The service and friendliness was excellent. The location is perfect, 25 meters from the beach, with their own lounge chairs and service delivery. Having outside breakfast with an ocean view and freshly made omelets is unforgettable. We had a wonderful relaxing time at Crystal Blue

WOW. Vassilis et son équipe sont aux petits soins. Chambre magnifique, lits confortables, nous avons pris une chambre vue sur mer, absolument magique. L’hôtel est très bien entrenue, la piscine impeccable, accès direct à la plage, avec service à la plage grâce à de petits boutons. Le serveut vient rapidement. Excellents drinks. Emplacement parfait, sur le boardwalk. Vassilis et son équipe font aussi office de concierges, en réservant les restaurants et le transport au besoin. C’est un gros 5/5 sur tous les aspects. Ce fut des vacances exceptionnelles à Kamari !

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome! The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is small and the rooms beautiful. Perfect for what we needed- not too many people. The breakfast amazing and the cocktails too! Plenty of loungers around the pool and on the beach. Very family friendly. The hotel manager Vasilis clearly puts his heart and soul into the hotel. Making sure all is guests are happy. As do all of the staff. You couldn’t get a better location in Kamari. We loved it so much we have booked to go next year too. Special thank you to Vasilis, Efi, Adonis and Orfeas.

Staff are excellent, really go the extra mile from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. Kamari beach is a fully pedestrian area with access to the main strip via a short walk from the main road running through Kamari. This is both lovely in terms of safety and creates a bit of a chore in dragging cases from the taxi drop off point to the front of hotel. Fortunately the hotel staff met us to take our cases both directions to take away that stress for us. This was very typical of their mantra of - “your only job is to relax, our job is to take care of everything else”. From that point quite literally every need was catered for - beach loungers moved into the sun / shade, plentiful cocktails brought to the lounger, kids looked after a the pool with lunch and soft drinks etc. absolutely lovely. So far as location, hotel entrance right onto the beach, pool is 25m away from that, 50+ restaurants and bars immediately on the doorstep, located towards the quiet end of Kamari beach but plenty of options with a short walk to a more lively nightclub or bar for karaoke and drinks.

We've just had 5 nights at this wonderful hotel, what an absolute gem! Incredible setting and incredible staff nothing was ever too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. I can not praise this boutique hotel enough, we will definitely stay there again and wouldn't ever look for anywhere else to stay in Kamari. Simple stunning in every way xxx

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel et du directeur, très sympathique. Petit déjeuner et cuisine variée et savoureuse. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et nous recommandons le crystal blue.

I love this resort. I stayed here last year. I loved it even more. The food preparers did an A job with all they served. The cleanliness of my room was top notch. My cleaning person was very professional and friendly. I would stay here again.

The Santorini Crystal Blue exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and smelled fantastic, and outdoor areas and the pool were pristine. The food was fresh and tasty, and very generous proportions... The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to look after my daughter and myself. Thank you to Vasilis and the rest of the team for a relaxing stay! Slightly reluctant to be leaving a good review because I need there to be availability so we can book again next year, but it was perfect!

I recently stayed at the Santorini Crystal Blue Hotel, drawn in by its impressive rating of 10 points. However, I was surprised by the condition of the hotel, which I would rate around a 6 or 7. I can’t say enough about this jewel of a boutique hotel on the Aegean Sea! It was amazing and one of our favorite hotels on our 32 day European trip! Not only was it beautiful, but the staff members were absolutely amazing! Everyone greeted you by your name and was truly there to help with a smile on their face. By the time we left, we felt like we were leaving friends behind. The food was good, especially the morning 3 egg omelette, and the drinks were even better. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the AC cooled perfectly. The best part however was the location…. It sits right across from the sea, has its own beach area with shaded loungers reserved for guests only, and provides drink & food service right to your chair. Kamari Beach is away from all the hustle and bustle of Oia (1 day there was all we needed), has a beautiful black sand/rock beach, and had a pedestrian only promenade filled with small hotels, restaurants, and bars. Kamari Beach also provides a bus service that is easy and will take you just about anywhere you want to go on the island. We truly can’t wait to go back and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else but the Crystal Blue Hotel!

Beautiful resort, kids loved the pool, great breakfast, friendly staff. Awesome location in the middle of the shopping and dining strip. Beautiful room (numbered “A”) although had some water noise from jacuzzi above one night. Would stay here again!

Was very upset for the privacy invasion when we kept asking do not disturb and kept going into room. Also booked a sea view not side view and this was not cool as I paid for such a room.

Santorini Crystal Blue was in a nice location -- right at Kamari beach -- it felt very personal -- service and staff were excellent - very helpful with transportation to the airport -- they printed boarding passes for us - highly recommend

Vasilis and his team are amazing. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They will arrange for any activities around the island and always checked on us to make sure it was going well. I couldn't have asked for better service. We'll definitely go back.

Only issue was they did not sallow late check out - previous day reception said 3 hour delay would be possible because of low booking; next day owner they could not give us any time because they were fully booked; so little break in trust - but overall a good hotel

Let me start off by saying that I haven’t been this relaxed in years! Yes Thira is absolutely gorgeous but we all know that. What made our stay truly special was Santorini Crystal Blue and its team! Starting with Renata. She was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Vasilis is a life saver! He did me a huge favor and was able to add the finishing touches to my proposal (she said yes!). Antonio and his son served us great food all throughout our stay. And last but not least, Dimitri made us feel right at home and also served us great drinks! The hotel is in a beautiful location on Kamari beach next to a beautiful mountain. The ocean was really refreshing. I can go on and on. I highly recommend this hotel. We WILL come back one day. Sooner rather than later, but hopefully with a family of 5!

