Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . Nick the host so helpful , recommended places to get breakfast ( can recommend the cafe Gro , fabulous coffee and food ) Would stay here again . Lovely. Thanks Nick we loved it . Janet

You’re home away from home, thank you to all of the staff & owners for making us feel welcome. You’re warm hospitality and professional room attendant staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. So accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended 😊😊😊👌✅👏👏😇

Room was spotless, Nick communicated very clearly, hassle free in and out. Room had hairdryer, kettle etc. Clean towels, bed was very comfortable. Ensuite was fine, great water pressure in the shower. Very reasonably priced and parking on the street, would definitely stay again.

Loved it. Only the one night but really happy with check in and communication. Very very clean room and shower room . Never had a shower but looked like the shower head holder was broken? Maybe not? Really comfy bed. If back in Irvine I will book again.
