Fitnessbereich und Pool zutritt wird von einer Person im 14 Stock überwacht. Hier bekommt man entsprechende Handtücher. Der Poolbereich selber ist relativ Lustlos gestaltet, keine Pflanzen etc. Ein paar Liegen stehen in der Sonnen. Ausgeblichene Schirme schützen zwei Liegenplätze. Hier kann deutlich mehr gemacht werden.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack was zu finden und es hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber ausreichend, das Gym war auch gut eingerichtet. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier wohlgefühlt.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool. It had everything we needed for our stay and good value for money (compared to West Bay). Everything we wanted to see/visit was within walking distance or accessible via the metro (which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel).

The breakfast was awesome. They included south Indian meal as well. We got a free room upgrade to an 1 bedroom apartment. It was so convenient since we have kids. Thank you Mr. Hamze at the reception. The Swimming pool at the roof top was nice too.

However, the service was excellent, they arranged our transportation from and to the airport and a 4 hour tour of the city. The room was clean, big and comfortable. Overall the stay was good but on arrival they couldn’t offer us our booked room so moved us to an executive suite. On the face of it this sounded better but the room smelt of stale smoke and the shower was as good as useless. We moved on day two and it was much better. Location and staff are great.

The bathroom was for some reason abandoned. Towels were missing upon arrival, toilet paper was not replenished, soap as well. Calling the reception got these sorted within 5 minutes, so we were just curious why this was not just auto as elsewhere. Especially experiencing how Qatar and its people are extremely friendly, welcoming and not expecting (bakshish or) anything. The hotel is great, and the best closest restaurant we found is the al Zarka, https://maps.app.goo.gl/KYz3D7c5sK9fEcQ67 They do not call it as it is now popular "fusion", but they do Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, Chinese and Arabic (and maybe more, they have staff from those regions). Got a great dinner, happy as well, for a third we paid the previous night in Souk Waqif, and also got food for our flight back. A hamburger, with a fried egg, layer of real beef, mayonnaise and vegetables was USD 1.4, packed for the flight as requested so well i brought one back home (ordered four). Food is reported to be expensive in QTR, but You just need to find where to eat.

L’hôtel ne donne pas la chambre qui a été réservée. Et la raison donnée est : premier arrivé premier servi… Au final on paye une chambre vue sur mer et nous avons une chambre vue sur ruelle et dans laquelle on ne voit pas le ciel à cause de l’immeuble d’à côté. De plus mon voyage c’est terminé une semaine plus tôt et l’hôtel ne rembourse pas la semaine.

Mycket hjälpsam personal i receptionen, fem pluspoäng. Var tvungen att säga till om det var fel rum vi gått och de löste det ganska snabbt. Inte så trevlig resturang anvarig i mottagning in till restaurangen, betedde sig otrevligt. Inte bra och maten kom ut sent så vi kunde inte äta tillsammans med min fru. Väldigt dåligt. Sedan vill jag från Expedias sida om att verkligen rummen stämmer med det dom säger.

Petit déjeuné nul pour un 5 étoiles et surtout tout les jours la même chose . La venoiserie est nulle . Le chef cuisine n’est pas à l’écoute. Le service dans les chambres est aussi médiocre que la cuisine . Tout les jours il manque quelque chose et il faut appeler 2 ou 3 fois pour être servi ( pour des banalités: savon , serviettes , adaptateur , eau …) . Le bruit des travaux à côté ( des gros chantiers à DOHA : 24/24 ) et l’isolation n’est pas au top .
