The outdoor pool is terrific!! It's heated, which was a big surprise. It's so nice being out there at night, doing laps. We loved it. And our suite had the best view from every window. It was fabulous. Big snaps to Izzy at Reception, who was an absolute joy to deal with.

Business trip, great location with Woolworths and bars and restaurants underneath. Rooms are quite with great Gym and pool facilitys if you have time. $20 Per day for parking underneath, well worth it as limited street parking.

We had a wonderful time best view we could ask for, it was my partners birthday and the hotel left him a card and bottle of bubbles on our arrival. Our only issue was the cleaners. The unit looked clean but wasnt. Bathroom mirror and hand prints and tissue box had makeup all over it. doors had dirty kid prints and fridge had milk spilt in it, all over top shelf. Also paper on the floor in bedroom. But other than that we loved the stay. I cleaned the problem areas and all was great.

청소가 너무 안되있어요. 거실 바닥, 책상, 의자들 먼지 가득하고 얼룩 많고, 주방 후드 너무너무 더럽고 냉장고에는 남들이 먹다남은 우유가 있고 침대 청소 후에도 머리카락이 남아있고.. 직원 분이 너무 친절하긴 한데 청소 상태가 너무 안좋아서 다시 방문은 안할 것 같아요.

I love this hotel normally with its amazing ocean views, however this time the bed was basically like laying on the hard floor. I raised it with reception and they added a mattress topper - which did absolutely nothing. Very sad that they’re introducing these hard mattresses. The girl at check in was friendly and lovely

Check in was a breeze, parking is available for $20 a night,. There are number restaurants plus a supermarket nearby. The room is brilliant - get the ocean view with a balcony room. Great place for walks nearby to walk off that big dinner. Loved it!

Was a massive check in delay, we had to wait nearly half an hour in the lobby just to check in and then there was one elevator working for all guests so we then had to squeeze into and elevator that we had to wait another half an hour to even get in!

This is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location! Very close to Surfers Paradise with amazing views of either the hinterland or the broadwater. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms themselves are large and well equipped. Highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing location to stay in - right by all the GC has to offer, but just far enough from Surfers to be peaceful and not so outrageously priced. Apartments are well appointed and the views are magnificent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The facilities were excellent. Everything worked as it should have. Both the pools were great, as was the spa and sauna, sadly didn't manage it to the gym. The location was fantastic, great restaurants and food options, with the coffee and croissants from directly down stairs being particularly nice. Since my stay I am planning to send my folks here for a weekend away, and there are very few places I consider good enough for my folks.
