Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was great overall and proximity to the beach was amazing. We have stayed in other places before on Siesta Key and by far this was the best in terms of location to the beach / space in the villa / etc. However, there were a few signs that the villa still needed repairs. If we used the microwave, garbage disposal, or some of the outlets (like for a hair dryer), the lights would dim or shut off completely. The bathroom shower didnt have proper drain cover. Some outlets didn't work at all and some lamps didn't turn on. The microwave also didnt work well and it was better just to use the stove. But other than these minor repairs needed, the villa was great.

Beautiful and spacious. Centrally located. Street traffic is a little loud, but not horrible. Staff was friendly and super responsive. Ice/water didn’t work but new part ordered while we were there.
