ホテル内は清潔で建物も新しく設備に不満点は特になく快適に過ごせました。一人での宿泊でしたが毎日4本と飲みきれないくらいの水の提供で困らなかった他、自分の場合は100香港ドルで宿泊した4日間全てランドリールームが使い放題になったのにはとても助かりました(なお洗濯機と乾燥機は2台ずつありました) 難点は近くの奥運駅から歩くと15分程度、旺角・油麻地駅からだと10分程度と少し距離があるところでしょうか。また香港旅行の際には利用させていただこうと思います。

The hotel is ideally located in Kowloon, close to the Mongkok MTR station, a few shopping malls and plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable even if a little small. We had booked a harbour view room, but even though we were on the 19th floor (there are 20 floors) there is a very limited view of the harbour over the rooftops of the neighbouring buildings. It's more of a harbour side than harbour view. We had also chosen the hotel for the pool but this only opened on the 1st of May.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Location. Einige 7elevens in der Nähe, Night Market und eine riesen Mall. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Teppich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das wäre nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön.

from check-in to check-out, everything was great. service at front desk was fantastic. room was clean, bed was comfortable, big closet to hang your stuff, room safe, cold fridge and kettle, shower had great water pressure, many settings and lots of hot water. breakfast buffet had LOTS of good options and was included in the price of the room. walking distance to many local markets, shops, mall and mongkok mtr station. we will stay here on our next visit to HK

Receptionist (Bowie) was not helpful. Asked me to come back when I was looking up my booking reference as if she was inpatient. Did not explain amenities and was not clear to answers when I asked. Carpet in the hallway was too thick, made it difficult to move luggage. Cleaning lady was super nice. Room has leaking stain on the carpet from the shower.

Good to stay at Hilton HongKong this time. The room is quite nice and comfortable, the view wasn’t too bad. The only worst part is the room key control the elevator didn’t work as well and also if you want to go to the mrt or bus station both should walk for 10 minutes.

The location is really convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk away from Langham Place and Nathan Road. So it's also a nice and quiet place in Mong Kok to stay. There are lots of food options and the staff is polite and very helpful! We had an early checkout to catch our flight, so the reception helped us to book the taxi in advance. Also the pool was open and the view from the pool was amazing! The room we had was clean and odor free! Staying there again in 2 weeks!

訂房時有註記是要慶生，入住時房內有一支紅酒及一個生日蛋糕造型的布偶。跟其他香港飯店相比，房間空間相對大一點，櫃子多，也有行李架及沙發。因應減塑政策，房內提供的免費礦泉水是精美鋁罐裝，房務人員可能發現我有自己去超市買大瓶礦泉水，原本2瓶鋁罐自動變成4罐。浴室的洗沐備品是很香的柑橘味。鄰近地鐵旺角站、油麻地站，也有機場巴士站，交通方便。但很難叫計程車。旺角及油麻地一帶有很多知名餐廳，也有很多當地人在吃的隱藏美食小店。步行距離有超商、超市，採買方便，也有傳統市場可買水果。小缺點：1.遇到寒流，空調都關掉房間還是非常冷。2.第二天晚上起，浴室有一隻蟲飛來飛去、會停在毛巾上，有點可怕。

The hotel was good, the staff were very helpful. The carpet in front of the elevator on the ground floor need to changed, the table clothes have lots of cup rings and spots. The area around the hotel looks ghetto, i expected the Hilton to be in a better area but its close to the women's market, restaurants and stores

Taxi drivers did not know where this hotel was located and they do not speak and read English. The one driver said Soy Street does not exist. Room was small but comfortable. Light switches were weird. Front desk staff were polite and welcoming

from check-in to check-out, everything was great. service at front desk was fantastic. room was clean, bed was comfortable, big closet to hang your stuff, room safe, cold fridge and kettle, shower had great water pressure, many settings and lots of hot water. breakfast buffet had LOTS of good options and was included in the price of the room. walking distance to many local markets, shops, mall and mongkok mtr station. we will stay here on our next visit to HK

The staff at the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and politeness. It's never easy dealing with travellers. With respect to the hotel itself, hours after checking in I learnt the hotel restaurant had a confirmed case of food poisoning. There was no official notice from the hotel during my stay of this, and the restaurant continued to run operations at the restaurant as usual. This is alarming and a sign of their priority for business over public safety. The shower also had a clogged drain. The hotel is also in an unsafe area of Hong Kong. Frankly speaking, I'm surprised this is a Hilton property and am disappointed. The area smells horrible, and there are people partying loud on the street nearby every night. I'm afraid to be on the streets at night in that area. There is also no hotel bar, and no mini bar.
