No one was ever at the counter when you needed someone. The pool was disgusting to the point where you couldn’t even swim I own a pool in Florida so I know how a pool is supposed to look. This pool was filthy dirty you couldn’t even see to the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy.

This is a fairly new property and is well maintained. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with restaurants, bars, shopping etc in walking distance. The fitness room was a little lacking. But overall it was a good stay.

I like the location of this property being close to shopping, entertainment and dining. It was mostly clean, but the pool was questionable so we did not use it. The breakfast was a great start to the day and always kept fresh. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Pool was closed, without notice prior to arrival. Hotel was booked for the soul purpose of using a pool for spring break… booking also said it was a king bed with a pullout couch, all we received was the king bed.

Front desk associates were great, but beyond that, I was disappointed w/ lack of cleaning. The breakfast area was well supplied but the floors were very sticky. We also didn’t receive a freshening of our room. Our beds weren’t made up and we only had 3 towels for 3 people on a two night stay. The pool also wasn’t supplied w clean pool towels.

Stayed 3 nights and not one day was room cleaned. Each night had to go down to get towels. Last night stay went to get some and counter staff would you mind bringing down the ones you have! The answer was no of course!

We checked in the receptionist was mumbling had to focus on what he was asking for. We then went to the room checked for bugs and stains with uv light. The bed was clean no bugs. Walls where extremely dusty and looks like water damage in corners of main room. Bathroom was cleaned except behind toilet and walls. Batbroom has no vent to clear smells and shower condemnation hence why the entire ceiling looked water damaged in uv light and ia bleeding through to main area. Shower has low pressure. Walls and doors are thin music was so loud in hallway and a party in main area with kids screaming was very annoying. At 230ish in the morning neighbors above must have been having a wild night as tbe shower and thumping went on for almost 2 hours. Proximity to highway was bad as well all night could hear cars. Curtains didn't block the parking lot lights. Ben wasnt comfortable. Breakfast was the weirdest "buffet" ever eggs biscuits and gravy no other meats pancakes cereal outmeal and breads muffins and bagels coffee milk yogurt. No one was at deak to check out to address any concerns and dont spend money at the store there its 2x as much for everything

Only cleaned room 1 of 4 days and literally just made the bed. Didn’t take the trash out. Didn’t clean the bathroom. Put new towels in the bathroom. Didn’t clean the sink. Did not sweep. Bed very uncomfortable. Could not use the pool 3 of 4 days. Note sayings out of order for 3 hours, note was on there for 3 days. Will not stay here again.

After the debacle that I had checking in and having to check in a following day after being sent to a sister hotel and then another hotel all in the same night I was able to come back to the original hotel and I had a great experience. The only issue I have was that I did not get a king size bed that I had requested. The reason I did not have a good check-in experience is that apparently a cleaning lady did not show up and there were 25 rooms that were not turned over and those guests had to be rerouted to other hotels. Not exactly the experience I was looking for on the eve of moving day

We arrived closer to 6pm. At arriving the concierge was very friendly and customer service oriented. The next day only two employees were present (lobby and breakfast area). When basic necessities were requested it took time for us to received one item and for the other items I was told to go to the lobby and pick them up.

Mr. Willis, who checked us in was incredibly kind, helpful and so lovely. He made an otherwise simple and easy stay, feel elevated. He made a concerted effort to be extra helpful knowing my son was taking the SAT the next morning. You are lucky to have such a passionate staffer. Made this feel like a five star hotel!

I had tried to contact this property on several occasions via the messaging on the ap as well as calling. We were driving in town for a funeral and wanted if we could get into our room early. No response at all. When I asked about this at checking the guy checking us in didn’t know about the ap messages. We was able to get us in but had to change our room type.

Great location that is across the street from an outdoor mall that had many good restaurants. Easy on/off from the highway. Close to Michigan State University. Reasonable breakfast buffet for the price, clean and well stocked

Everything was clean, in good condition, and nicely updated. Only downside was our breakfast, which would have been great, but at 8:am, ran out of food. Waited 20 minutes for more food to be brought out. Refilling service for this was too slow for a Saturday morning.
