Great hotel, lovely staff. My friend & I stayed in a twin room with tonnes of space (rare in twin rooms generally). Reception staff were always friendly. Hotel is well located to wander the city. Nice breakfast. No complaints, would happily stay there again - thanks!

The positives: We had a pleasant stay at Urban Colors in Thessaloniki. The location is very central, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides information about parking options in advance, which is very helpful if you’re coming by car. A small note: There is no private parking at the hotel, so it’s worth planning ahead if you’re travelling by car. I also accidentally booked an “internal” room. It had a window facing the corridor, which cannot be opened, so the room felt a little claustrophobic. We only stayed for one night, so it was absolutely fine for us, but I would keep this in mind if you’re planning a longer stay and prefer a room with a proper outside window. One other small thing: the shower holders in the bathroom were a little loose and could use some maintenance. Overall, a clean and very centrally located place, and we had a good stay.

Lovely & central this was an ideal place to stay for my Il Volo concert at the amazing Theatre Gis on 27th July. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. , The room was clean and ideal for my two night stay. The coffee shop was a bit limited, the snack I chose was no longer offered - really should have told me that before I looked at the menu ! Anyway it didn't matter because there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants close at hand offering a huge variety of choices. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.
