Overall we had a great stay. But a few pointer that could be taken care of. Lounge chair at the pool are overdue for a change and we took the last parking spot on arrival so it was a close call on that. But overall great walking distance from disneyland and great rooms.

Loved the breakfast in the morning and the convenience stores that were around the corner. Pool was amazing. Gym a little small i wish there was weights but overall lived my stay

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Then when asking for a late check out, they did not want to do it and we had to point out the late check in to get one extra hour. The restaurant sold out of food so there was no room service. The WiFi was horrible so we paid for the upgraded WiFi that increased our speed from 5mbps to 6. We had to call an IT department to even get it to work and the first time the front desk transferred us to the IT department, after 20 minutes of holding and talking they informed me that they didn’t even handle the WiFi for our hotel. So we had to call down and start over, this was approximately 2 hours, $13 additional dollars all for 1 mbps faster. Went to go for a run in the gym and the treadmills were incredibly loud the tvs didn’t work on them. Very disappointed in this stay.

Beautiful property, so close to Disneyland. Incredible breakfast selection and spotless facility. Kids and adults can enjoy rooftop pool and hot tub. The kids water park area was 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel

This is our go-to spot for extended family stays, especially when we’re not using our DVC points to stay on-site at the Disneyland villas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is amazing, and the breakfast is always fresh with a good variety that changes daily. The breakfast and hotel teams are genuinely friendly and make us feel right at home. The pool and splash pad are spacious and fun for the kids, and the laundry room is super convenient with lots of machines. We love using the PayRange app—it lets us pay from our phones and even track how much time is left on each wash or dry cycle. Another big plus is the safe, secure parking garage with self-parking (which we prefer over valet), and we always feel safe walking around the area, even at night. The hotel is right next to SpringHill Suites and just a 15-minute walk to the Disneyland entrance/esplanade. And yes, it’s pet-friendly, so Pistachio gets to come along too! 🐾 Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly stay near Disneyland.

Great location. Easy walk to Disneyland and food options. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub. Very comfortable stay!

The property was good. The beds were nice, but will not recommend the sofa pull out bed. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Checkin and checkout was fast. Parking was hard to find, since the lot was full, as it was the weekend, but there was no heads-up about it. Overall its a 4/5. Very near to disneyland, can walk for 15 mins or take an uber.

Close to Disney and restaurants. Free breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and splash pad.

Clean and spacious rooms. If you want your room cleaned daily (or even at all) you REALLY need to speak up. Housekeeping is set to clean every other day. However, we returned from Disney around 3pm and they were just getting to our room. We had nowhere to go while they cleaned, so we got skipped over for two days in a row. Not ideal for a larger family. We liked the convenience of a coffeeshop and CVS right outside our door. The inclusive breakfast was surprisingly good, we felt safe in the area and its an easy walk one mile to the Disneyland parks. Would probably stay again, but would be adamant that our room gets cleaned daily

Hotel has a good cost x benefit. Highlights - spacious room, with kitchen (wich is good for families with babies/kids). 15min walk to disney parks. Bad points: Parking a little expensive, weak shower. I will add a loud noise, like a machine during all night. I dont know where the noise came from. But it was very annoying. Couldnt sleep well. Cleaning was a little trycky. If you miss one day, they will only clean 3 days after.

The property was quite impressive. Our room was spacious, and the beds provided excellent comfort. The breakfast offered a good selection of options, which was enjoyable. I must mention that while the rooms were generally clean, the bathroom required some additional care, particularly in the corners of the shower and around the toilet. Aside from that, it was a delightful place to stay.

Hotel was dirty. AC didn’t work for more than days. Cobwebs on windows. Room smelled of mildew. Hotel needs to be updated and overhauled. Will not stay there again.

The suite we got was very comfortable for my family of 4 and the location is great, close by to Disney. The only issue was the housekeeping services. Upon check in we were immediately informed that housekeeping would only be every other day during our stay. Although we were not expecting to hear that, we did not have much concern. The day our room was due for cleaning no one came and when we spoke to staff about this they then informed us that cleaning service was available until 5 pm. We vacated the room that day and still no one came. Needless to say we were quite desperate to have the room cleaned with two toddlers. Garbage was overflowing and we need more towels and soap for the shower. We asked staff to ensure that someone come tomorrow morning to clean. We were assured someone would come the next day. They sent someone to take the garbage but I was the one who actually emptied everything for the staff member they sent. When someone did clean the next day the carpets did not look vacuumed, our sofa bed was not lit together very professionally and our shower items were not refilled. Overall we were not impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by staff. I would also mention that the breakfast included with the hotel was the same every day which is not great. The hotel is in a convenient location and you are getting value for that item.

We love this hotel. It is always clean and comfortable for our family. The separate sleeping and relaxing spaces give us room to spread out. The kitchen is very convenient. Excellent breakfast buffet and very easy walk to Disney and surrounding areas. We have never had a bad experience here.

