My beautiful junior suite bathroom floor was constructed with no slant. Every shower flooded the bathroom like a lake. Upon complaining, they upgraded me at no cost to a very lovely suite. The staff couldn't have been more attentive or kind. The hotel itself is quite stunning in its decor. The public areas are endlessly charming. The elevator required a room key card adding an additional later of security. The location of this hotel is supurb for tourism. It would be my pleasure to stay here again.

Very aesthetic and very chic hotel. Loved their breakfast variety. Staff is extremely cooperative and caring. Our primary host was Omer Bey at the front reception and he was one of a kind - made excellent recommendations on dining options and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and the room with the terrace has amazing views. Thanks Room Mate Emir and thanks Omer for making our vacation memorable!

Simply the best hotel chain I know! Room Mate is synonymous with hospitality, friendly service, design, plenty of comfort, modern rooms, and spectacular common areas! The best location in Istanbul. The best team. Incredible receptionists who go above and beyond. The manager, is fantastic. The housekeeping service is perfect. The breakfast team are incredibly friendly, and the security is kind. a beautiful conversion of old ottoman mansions melded into new builds, gorgeous decor, huge rooms, fantastic value. Very quirky street in a busy neighborhood with steep hills and stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues, or require generic and predictable surroundings.

The hotel is located at the end of a badly paved narrow street that can be noisy at times. Its exterior is not impressive but once inside everything changes. It is an oasis in a bustling city. I had a large duplex room which was open plan and can sleep four. There are no separate bedrooms! While it has a kitchen no utensils are provided. The hotel has limited facilities but there are lots of options in the vicinity. However, a good breakfast is available in a pleasant dining room until noon each day for €12. Overall, this is an excellent property in a very central location.

We only stayed there for two nights, but we wished we stayed longer. The place looks brand new. A lot of areas to hang out within the hotel. The room was clean and very modern and got cleaned daily. The rainfall shower was a plus. They also had set up a sofa bed for us as requested. There was also an iron for the clothes which I alway prefer while in vacation. The location is amazing. You have everything within walking distance; cafes, restaurants, shops, galata tower, taksim square. We had a blast with our toddler, it was very quiet. They also have a spa which we didn't use. The only down thing would be a doorman to help with the luggage. Idk if they were short staffed at the time but it was only a receptionist. However it didn't spoil our stay. The wifi is fast which doesn't happen very often in Istanbul. If you have any doubts just book this place!

I was throughly pleased with my stay! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly! I booked the duplex for a 10 day start and couldn’t be happier with what I got for the pricing! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even when they couldn’t communicate, they went out of their way to find someone that could. The housekeeping staff is amazing!! I loved the spa downstairs for massage. I never got to go to the breakfast restaurant but hopefully next time! All in all, would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay sooooo much. The staff team was absolutely amazing. I even felt so emotional about leaving because the staff made us feel so welcome. We appreciated to hospitality so much, especially Gokhan, he is AMAZING!! For the rest, the housekeeping was great, the room was clean. The breakfast team was so sweet as well. The duplex room we had was very clean and very comfortable loads of room for 2 people and the bed was massive the only downside was the room was very dark as only had 2 lamps in each corner in the seating area so you couldn’t read

Einzig der Taxi Service vom Flughafen war viel zu teuer, ich habe 60 euro bezahlen müssen durch den vom Hotel organisierten Service der auch noch 30 min zu spät kam. Bei der Abreise habe ein Taxi genommenen und mit Taximeter nur 28 Euro bezahlt!

The service is outstanding. The staff are polite, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned as expected. The rooms leave a lot to be desired - from lack of water,brown water, to broken and damaged items and furniture it's really far from a 4 star experience. The air conditioner is a ventilation system. Obviously corners have been cut to save on repairs and updates. The view of the suite is a lovely back alley with a dumpster right under. While the location and staff are great this hotel is not worth it.

The hotel interiors are very pretty but the bathroom in the rooms were a disaster because they had very little privacy and also the door to the toilet was so heavy that I was suer scared of opening and closing it especially in the middle of the night. Had to change rooms as a result but it was pretty much the same. Clogged up sink also did not help. Location is great if you are looking to stay in the most crowded street in the world and infact the while city was just so crowded. Overall I would stay somewhere else and also avoid Istanbul all together.

Room Mate is my favourite hotel chain in the world. I love the design and the care they give to guests. The entire team was perfect during my 12 nights in Istanbul. The suite is huge and very comfortable. The only thing I missed was air conditioning in the common areas and female receptionists. The team is perfect! Rasha, the manager, and the entire reception team, Tahia, the housekeeping staff, and everyone at breakfast! This hotel is a hidden gem in Istanbul! The only thing that bothered me was the daily, brief power outages—I imagine it's a city thing. The rooms lack maintenance. The hotel is eight years old, but nothing that takes away from its charm, charm, or service. The hotel is in a very privileged area, but next door is a sex and illicit establishment, so don't be alarmed, because they'll stare, but they're harmless. They clean the street and spray water, which was very annoying. Aside from that, this hotel is perfection! Will come back thousand of times! Thank you, everyone! You are amazing! :)

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!! They charged me over $162 for doing my laundry for no more than 15 pieces of clothes. The clothes were pajamas so not even anything heavy. they didn’t even tell me how it would be they just charged my account when I left.

This was a terrible stay. The hotel property itself is really pretty however the service was lacking. We had an issue with our first room with noise, had to fight with them to get them to switch our room. Then when switch they gave us a room that had a shower that would go scolding hot to cold, heat that you couldn’t adjust, when asked for these things to be fixed they just pretended they fixed them. I don’t recommend staying here, the hotel staff was not really that helpful. The location was good, however at night it felt unsafe, a lot of illegal activity every night we walked back in front or near hotel.

Everything was nice,the hotel was clean, the only problem was the location, The hotel we stayed at was across from a brothel. It felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, with the line of people waiting to get in and the intimidating faces of those lingering around, seemingly waiting for their turn. Beside this,everything was nice.

Fantastic quiet bolt hole right between Taksim and Galatasary. Really close to the best shops and bars. The front of house team are v helpful for arranging tours, taxis etc. all in all, a very comfortable stay.

Great location, the whole staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond all of our requests. Wife lost her phone during check out, and while we were at cruise port, staff searched room and all areas for us. Very cool (was in her luggage).Breakfast was great. Definitely stay again.

Elsker Beyoglu som område så placering var helt i top. Vi fik morgenmad på hotellet på afrejse dag, den vil jeg sige var middelmådig. Synes man generelt skal opleve maden i byen. Personalet meget imødekommende og behagelige. Hotellets indretning helt i top! Personligt vil jeg undgå Istiklal gaden, mange mennesker… hotellet leder én ned til spænende sidegader.
