Ontvangst was slecht niemand op de desk.Toen de dame er eenmaal was, zat ze alleen maar te zuchten. Ingang moeilijk je vinden (deur met sleutel was alleen voor de avond daarnaast een soort van schuifdeur dat was de ingang). Er was een festival bezig dus konden we niet met de auto bij het hotel komen. Alle wegen waren afgezet. Dame achter de desk wilde ons niet begrijpen of begreep het niet. We hadden de auto helemaal onderaan de rotsen geparkeerd en zagen er tegenop om de koffers naar boven te moeten brengen/sjouwen. 200 meter omhoog is niet niks en wij zijn niet meer de jongsten. Het festival komt niet uit de lucht vallen, dus we hadden dit graag van te voren geweten. Voor de prijs van de kamer was enige hulp wel te verwachten. De kamer was heel mooi. De dame die bij het uitchecken aan de desk zat was overigens zeer vriendelijk en excuseerde zich voor onze ontvangst.

Lindo hotel, muito bem localizado e bem cuidado. Vista magnífica para a ponte e o pôr-do-sol. O ponto fraco é a pouca disponibilidade de qualquer tipo de serviço e o estacionamento meio longe.

Great hotel with wonderful views, prime location, great room and service. We had a great time over there. I should note the closest parking lot is about half a mile away, which for me wasn't a problem because it is located on a nice walking area.. I highly recommend.

This is a very well located hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the view from the hotel is spectacular. If you are driving it would be best to get directions to the parking building before arriving as getting there from the hotel involves squeezing down some very narrow roads

The only staff that was unacceptable was the one at the reception at are arrival. Because the Ronda was celebrating a romantic weekend, we had to park 1 kilometres away from the Hotel dragging some close back for the night. No compassion, no compensation, no sorry. Just leave with it. Other staff were nice in the morning.

What a beautiful location, overlooking the famous Ronda bridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was amazing. The only issue was the parking - lot suggested was full so we were in our own for finding an alternative. But all-in-all it was a great hotel

Beautiful hotel and setting... Several couples saw us enter the gate outside the hotel and exclaimed how lucky we were to stay in such a setting. We agree. Our room had an open view of the gorge and valley below. The bed was comfy and the bathroom huge with a large jetted tube and a shower. We parked our rental car just outside the hotel entry gate to offload our luggage and then drove and found a parking spot on the street in the new town in a residential area that was about a 10 minute walk back to hotel. We confirmed with a resident that overnight street parking was permissible so parking was free! Ronda was a fabulous, fun town and this hotel made the stay all the better.

The Casa Palacio is in the heart of the old town of Ronda. The hotel is beautifully kept, spotlessly clean and the view from our room overlooking the gorge, is breathtaking. Check in was very simple and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The parking is in the "new" town, a few minutes by car, approximately 15 minutes walking back and a bit of uphill, but no problem.

Lovely old fashioned hotel but perhaps some updating needed. Unfortunately we stayed in the middle of one of the worst storms and water and wind was coming in the bathroom window making it very cold.Only plug point that we could find for charging phones etc was beside the bathroom sink which was not very practical. Staff very helpful and a good choice of breakfast apart form the coffee. Would stay again as was ideally situated for everything

The views were amazing and I wanted to completely love this property. However, my room had a distinct mildew smell and at one end sewage. I could see new paint stains where some clean up might have been done but the smell was awful. I was only there two nights, or else I would have asked to change rooms.

A beautiful historical property with a million dollar view over Ronda. Our room was comfortable and lovely linen and towels. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the bed was a little easily rocky but overall oue experience was fantastic. We had a loveky simple breakfast overlooking the view. The staff were just lovely.

La recepción no tenía prendido el aire. La habitación parecía que no estaba preparada para recibirnos porque tampoco tenía el aire prendido ni el mini refrigerador. Creo que deberían de avisar que la habitación tiene el baño y regadera en un segundo piso y que éste no está refrigerado. Es muy incómodo estar subiendo cerca de 15 escalones para ir al baño. Le falta mantenimiento y alguien que te atienda en la noche para un vaso con hielo por ejemplo.

The room was definitely all about the view. You can’t get a better view I am sure. The hostess was absolutely lovely. The room was very small and minimalist. Sufficient for a one night stay and enjoy the beautiful town. The location couldn’t be better. 5 minute walk from everything.

