The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There was a bit of a language barrier between us and the staff and us, but with the help of my limited Spanish knowledge and translator apps, we made it through! We were brought coffee each morning, and treated with care and respect. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was a bit firmer than I like, but that is just personal preference.

Our stay was perfect, and what we loved the most was the attentiveness of the staff! The team at Clandestino is amazing. Extra heater (it is necessary in winter), early breakfast, a private chauffer for the trip, everything was arranged quickly and efficiently! The location is great, and the property is gorgeous!

No toilet paper in the room. No iron, only ironing board: even though it is advertised, no restaurant/food service on the things they advertise such as rooftop service. Room unsafe. No staff available to answer or provide service of missing items. . We are so unsatisfied with this facility that we only spent one night there. We had to move to another hotel and paid for such out of our pocket. We should get a refund for accommodations that were paid for and not provided.
