There was plenty of out-of-order signs, from the gym equipment, washers, doors, & a drink machine. Staff unavailable at the desk, microwave plate was missing and the shower curtain needed replacing in the bathroom.

I appreciated the free use of washers and dryers. The bathrooms in our rooms seemed clean. The dishwasher in our room didn't work. I read some people had problems finding room to park, but we didn't have any issues. The treadmills were out of order in the weight room, but I could still use weights and an Eliptical. The breakfast was pretty standard for a free breakfast.

This hotel needs some updating. The carpet in our room was disgusting and damaged in many places. The shower floor was dirty, didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly from the previous guests. The curtains were stained, tile floors were dirty and they looked like they hadn’t been mopped (could see footprints from previous guest). Overall, the whole room was pretty disgusting. We booked this hotel based on the ratings from other guests….not sure how they rated this hotel so high. I wouldn’t say here again.

The hotel is filthy, carpet it filthy and worn. Hot water only worked in showers not sinks. Air was way to loud to keep room cool. Ice make didn’t work and there’s no place to get ice

We have stayed at this property many times over the years as a waypoint on regular cross-country roadtrips. It is always comfortable. This time I noticed that the cleanliness, particularly of the bathroom, has declined. The areas along the walls of the bathroom were dingy and pretty gross to look at, and didn’t give me confidence about the overall cleanliness of the room. We also had no hot water - after running the water for over 10 minutes, it only increased about 5 degrees over room temp. We didn’t make a complaint to the front desk because it was late and just wanted to rest.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and we had to ask for sheets to make it out. The mattress was pathetic. There was no blanket in the room either. The tv remote in the main room did not work properly.

There’s a street light 6ft from my window that is installed backwards. It’s just a blinding light facing my windows. The curtains block about 80% of the light; but this should not the the nighttime light level. Kinda hard to take good pictures of, windows haven’t been washed in a long time.

But this time we tried to talk to the front desk twice and both times no one was there or came when we called. The tv didn't work -- would only play Lubbock city council meetings! The rugs were terribly stained. It's overall a well-situated and fine hotel, but it seems like it is not as well staffed or maintained as it used to be.

I made reservations for the wrong day and approached the manager and because our reservations were not for that day, she asked us to leave and even threatened to call the police. She could clearly see we had reservations. I have never had a hotel employee so rude and ugly! I will never stay at this chain again.

When we checked in, we were given a room that wasn’t ready. We were given another room when we let the front desk know the initial one wasn’t ready. The second room was also not ready and we walked in while it was still being clean. This made it awkward and the housekeeper felt rushed, which meant we ended up with a room that wasn’t cleaned. There was a gross hairball still in the bathroom and the bed looked thrown together. There was also a lot of bird waste covering the steps to the back and side entrances. We were too tired from a long drive, so we just stayed without complaint and decided we’d just write a review.

One of the staff members enter our room late at night and woke my kids up and when we spoke to the GM about it he threatened to kick me out they also charged us for the room when i jad already paid expedia. Trust me find somewhere else

Upon checking out, one of the staff at front desk was very rude. She accused me of lying about calling front desk several times. She told me that she was there the whole time. Which was impossible because I had called 3 times and had let it ring.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The night staff, especially Zando, is the worst I’ve ever encountered. There is no parking and they will threaten to call and have only 1 person towed while there are multiple people parked illegally in fire zone and horizontal with a trailer. Zando not only yelled he also flipped us off at the front desk. We tried to call customer service and they were unable to find our reservation since we booked through hotels.com.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately encountered several ongoing maintenance issues that were never resolved despite multiple reports to the front desk. Upon arrival, I immediately notified staff that both the sink and shower had low water pressure. Additionally, the bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, causing water to back up and leave a filmy residue during use. Most concerning was a persistent sewer-like odor that came from the bathtub while in use, which made the experience quite unpleasant. This hotel is so nice and comfortable! Our suite was extremely spacious, check in was great, location was good, and we were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was fine, nothing special. The waffle maker was broken as were two of the juice dispensers. It was disappointing to see styrofoam plates and bowls, but everything else was good. Surfaces were clean, tables were clean, and we didn't leave hungry.

The front desk staff was great. Our room seemed as though the minor keep up had not been met. The floor was missing all of the grout and the microwave had no plate. The lady at breakfast was so rude. She tried to close up 30 minutes early with someone standing there making a plate. My daughter accidentally poured blueberry waffle mix and she made the comment that that was why we should pay attention. Overall, I would give these stay at 3.5 out of five.
