Superb location Surrounded by bars, restaurants and top quality shopping malls. The property is excellently maintained and luxurious. The pool is not heated and so a bit too cold, though you can use the pool next door. The breakfast was of a very good quality. The suite itself was spacious, with all you require in a modern hotel room.

Spent a lot of time researching hotels in KL before our trip. This is in a great location to walk to The Pavillion Mall (less than 10 min) and Berjaya Times Square Mall (10 mins). Lots of food choices. Located 1 block from Bukit Bintang LTL and MRT stations. Hotel pool on 28th floor is beautiful and quiet. Great continental breakfast with made to order eggs. 24hr coffee/tea station. Gym that we didnt use but plenty of other people did. Hotel is in near perfect condition being so new. The ONLY thing (and this is me trying to find something to be picky about) that took some getting used to were the foam bed pillows (but still comfortable). The staff here are so gracious and helpful. We watched an employee wipe down everything we touched after we left the pool one day (could have taken it a bit personal but realized he did it with everyone... lol). Very clean hotel. Lots of hotels in KL. After we spent some time in the city and were prepared to moved to a new location....decided to extend our stay here and just take Grab to wherever we wanted to go.

Sensational hotel - perfect location for KL. Central to so many different shopping and dining areas. The hotel and staff were great, and loved the rooftop pool at night.

Lovely place to stay, good gym and chill out room. Friendly staff as well. Quick shout out to Syaffik from the breakfast restaurant as well, super friendly and tries to know each an every guest by name. Amazing memory

Gimnasio completo, piscina cuidada y con fantásticas vistas. Desayuno bastante variado y completo aunque como era de esperar predominantemente oriental.

Gute Lage, geräumige komfortable zimmer. Nette reception. Sylveszer wurde der Rooftop-Poolbereich um 22:00 geschlossen- sorry - wie blöd ist das denn? Die Raumtemperatur betrug bei unserer Ankunft 18 Grad und die Technik benötigte 2 Tage, bis wir 23 hatten

Overall an excellent stay. Check in at 6pm disappointing as the room wasn't ready. Eventually the manager came and got it sorted. Room lovely, breakfast excellent and great pools to relax in at the start or end of the day.

The room in general was ok, however housekeeping wasn’t up to standard, specially hair all around, and the toilet slicing door was broken seriously, couldn’t close.

You couldn't turn up the temperature, so it was constantly freezing in the rooms, which was uncomfortable. This was told to the front desk and we were moved to a new room late at night. The new room had the exact same problem and we got a "premium" room which was exactly like the other two rooms, just with a better view. Again, the air conditioning could not be turned up in degrees. We were seriously woken up at 1-2am because engineers came to check the system, even though we had contacted them way before that time. They have ruined our honeymoon, and we have wasted a total of two and a half days just changing rooms. Also, my husband was met by a member of staff who said "we can't change your room again" when he wanted to tell them they had to fix the problem and that we don’t want to pack up our stuff for the third time. To solve the problem, they turned off the entire system so we couldn't use the air conditioning at all. It helped when you had to sleep, but on the other hand you were hot during the day because the sun hit directly into the room. Terrible hotel and not worth the money at all. The reception does not answer and there is rarely anyone available. They are poorly staffed even though the hotel is large. By the way, there was no proper cleaning. Dirty floor and no wacuum.

Great location. Room decor and amenities were good. However, the room cleaning service needs improvement. Bin was not emptied everyday. Not replacing the hand towels after taking the dirty one away. Not vacuuming everyday. This is not what I expected from a 5-stars establishment.

