飲料全天候供應真的很貼心，每日的免費提供的生啤酒和酒類也很棒，還有晚上提供的拉麵，對不太熟悉環境的旅客確實也是一大福音。餐廳也作為旅客休憩的地方，能讓旅客做一段時間的暫時休息區也是個很棒的設施。免費的按摩以及隨時可免費租借的小物及WI-FI機都可以顯示飯店的用心。。而且，能說中文詢問相關問題也是很貼心的設想，解決很多語言不通的擔心!每天回到房間也都整理很整潔，每日都像是第一天入住房間的狀態。唯一小建議是能再多設置洗衣機和烘衣機，畢竟各三台其實是不夠用的~ 這家飯店很多地方在在顯示貼心及用心，CP值很高，地點離捷運站及鬧街也都很近，值得推薦。。日後若再有機會拜訪大阪，一定會再繼續入住!!

Location is great, easy access to subway/metro station, many dining and shopping options. Free coffee/soft drinks 24hrs, free ramen 1500-2200hrs. Free bottled water and fresh towels daily. I did not like the smell of the shower gel though, it smelt like paint. There is only 3 sets of washer and dryer each which is definitely not enough for usage. Plus point is the staffs will remove the washed clothes which are not collected after the washing cycle is completed.

Our party of 4 stayed here for 3 nights while we were visiting Osaka. We all just enjoyed this hotel! All entire staff (from check-in to the restaurant) were extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel was close by our transit station and all the great places to eat & shop (all within walking distance). Some great things about this hotel: 1) The 5 massage chairs in the lobby. 2) The great breakfast buffet every morning in the restaurant. 3) Complimentary liquor (beer & hards) during their happy hour. 4) Free tasty ramen in the evening. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Osaka!

Excellent location close to subway, shopping and many food options. We walked to Dotonbori (Shinsaibashi shopping street is covered and connects to Dotonbori area). Steamer coffee next door to hotel is excellent, lawson next door and 7/11 around the corner. Lots of very nice thrift stores around the area. Hotel offered free alcoholic and non alcholic drinks all day, ice cream and ramen at specific times every day. Can borrow umbrellas, hair dryer, charger, anything you need. The front desk staff speaks english and VERY welcoming. Fast check in and check out. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens in a quad room. Rooms are small but very clean and had complete amenities and beds are very comfortable. A "large twin"cannot fit 2 people! So get 4 beds or 2 rooms. If you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep, stay here and spend your money on shopping instead! Loved the Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi!!

Easily one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Staff were very lovely and put on little events each day, I made a resin keychain for my wife. They had coffee machine and massage chairs available 24/7. Alcoholic drinks available from 3pm to evening. They even had ramen available for hotel guests in the evening which is very handy as you might not always want to walk around in the evening. Rooms were very nice and the cleaning was very good too. Aircon was brilliant, it hits you as soon as you walk in the hotel and it's a welcome relief from the humidity outside. Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Shinsaibashi subway, 1 minute walk to the American Village and about 7 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi-suji. The subway itself is very convenient as it's easy to get to Namba and Umeda, two great areas of Osaka.

We loved the Bridge Hotel and would definitely choose to stay there again. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The amenities were outstanding. We took advantage of the free beer and cocktails, the free ice cream, the massage chairs, and the picture taking dressed in kimonos! So much fun. It was very convenient to shopping and train stations!

Loved our stay at the Bridge! It was very convenient and a short walk to Dotonbori. The hotel is located by a bunch of shops & restaurants (there’s also a 7-11 less than 2 minutes away) and the hotel has free ramen every night from 7:30-9:30! They had sodas, water and coffee available 24/7 and massage chairs available for use. They also have different activities on select nights (like hair pin making, kimono try on and more). Rooms are your standard Japan size; small but manageable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The windows were leaking wind and the curtains were disgusting. The rooms were very tiny. If you are someone taller than 6 feet, it’s very easy to hit your head on the bathroom ceiling. Please look through the reviews carefully.