A recepção é excelente com muita atenção e simpatia. A vista da varanda do quarto é maravilhosa, de tirar o folego. Pode-se observar a "ponte nuova" de Ronda e todo o vale ao redor. O quarto tem acabamento incompativel com o restante do hotel, com tendencias ao rustico, principalmente o piso, que poderia ser de outro material. Por outro lado, a banheira do quarto, estilo vitoriana, é muito bonita.

A great place to stay to visit Ronda, couldn’t be more central and easy to walk around the main attractions. Hotel was very nice, a little old-fashioned but friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room with a big balcony and the most amazing views of the new bridge, the gorge and the mountains.

Our stay at Casa Palacio VillaZambra was outstanding! The staff were warm and welcoming and the owner was a pleasure to know. Our room was elegant, very comfortable, bright and well equipped. Every morning we fully enjoyed the magnificent panoramic views and delicious breakfasts from the balcony. We would stay nowhere else, if we ever have the good fortune to return to Ronda.

Beautiful old world feel. Awesome view of the bridge and gorge. Very accommodating with early check in. Only issue was we had no hot water for our shower. We did not realize it was an issue until the morning and we had an early train. No one at front desk at that hour to assist.

The Casa Palacio is in the heart of the old town of Ronda. The hotel is beautifully kept, spotlessly clean and the view from our room overlooking the gorge, is breathtaking. Check in was very simple and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The parking is in the "new" town, a few minutes by car, approximately 15 minutes walking back and a bit of uphill, but no problem.

Great hotel with wonderful views, prime location, great room and service. We had a great time over there. I should note the closest parking lot is about half a mile away, which for me wasn't a problem because it is located on a nice walking area.. I highly recommend.

Stunning property with an amazing view of the Puento Nuevo. The room and terrace were gorgeous - the only reason we didn't use them more was that the hotel is only meters from all of the top attractions in Old Ronda. We would be delighted to visit again

This is a very well located hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the view from the hotel is spectacular. If you are driving it would be best to get directions to the parking building before arriving as getting there from the hotel involves squeezing down some very narrow roads

The room was definitely all about the view. You can’t get a better view I am sure. The hostess was absolutely lovely. The room was very small and minimalist. Sufficient for a one night stay and enjoy the beautiful town. The location couldn’t be better. 5 minute walk from everything.

A great place to stay to visit Ronda, couldn’t be more central and easy to walk around the main attractions. Hotel was very nice, a little old-fashioned but friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room with a big balcony and the most amazing views of the new bridge, the gorge and the mountains.

Our stay at Casa Palacio VillaZambra was outstanding! The staff were warm and welcoming and the owner was a pleasure to know. Our room was elegant, very comfortable, bright and well equipped. Every morning we fully enjoyed the magnificent panoramic views and delicious breakfasts from the balcony. We would stay nowhere else, if we ever have the good fortune to return to Ronda.

Lovely old fashioned hotel but perhaps some updating needed. Unfortunately we stayed in the middle of one of the worst storms and water and wind was coming in the bathroom window making it very cold.Only plug point that we could find for charging phones etc was beside the bathroom sink which was not very practical. Staff very helpful and a good choice of breakfast apart form the coffee. Would stay again as was ideally situated for everything

A step up from my usual accommodations and I\'m glad I did : Locate in the old quarter, the VillaZambra has breath-taking views of Ronda\'s priced Puente Nuevo and the expansive valley beyond ! It\'s interiors and staff equal the beauty of Ronda ~ This experience :) , when I first saw the "new bridge" of 1793 from VillaZ\'s dining balcony brought tears to my eyes. Definitely, a life time experience !

A beautiful historical property with a million dollar view over Ronda. Our room was comfortable and lovely linen and towels. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the bed was a little easily rocky but overall oue experience was fantastic. We had a loveky simple breakfast overlooking the view. The staff were just lovely.

Great room and view. If you want a toilet with a door then don’t pick room 9! Breakfast was ok but it a little old fashioned. Would have loved fresh croissants and granola. If they had served the yogurt in a bowl rather than the plastic containers it would have been better. My husband loved the scrambled egg and coffee .

This is one of the best places to sty. Get the Jr suite. The balcony is great especially evenings. The staff went out of their way to be so helpful in parking etc. The hotel is a spectacular way to see Ronda conveniently located.

Great small boutique hotel in an excellent location. Better to park on the outskirts of town and walk to it, although they do have offsite parking. Excellent breakfast at reasonable prices. The location is truly outstanding, with views of the bridge. The breakfast room has a porch with great view.