Fake hardwood floor are all peeling off bumping up needs updating duct tapes on the walls needs fixing and updating

とにかく、部屋が広い。 買い物できるところが、周りにいっぱい。 3泊しました。 朝方の到着でしたが、快く受け入れてもらえました。 なぜか1日しか部屋の清掃がしてもらえなかったのは謎です。 施設面では、キレイだし快適。 ただ、ところどころ修繕の必要なところも見受けられます。 朝食も満足できるものでした。

This is our 3rd stay here in Pan Pacific and we will definitely come back as the location is superb! Close to everything but far enough away from the busy streets just outside Pavilion Mall. Ms. Farah was amazing! So friendly and personable when she checked us in and also what a friendly smile to greet us at breakfast. The only thing that I could find that was the not so pleasant were the smells/odours that were the emanating from the drain from the bathroom floor. Occasionally it would clear up but it was there during our entire stay. I would suggest that the hotel conduct more frequent sanitising cleaning throughout their drainage system. Other than this the room was very clean and everything in great working order.

Reasonable price, room is spacious, very clean and quiet at night. Nice for vacation.

Huge room with kitchenette and laundry washing machine.

Second time staying here. Every thing was great. The only thing that peeves me is that the TV is not syncing. The voice on the TV shows does not match the show. it seem to be a couple seconds slower. Also some channel like HBO voices does not even match up and has some weird sound. Other then that everything was good. The hotel even let me have a late check out at 2pm. Staffs were friendly and helpful too.

Stayed 4 nights here. Really nice modern rooms and friendly polite staff. Only bad thing is the wifi only puts out 30mbps. Highly recommend staying here.

Property is well kept and location is good though we can hear music from outside in the room late at night. Situated on other side of main shopping belt, hence, it is quieter on this side Overall, it is a nice property worth staying

Very nice hotel. Fast elevator. Good breakfast. It’s great have a washer and dryer in the room. Suites are great.

My family of 6 adults stayed here on 10/11. I have run into two customer service issues. (1) Rooms - I originally booked 2 rooms. When we checked-in, we were only given one room. I told the lady that there should be 2 rooms but she said it was one two-bedroom suite. While booking the rooms and entering 6 adults, it gave me options for 2 rooms which is why I booked 2 rooms. There is a capacity for 4 adults per 2 bedroom suite. The front desk took copies of our 6 passports at check in. Issue is we were charged for both rooms and we were not comfortable in the suite with 6 adults. One was charged to the card that was provided on 10/11. The other room was charged to the credit card that was used to book the rooms. I have requested a refund for the room we did not get with no response. (2) Transfer - I requested for a transfer on 9/20 after providing our reservation information for 6 passengers. It was confirmed from Sathiya on 9/24 that our transportation was set. I also inquired where would we meet with no response. When we arrived to the airport, there was no transportation so we had to get a taxi. I emailed concierge and they thought we were arriving in November. I don’t understand where the miscommunication was if the hotel requested our reservation confirmation and has the dates. Other than the hotel, we enjoyed our short stay in Kuala Lumpur. Just beware of this hotel’s lack of customer service.

Our 4th checkin for 2 bedroom Deluxe. Their standard in facility, cleanliness and service are always maintained and always keep us on the best comfort. We will be back. Great location surrounding with lots of shopping, restaurants and including local food shop. 5min walk to MRT/LRT that bring to other part of KL conveniently

Great location with easy access to the monorail and MRT nearby. Right next to Lot 10, opposite Sungei Wang and lots of good rats nearby. Walking distance to Jln Alor and many others. Hotel is clean and spacious.

It is fabulously located. Shopping, restaurants, tickets for a bus on and off is crossing the street, money changers near by and MRT just there.

Stay was excellent. Location is good, in center of bukit Bintang. Easily accessible!

A lovely apartment. Very modern and clean. Great pools and kid friendly. All staff were kind, polite and helpful Only negative- service in the bars and restaurants was a bit slow and they didnt always have all the drinks in the menu.

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast

Building facilities were great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. The views were perfect. Rooms were very spacious. They were always able to accommodate your requests.

Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Buit Bintang and loads to see and do to absorb the local culture. Breakfast okay but after a few days becomes a little bit monotonous and could do with more options but probably just being picky.. went to some other places for breakfast which was reasonable. Excellent apartment and facilities were great. Impeccably clean and staff who were wonderful. We will be back to this wonderfully vibrant city 🙏
