All the staffs are friendly, supportive and kind. The hotel is still under construction on Oct-2025. Very good location for business visits to Jakarta. Walking distance to Sinarmas land plaza and other major business centers.

The hotel is of a more intimate size which made the experience more comfortable and personal. The level of service and attention surpassed my expectations. Congratulations and thanks to Four Points Sheraton. The breakfast was superb and had all the key elements of a good breakfast (variety, changing daily offerings) and provided quality over quantity. Congratulations to the chef. The room met all my needs for a business trip, although the corridor carpet on the 9th floor was heavily stained with unsightly dark red blotches all the way from the lift to my room. I think there needs to be better signage at the car entrance. So many grab drivers missed the entrance and had to reverse to enter the driveway to pick me up. One missed the entrance entirely and I had to cancel the booking, as it is along a one-way road. At the end of the day, it is the people who make or break a stay, and the team at Four Points Sheraton is really wonderful. Thank you!

外の音がうるさいと口コミを聞いて高層階をリクエストし、10階だったが聴きしに勝る騒音が一晩中うるさくて眠れない日々だった。ベッドサイドに耳栓が備えられたホテルは初めて。同行者の部屋は部屋の真ん中に大きな柱がある信じられない造り。ロビーは工事中で椅子がなく車寄せはギリギリ乗用車一台分の幅しかないので待機できない。朝食のビュッフェとスタッフの笑顔以外にいい点は何もない。

Room is not so spacious but comfortable. Staff is friendly. But when I found a safety box in the room doesn't work and requested to fix it, no one came. I left memo in the room so that the house keeping could find it. Then the problem was solved.

Good breakfast but facing the main highway so noisy. Provided ear plug n found along car free day that sun. Room clean but caught a few small coach roaches. Staff are friendly n accommodating to request esp an early breakfast prepared at 5.30am. Security screening at entrance. Fri BBQ buffet could be improved if food are heated up. Live music was great. Nice view from 1115

Service was superb, very responsive, staff were professional & friendly. But room was noisy due to single layered glass window (non-opened type). Basically did not sleep well at all during the very 1st night, all due to direct traffic noise from the main roads. Changed to another room, yet, same problem persisted but less noisy from the other corner/back of hotel building facing the river. If the establishment can do something about the soundproof matter?

Firstly the aircon was hardly cold. Even after reducing to the lowest temperature possible. Secondly the lobby is on the 6th floor and I got the room on the 7th. The noise was so unbearable that I could only fall asleep at 3am. The windows are not soundproof and the hotel is aware of it. That’s why they provide earplugs. But I’ve not checked into a hotel so that I’ll use earplugs to sleep. This is totally unacceptable. I would suggest not to book this hotel at all. Pay a little extra and go to a better sleep full hotel.

Cet hotel a des employés qui sont parfaits et c’est ce qui le sauve mais… attribution d’une chambre donnant sur la rue et c’est juste impossible de dormir même aux étages hauts. Un hotel qui fournit des boules kyes c’est un signe. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre en pleine nuit et les employés ont été extraordinaires.

朝食について４泊したので４回朝食を食べましたが、入店時毎回コーヒー飲みますかと質問受けるが、飲むと答えて持ってきたのは１回だけ。何のために質問するのでしょうか。また、ヌードルコーナーで注文したらテーブルまで持ってくると言われたが、持ってこないのでもう一度注文したが（またテーブルまでもって行くと言われる）もってこなかった。食べている途中、別の料理を取りに行っている間に全部下げられる事が多い。結構皿の上に料理を残していたし飲み物も十分残っていたはず。今後宿泊はしないと思います。

Although I was there for 2 short days, nevertheless it has been wonderful. The check-in was seamless, the staff were friendly. Keep up the good work. It's clean and everything works well. The bedding makes you want to laze around longer cos they're sooooo comfortable. We didn't have time to check the other ameneties but hope to do so next time. We chose this hotel for it's central location. It is close to all the big names PI, GI, Sarinah and yet without the chaotic traffic around it. Love that we can walk to these places and walk back to the hotel. Having the train station infront of the hotel is a plus point too. Will definitely return.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel feels a little tired in places, but the staff were fantastic the breakfast was one of the best I’ve enjoyed at any hotel recently. Location is good, but as is the case with most of Jakarta, the traffic can be very bad, taking over an hour to travel 10km’s.