A member of staff met us at our transfer drop point and helped carry our luggage to the hotel. After completing signing in, we were escorted to our room to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. The room was large and we got a complimentary large bottle of water daily. The staff was always available to help with anything we needed or to answer any questions. The food in the restaurant was amazing at every meal. Everyone was very friendly. By far the best hotel stay we have ever had at any hotel we have stayed at!! Next time we are able to get back to Greece, we will definitely book with Crystal Blue!

Staff are excellent, really go the extra mile from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. Kamari beach is a fully pedestrian area with access to the main strip via a short walk from the main road running through Kamari. This is both lovely in terms of safety and creates a bit of a chore in dragging cases from the taxi drop off point to the front of hotel. Fortunately the hotel staff met us to take our cases both directions to take away that stress for us. This was very typical of their mantra of - “your only job is to relax, our job is to take care of everything else”. From that point quite literally every need was catered for - beach loungers moved into the sun / shade, plentiful cocktails brought to the lounger, kids looked after a the pool with lunch and soft drinks etc. absolutely lovely. So far as location, hotel entrance right onto the beach, pool is 25m away from that, 50+ restaurants and bars immediately on the doorstep, located towards the quiet end of Kamari beach but plenty of options with a short walk to a more lively nightclub or bar for karaoke and drinks.

This was an amazing hotel! From booking to staying the communication from the hotel was amazing. They helped with car service to and from airport and port. They even met us at the top and walked with us to the hotel while holding our luggage. The hotel was very clean, well put together and right on the main strip. The daily breakfast was amazing and we told the staff we had an 8am tour the next morning so we would miss breakfast. They went out of their way and made us breakfast sandwiches to take on our tour. The accommodation here is truly a 5 star! Would recommend this place to everyone!

I can’t say enough about this jewel of a boutique hotel on the Aegean Sea! It was amazing and one of our favorite hotels on our 32 day European trip! Not only was it beautiful, but the staff members were absolutely amazing! Everyone greeted you by your name and was truly there to help with a smile on their face. By the time we left, we felt like we were leaving friends behind. The food was good, especially the morning 3 egg omelette, and the drinks were even better. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the AC cooled perfectly. The best part however was the location…. It sits right across from the sea, has its own beach area with shaded loungers reserved for guests only, and provides drink & food service right to your chair. Kamari Beach is away from all the hustle and bustle of Oia (1 day there was all we needed), has a beautiful black sand/rock beach, and had a pedestrian only promenade filled with small hotels, restaurants, and bars. Kamari Beach also provides a bus service that is easy and will take you just about anywhere you want to go on the island. We truly can’t wait to go back and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else but the Crystal Blue Hotel!

We stayed in September. Great area around hotel, restaurants, grocery stores and bakery. Staff friendly and helpful. It was great breakfast with sea view. We rent car for a few days to see island and glad that we stayed in Kamari. It’s not too crowded, we wish we can stay little bit longer.

We loved our one week’s stay at Crystal Blue. All the staff are delightful and kind and could not have done more to enhance our time here. The hotel is perfectly located at the quiet end of Kamari Beach, away from the more crowded side. The front two rows of sunbeds on the beach are reserved for hotel guests, and there is a swimming pool also with superbly clear water. All in all, we could not have asked for a more comfortable temporary home on this stunningly beautiful island. Huge thank you to everyone at Crystal Blue.

An amazing property located right on the beautiful Kamari beach. A very friendly and accommodating staff that felt like an extended family while we stayed there. Food at this hotel was really good, which they also conveniently serve on the beach. Outside of the hotel, there’s a ton of nice restaurants and food options, but our favorite restaurant on the strip was Almira restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Blue and overall experience on Kamari beach, which IMO is the nicest beach on the island. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The Santorini Crystal Blue exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and smelled fantastic, and outdoor areas and the pool were pristine. The food was fresh and tasty, and very generous proportions... The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to look after my daughter and myself. Thank you to Vasilis and the rest of the team for a relaxing stay! Slightly reluctant to be leaving a good review because I need there to be availability so we can book again next year, but it was perfect!

Perfect for what we needed- not too many people. The breakfast amazing and the cocktails too! Plenty of loungers around the pool and on the beach. Very family friendly. The hotel manager Vasilis clearly puts his heart and soul into the hotel. Making sure all is guests are happy. As do all of the staff. You couldn’t get a better location in Kamari. What a gorgeous small hotel with excellent size rooms, we had a terrace & small hot tub pool!!! A good size bedroom & sitting area too. Irene & Caterina the most friendliest & helpful reception front of house. Top tip take beach shoes to get in & out of small pebbly beach.

We stayed at the Crystal Blue for a week and we had a fabulous time. The staff were so helpful and the hotel is right at the beach. We were met on arrival by taxi and it was a short walk to the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. I would highly recommend this hotel and we hope to go back again.

We stayed here over a weekend and loved the place so much that we wanted to stay one more night. The proper was unfortunately sold out because of the amazing staff and hospitality. I can’t wait to go back again just to have more time to explore. Thank you for an amazing trip
