Overall, we enjoyed our stay, BUT we called before to see if our room was ready before we headed there to check in and whoever answered the phone was SO rude. It really put a damper to the start of our stay. The hotel itself had a lot of great amenities except the outdoor pool and activities close when the sun starts to set which we found odd. The arcade was also closed during our stay. Found quite a few ants and bugs in our room, but aside from that and a stuffy smell it felt somewhat clean. Lots of space, loved that we had a 2-floor villa. Overall a good stay, just could use some improvements.

We were assigned a condo on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator. They did help us with our luggage. When I selected the property on Expedia, I thought we were getting simply a room. The note said bed configuration was the choice of the property. We got a two bedroom condo, master king bed and whirlpool tub and the other room had a queen bed. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and there was also a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and an outdoor porch. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of space and the fact that we were in the Bershires about 5 minutes away from downtown Lee. Great location to pivot to all points in the Bershires. There were 4 swimming pools, 3 inside, and one outside. Mini golf, fitness center, game room, and small cafe.

Very pleasant staff, clean, bright condo, comfortable bed & linens. Kitchen has all the basic supplies. The front office gave us coffee filters since the included packaged coffee was very weak, but we always bring our own coffee for backup. The activity center is large, clean and has many fun amenities. The fitness room is good , 2 large indoor pool with adjacent hot tubs. The tiles of one hot tub could use some cleaning (like most hotels!) but otherwise good. The chemical levels /odors were not overwhelming. A guest above our first floor unit walked very heavy late in the evening but the noise didn't last too long. We enjoyed our stay at a very reasonable cost during the off season !

Our family stay was very nice. We took advantage of the large outdoor pool and the mini golf on site. The property is in a very beautiful woodsy minimally developed area. The unit was fine but not great. The cabinets are generally old looking and water-moisture damaged. All was workable but 5 star it is not. The garbage disposal did not work until I thought it might just be a fuse. Indeed once I found the “disposal” fuse switch, I flicked it off and on and that fixed it. Turns out the toaster also didn’t work when plugged into same socket housing the disposal. The body wash dispenser in ground floor shower was empty. Sheets for sofa bed required a call to front desk. Quickly supplied with 1 call! Service for extra paper towel etc was fast and easy. A big plus. The kitchen area was more than sufficient even though it looks dated and old. I give poor grades for indoor pool area and the fitness center. Pool felt like a parking garage and exercise equipment was 2 stars. All in all the place was a nice place for our family of 3 adults and 2 young children to spend a very nice 4 days together. Compared to other pricier options nearby the Holiday Inn Club was a good value.

The pool areas were filthy with Goldfish crackers strewn all over, hairballs floating in the water, and large groups of inconsiderate patrons who behaved in extremely unsafe ways. We had problems with check-in given a system-wide outage. This hotel / facility has great potential, but there should be more policies in place to discourage large groups of guests monopolizing the pool area and leaving behind huge messes.

We loved our stay! The apartment was excellent and the resort is in a beautiful setting and has amazing facilities and entertainment options. We loved the pool and mini golf.

The property was really nice. The rooms have a lot of space for a family trip. The rooms need to be dusted better. There were a lot of spider webs in the rooms. I know its in the middle of the woods but dusting is important due to location.

Honestly this location is really convenient for me to stay. I am working on a 3 yr project for the Mass Police and the Commonwealth of MA. My last 3 stays have been absolutely horrible. The rooms, furnisher, carpets, table and bathrooms were all dirty. I had to use Lysol and a cleaning rag just so I would feel comfortable. I reported this to Cindy the Manager and she gave me a free night but this does nothing for me if every time I come the rooms are still dirty. The rooms are dated but I still come because of the location.

Nice facilities, good location. We had a lower unit, above us was a family with young kid. I love kids had a few of them myself, but you could hear everything. It way very very noises and annoying as they started their pitter patter at 7AM. Thin floor and walls. If you want quite room look around.

Loved the property, room was clean and had everything you needed!! We had an upgrade that was wonderful!! Only downfall was the outside little deck! No privacy all out In the open, side by side and facing the other units with a walkway in front of it!! Was looking forward to sitting out side but ended up not using it at all.

Nice retreat from the beaten path. Place was very nice. Only reason im giving 4 stars is the bathrooms. The one in the master bedroom was nothing more then a broom closet with a toilet. No sink. The other was also tiny. With shower toilet, sink and a linien closet you have zero room. Toilet sits about a foot off the floor. Made it very difficult for a handicapped person.