不過不失，算比較寧靜！衛生比較差，浴室有異味，有很多小昆蟲！去日本幾十次，第一次遇到衛生這麼差的酒店！房屋很細，大阪酒店偏小都是知道的，但我訂的是3床房，基本上是兩床房的空間硬來放3張床來賣，行李箱都打不開！提供的宵夜拉麵味道不錯，但8:30-9:30pm 時太早了吧，這個時段是吃宵夜嗎？整體只可以說不過不失！

My family and I stayed at The Bridge Hotel for 7 nights in late June. The check-in process was easy. We stayed at a triple room, it is a bit small but doable. The location of the hotel is great, it is close to the shopping district. Shinsaibashisuji is just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel offers free drinks and ramen in the evening. There is a Lawson right beside the hotel, which is very convenient for breakfast or late-night snacks! The laundry machines are very busy in this hotel, also it's hard to dry the clothes in 1 round. You need to download an app to operate the machine and you need coins for the dryer. We did a Google search and there is a coin laundry nearby (6 minutes walk), it is faster and cheaper than the hotel machines. We used the luggage delivery service recommended by the hotel. We did the reservation online and left the baggage at the reception before 11 am on the checkout day. Our baggage arrived on the same day at our Kyoto hotel. Stress free! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for us. Walking distance to most of our destinations. The hotel offers lots of activities for guests to learn and do daily. And free ramen from 8-9pm. Didn’t like the bathroom in our room. It’s too small, like I am in a small box.

We arrived just in time for free ice cream and beer! Room was small but had what we needed (3 beds) - my only concern was we were put on the 12th floor which houses the smoking room. We were told our room would not be stinky, which was mostly accurate, but getting down the hall to the elevators was not pleasant. Fantastic location, walkable, so would stay again, just would request a different floor.

The property was good and close to everything. Breakfast was excellent. Just many of staff did not want to be there. For example, it took me more than 15 minutes to get an extra bedding sheet. The front desk lady told me that sheets are not in the front desk department. What’s a nonsense. I think it is the fault of management. They didn’t train staff well, especially foreign workers.

Location is perfect for what we were looking for. It's at the end of tail of the Amerika-mura neighborhood, so it was busy but not busy like the Dotonburi area. It was close to the red line (midosuji) so getting to major areas was super accessible and a 12 min walk to the iconic glico man.

Good hotel for 2 nights. Right next door to a Lawsons, and right next door to a Brunch shop. Walkable distance to the train station - super easy access. A lot of restaurants and clothing shops in the area. It can be walkable to Dotonburi, but if you're not a walker, it can be considered a bit further away from the hotel - especially in the heat. But very easy to navigate around the area and lots of see as well.

Although the rooms are very small, this is a very pleasant hotel. It is within a 10 minute walk to the Shinsaibashisuji shopping street, 15 minutes to the Dotonbori canal area and 18 minutes to the Kuroman market. There are great restaurants and shopping everywhere! The front desk staff are polite and understanding and speak English, which is a plus. The portable internet hotspots provided free to rent were a lifesaver for google maps and mastering the public transit. My only negative was the breakfast, which was just mediocre in a city of outstanding food. Luckily, there are several excellent coffee shops nearby, and 24 hour ramen in Dotonbori. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. I had my family of four here. The room is small, but it\'s "Japanese" sized and that\'s pretty much what we expected. The room was comfortable and fit our needs; it had a small bathroom, as well as a mini fridge and a safe in the desk. We paid for the tasty breakfast each morning, which is about $10/person, which is totally worth it as it\'s a full buffet with different option each morning; also most restaurants don\'t open in the mornings until 9-10 in the area, so the buffet was super convenient. Each evening there are complimentary drinks such as beer and liquor from 3-9:30, and complimentary ramen from 8:30-9:30. The laundry was cheap and convenient. This hotel is right in the heart of the Shinsaibashi neighborhood with tons of shopping and eating options, literally a half block from the entrance of the metro, and an easy 10 minute walk from the Dontonbori street which is a real treat.

Great stay! Hotel is fabulous and great value for money. In a good location in Osaka. Free drinks all day and free ramen in the evening. Breakfast has a good selection. Amazing free massage chairs in reception which we loved after a long day of walking.
