Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from room to breakfast to the spa to the location to airport pickup and drop off. The staff are exceedingly helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again if going back to Hanoi.

The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it.

Pros: breakfast buffet was sufficient. Food choices could have been a bit better, it was ok. Location is great, right in the heart of the Old Quarters. Staff was attentive and friendly. Cons: Hotel felt dark and uninviting. My room did not have a window, which I did not know when I booked. My room choice did not reflect that. Otherwise, I would not have chosen that room type. The hotel never offered to change rooms. There are many hotel choices. Shop around.

Överlag ett bra hotel men de har ett stort problem. Finns ingen ljudisolering till rummen så man kan inte somna förrän klockan 1 när folk slutar gå i korridoren och man väcks klockan 7 av barn som springer och skriker utanför. De låter som om de är inne i rummet. Annars var rummet fräscht, hade tyvärr inga fönster så va noga med vad ni bokar. Frukosten var bra men samma där så fort mer än en familj är där blir ljudnivån väldigt hög inget som dämpar ljudet.
Överlag ett bra hotel men de har ett stort problem. The overall stay was still above average this visit. Looks like there’s been an employee change at the reception and group travel desk The WiFi service was awful. The WiFi would not connect most of the time (no matter what floor service you tried to use) and loose your connection consistently when you do get online.

Hotel staff are lovely and so helpful. Rooms were very nice but our air conditioning malfunctioned one night and it was super hot in our room and they could not fix it, nor did they offer a fan. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

I stayed at this hotel because of the great reviews and they were all right! The hotel itself is just great, it’s quiet, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the buffet breakfast lived up to what others raved about (we would look forward to breakfast every morning, the freshly made juices, pho, passion fruit yogurt, seasoned fruits and so much more) hats off to the chef! The staff is amazing, they welcome us with a smile every time we walked in by name and we loved the cold passion fruit juice. I asked where I could buy a converter to charge my phone and they left me borrow one for our stay. If all of that wasn’t enough, Thomas contacted me asking if I needed pick up service the moment I made my reservation (very much appreciated), once we settled in he asked if we needed help with trips and I brought my book with all the places I wanted to visit. He sat with me, and helped me plan it out. Give me 40 minutes he said, and he took care of everything! Pickups to destinations, local guides who spoke Englísh, hotel reservations, meals, I was so impressed by how easy he made our trip. It’s my first time traveling internationally with my daughter and I was nervous, but Thomas put all those worries to rest. Thank you, I hope to return one day and will stay here again. 😀 the hotel is great, the staff amazing and the location is close to everything. We discovered we were a block from train street and walking distance to many must dos in Ha Noi. Thank you.

The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Everything works as it should. The location is perfect. Good variety of things on offer at breakfast though chef perhaps needs some coaching in the difference between scrambled eggs and an omelette and the correct way to poach an egg! But what really makes this hotel is its staff. They went out of their way to.make my complex schedule work out, and I was so touched when they all came out to wave me off. Highly recommended.

Good variety of things on offer at breakfast though chef perhaps needs some coaching in the difference between scrambled eggs and an omelette and the correct way to poach an egg! But what really makes this hotel is its staff. They went out of their way to.make my complex schedule work out, and I was so touched when they all came out to wave me off. Highly recommended.

My family (mom and sisters) stayed at O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa. Vietnamese hospitality is incredible but this hotel had the very best and we travelled from south to north Vietnam. When we checked in, we had a welcome drink and Thomas the hotel Manager sat with us, explained the hotel and city, and asked us what we had planned for our time in hanoi. He provided us suggestions, gave us feedback on if what we planned was sufficient to fill our time, and gave us recommendations based on what we asked him such as where is the best place to try the vietnamese egg coffee, regular iced vietnamese coffee, where to eat Bun Cha (a popular hanoi dish), gave us insight on foreigners visiting Train Street. He gave us his whatsapp number in case we needed to reach him. We stayed at O'Gallery for 1 night because the next day we were headed to a cruise to Ha Long Bay. Not only did they offer to store our big luggage at the hotel for free, they also offered to send our luggage to the next hotel we were staying at, free of charge. This was a big relief to me because I was trying to figure out how to move our big luggages over to the next hotel in Hanoi when we returned from our cruise but Jade took care of it all and didn't charge us. She also sent me a picture on whatsapp of all of our luggage, and a signed receipt from the next hotel manager verifying that he received all of the luggage. The service here is unparalleled, and the location is fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as well!

I had a great experience at O’gallery. Before arrival they reached out to offer transportation services from the airport. They also communicated that their hotel rooms are smaller in size. I messaged them regarding dropping off my luggage earlier than check in time. Their response was quick and I was able to drop off my luggage in the lobby. The rooms were nice and I like that the shower is separated from the toilet by a glass shower stall. I’m not sure if they having laundry machines but they do offer laundry services weighed by the Kg. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good. Has a good variety of foods like Mien ga, Croque monsieur, eggs Benedict, porridge, & pho etc. Location wise this is located in old quarter Ha Noi. I like that the hotel is located in the middle of a street rather at the end/corner of a street making it easier for Grab/taxi to park and pick you up. The rooms are a bit small but that is expected. The hallways do not have A/C and can get a bit hot and stuffy, however your room will have A/C. Staff was really friendly and attentive.

This was the most amazing place, but mostly it was the most amazing people. The staff here is beyond AMAZING. They are attentive and helpful, they want to make sure you are eating breakfast everyday. They offer real options for you to go do (not selling you anything) just helpful. They can arrange trips though if you want and they host your luggage for you while you are gone doing things outside your stay with them. Mai is the Manager and I just love her. Her and her teams commitment to excellence really shows!

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety of food options. Additionally, Nina at the front desk kindly helped us by preparing a box breakfast for our very early morning departure, for which we were extremely grateful. I highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam. Staff are attentive and friendly. It is a bit noisy with the honking on the street but that is the same for all hotels in the old quarter. Overall great hotel and highly recommended.

Great location. Excellent service. The buffet breakfast is amazing. You can make food requests and they'll try to make it for you. I just found the breakfast area a bit dark. I understand they want a certain kind of "ambiance" but for a morning meal, I prefer a well-lit breakfast area.

O’Gallery staff are excellent they accommodated our every need. The hotel is clean and safe within walking distance of old quarter sites. We had two different rooms some don’t have external windows which meant a little dark we much preferred the window to look out of and have fresh air. Buffet was busy and nice enough but charge extra for coffee.

Hotel staff are lovely and so helpful. Rooms were very nice but our air conditioning malfunctioned one night and it was super hot in our room and they could not fix it, nor did they offer a fan. Breakfast is mediocre at best.
