any power in the room. When asked to cancel reservation manager said the room was fine and would not refund my money

Traveling for a concert and the location was excellent

The only reason to stay here is its proximity to the Brown County Music Center

We stay here often when going to concerts at BCMC and just walk to venue. Very convenient and great value. Old hotel so kind of run down but still worth it.

No dining. No hairdryer or coffee maker. Beds were really good! Had an outlet with no cover.

So the property is a little dated, and looks pretty old from the outside. But the gentleman working the check-in was very friendly and the room was great! No coffee in the room, so prepare to walk over to McDonald's for your morning cup. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. Heat worked and it had a nice kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. It was very quiet when I was there, but it wasn't very crowded. Only noise was from people going into their rooms (it is a motel, so you hear that a little more).Close to the little town of Nashville and easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area. A basic, clean room for a great price.

The person at the desk (I would presume the owner) was very very nice. It was super close to a little bbq restaurant and super close to an IGA and a Family Dollar. There were outside chairs by the door to sit and have a morning coffee or tea. Peaceful.
