Met in the garage, and way to check in, large, clean room and plentiful breakfast. Easy walk into the Old Town. Unfortunately, our room is as above the Reception where benches attracted loud drinkers and smokers. Music and drinking till midnight, woken at 4am by people having a drunken, very loud chat.

Fint værelse, fint hotel, meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Men skuffet over, at der ikke var housekeeping på vores værelse (ingen rene kopper, ingen redt seng, intet ekstra toiletpapir), samt at restaurant og bar var lukket (uden at det blev oplyst ved booking). Derudover mener jeg, at personalet ved morgenmaden bør tale/forstå engelsk ..... Hotellet har en super god beliggenhed.

직원분들이 친절하고 좋았습니다. 주차장을 처음에 못 찾아서 고생했는데, 건물 뒤편 주차 엘리베이터가 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 주요 관광지인 바벨성과 10-15분 정도 도보로 갈수 있어서 편하고 좋았습니다. 조식 서비스도 좋아요.

Nice location, very clean hotel. Very friendly staff in Reception and Bar lounge. Had 3 nights there with my adult daugther, and we can recommend Golden Tulip Krakow. 🇩🇰 Walkingdistance to almost everything in City center.

Breakfast extremely good with huge choice of buffet options. Only minor gripe is there was no shaving mirror or tissue box in bathroom. Would definitely use again.

We had a very nice stay in Krakow and 3 nights in Golden Tulip Krakow Kazimierz. The hotel is in a very good area in Krakow. You have shops, restaurants, parks and old historical buildings very near. The staff in the hotel was very service minded and positive. The rooms were clean and surrounding silent, very good to sleep in. Breakfast was over expectation. We will come back to Krakow and this hotel another time. We can recommend it.

We had a very nice stay in Krakow and 3 nights in Golden Tulip Krakow Kazimierz. The hotel is in a very good area in Krakow. You have shops, restaurants, parks and old historical buildings very near. The staff in the hotel was very service minded and positive. The rooms were clean and surrounding silent, very good to sleep in. Breakfast was over expectation. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, besonders im Stadtteil Kazimierz, wo es viele kleine Läden, gemütliche Cafés und vor allem leckere Restaurants gibt. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr ruhig und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!