The unit we stayed in--2 bedroom suite--was very spacious--large common room with full kitchen, dining table and chairs, living room area--two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bath. Also a balcony off the living room. The surroundings were beautiful--hilly with lots of trees and plants. All of this for about the cost of a regular hotel room. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was it was on second floor and there is no elevator. Would probably request ground floor next time.

The room was very nice. We booked a two bedroom, two bathroom, full kitchen and living room "suite". And yes, it's nice, but the prices are outrageous. Unless you're planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel and in the room, I would book somewhere cheaper. They have cute DIY stuff for adults and kids, movie theater, different activities you can pay to do during the day, that's kind of cool, as well as a trail for hiking that goes right off the property. So yeah, it has amenities (though the hot tub and big pool were closed when we stayed, which sucked, because they failed to mention that anywhere on the site...) I dunno, I guess it's a little overrated to be honest. Wasn't all that thrilled with their customer service. Check-in was suoer annoying, the employees were like zombies and after being told we could have a late check-out, they changed their mind the morning of, which was really irritating...because I have a chronic health condition so it's difficult for me to wake up super early, do any packing that we didn't or couldn't do the night before, shower, dress, make breakfast, pack the car up, get myself ready, get my 8 year old ready, double check everything, clean the room (they ask that you clean a lot before you leave or they'll charge you), you know, the 800 things involved in the end of a vacation, or, in our case, a weekend getaway. So, it was stressful for me and i was in a lot of pain, which is why i asked AT check-in if we could get a later checkout...

The property is great! Lots of amenities and family friendly. We enjoyed Jorge at the resort bar! His service was top notch. Check in was slow and when we added an additional night, the front desk neglected to reset our room keys so when we returned to our room after being at the pool all day, we were locked out. Luckily we had a cell phone and were able to call the front desk but we had to walk to the front desk which was in another building on site with our pool stuff and kids to have them reset the keys. Wish they could have handled this better. There wasn’t much sympathy for us being inconvenienced. We will know next time.

Regarding Replacement Towels, we requested to replace towels for Bath when we checked in, we’ve talked about replacement towels for couple of minutes, but you didn’t explain they will be charged. We haven’t asked about the fee because we never expect replacement towels will be charged. Never been charged at any other hotels before. We wanted you to let us know they will be charged when we asked. In addition, we asked Towels for BATH, but you put towels for POOL. We regret that we didn’t get the service we requested, and charged without any explanation.

The room was fantastic - lots of space and well laid out. Having a kitchen is always very helpful. The property was well kept and clean. I love the rustic vibe. The amenities were awesome - the kids spent all day in the large outdoor pool. We also enjoyed the arcade and mini-golf. The whole area is clean and comfortable. Staff were very responsive through text - which was handy. We had a little issue, but it was handled quickly. All-in-all, the whole family loved the room, had a great time at the resort, and felt welcomed by the staff. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Good amount of space . Security lock didn’t work well. There was mold growing on the top of the shower stall in the main bathroom. Customer service when first checking in was a rough experience. The woman was abrasive and very dry and unwelcoming. She said Expedia was covering the taxes and fees, but my card was charged for fees. The manager said it was “a miscommunication “. Okay I’ll deal with that, they put a “hold” on my debit card for &115 dollars and said it was a hold, but, again I was charged and told I would get the money back in a few weeks depending on my institution. The customer service woman also wanted the names of my kids because all guests needed to be regarded?? Strange, both my kids are very young and I have never done that ever.. The neighbors above and beside us were up late partying. The guests in the pool area were loud and used vulgar language. Most of the common areas were not up to standard. Very disappointed and most likely we will not be back.

The place was clean and comfortable. I basically had a one bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level condo, with a deck in the back. Full kitchen. There were 2 indoor pools, I believe. I was there in October for hiking. Close proximity to Stockbridge and the Norman Rockwell museum. Staff was very friendly.

The people were amazing. A great place for family with children. I wish I knew about this place when my kiddos were little. Only comment is that the cafe is terrible. Great people, kind, thoughtful but the food needs improvement.

The property was good. The "restaurant" is not something you would want to go to for dinner. It is a grab and go. We enjoyed our rooms, and it is conveniently located within driving distance of the attractions in the area. There is an ambiguous pet policy. We were not allowed to bring our dog, but others had dogs. Would return.