The property itself is amazing. Clean, comfortable, nice pool, and walkable to Disney and restaurants. My only issue at the hotel was with housekeeping. Upon check-in, we requested full housekeeping services for 2 of the 5 days we were there which were never full filled. After speaking to a manager on duty, 3 guest services representatives, and a lady from housekeeping, it was never resolved and we never received services other than fresh towels. At check out I was told an upper level manager would contact me to which I never heard from.

Room was clean and spotless and the staff was very nice. Great place to stay. I would definitely take my family there again.

Area is very walkable to Disney property. CVS and Walgreens nearby. The parking was plentiful if bringing a car and the rooms spacious. We were a family of six ranging from 15 years to adult. We didn’t feel cramped. Breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable but loved the location and the cleanliness. The staff that checked us in was a little rude i definitely avoided her if I had to come to the front desk for anything but besides that everyone else was great !

Hard beds, flat pillows. No WiFi. No Bonvoy WiFi No paid WiFi TVs would turn on in the middle of the night. Housekeeping is NOT daily.

Normally we love staying here, unfortunately the room never cooled off. We were miserable all night. Maintenance come and said there was nothing they could do.

Double queen “city view” had a small rectangular window in the living room that faced a wall! Poor lighting and cramped room in a bad location on the 9th floor. Bedroom window faced the pool. Room wasn’t ready until after 4:30pm.

Everything about this hotel was great! We stayed in the two bedroom room (with bunk beds and two queen beds) and it was PERFECT for our family of 6. The kitchen in the room was a life saver and the continental breakfast was amazing and exceeded my expectations 10x. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again anytime we go to Disneyland.

Good room for the price. Kitchenette not really necessary. When breakfast is provided. The biggest negative for my family, was the linens. Very thin and scratchy. And the sofa bed was very thin. Definitely not for adults.

The location is great. The room was so spacious and well equipped. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shower. Water pressure is so low it’s hard to even shower properly let alone wash hair or shave.

I really wanted to like this hotel. We go to Disney a lot and we’re trying out different properties. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Just a bad can’t help you attitude. The room was nice and it’s great it has a kitchen. The bed sheets are incredibly rough. Free breakfast was a plus.

Room was not ready when we arrived. No apology. Front desk associates seemed uninterested and no sense of urgency to solve the problem. Management was professional and reacted to my concerns when it was brought to their attention. Very satisfied with their response. It was just too bad it needed to reach that level

The staff consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, treating us like family. We truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful to give a five-star review. We arrived early and asked if they could hold our bags until check-in time. The concierge kindly offered to let us check in right away, which allowed us to leave our luggage in our room before heading to Disneyland. After a long day at Disney, the night concierge assisted us in finding a taxi for a quick trip to purchase an extra piece of luggage, which was greatly appreciated. I'll stay here again and recommend this Residence Inn to all travelers.

Great staff

This place was great with great rooms and a decent breakfast. Check in staff was rude and acted like checking me in was a chore. Food and cleaning staff seemed much more friendly.

The staff is always so welcoming and helpful! The breakfast is wonderful and the hotel itself is always so clean.

Great property, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and the communication while waiting for the room to be ready was not great and disappointing, but once we got past that it was a great stay.

This was the perfect hotel for us. Location is great walking distance minutes from Disneyland in downtown Disney. The room is like a small apartment full kitchen. Nice bathroom good views everything we could want. Staff was great and the amenities at the hotel were awesome. free morning Breakfast was incredible.

This has become our go-to hotel when we go to Disney. It’s very convenient, only a 15 minute walk to the security checkpoint. There’s a lot of restaurants, a drug store, and convenience stores within walking distance. The property itself is really nice. The pool area provides a great view and makes for a nice place to watch the sunset. The breakfast buffet that is provided is good, nothing special. Checking in is always a breeze and the staff is normally very friendly.

We enjoyed a family trip to Disneyland and our stay here. We stayed last year and enjoyed it so decided to book again, and we’re glad we did. Comfortable, spacious, clean and well-designed rooms, easy checkin and checkout, convenient parking and complimentary breakfast, and walking distance to Disney. Highly recommend!

We were in town for both Disneyland and the Convention Center, 15min to Disney, 5min to the Convention Center. Super handy.

Breakfast was great but it’s the same everyday for 3 days that we stayed. You can at least changed it sometimes with bacon or ham but otherwise it’s all good

LOVED the proximity to both the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland as well as having numerous restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. Room was spacious and appeared clean. More options for breakfast could be provided….

Very nice hotel and room and within walking distance to DL Resort and local eateries. Breakfast had the traditional choices and Mickey waffles and staff made sure to refill promptly. Teenage son slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. Where our room was located, did not hear a lot of hallway noise or from neighboring rooms either. Suggestions - taller chairs in the dining area of the room and non-dairy creamer choices at breakfast. Bonus: You can see the DL fireworks from the Katella sidewalk.

Within walking distance to Disney (10-15 min). Free breakfast was great, changed daily (bacon, eggs, potatoes, make your own mickey waffles), parking on-site for a fee, pool was great (no lifeguard on duty), CVS right across the parking lot. Would definitely stay again!

It is at walkable distance from Disneyland. Clean and quite. Excellent kitchen. Breakfast needs some improvements though as it is very repetitive.

This hotel had a terrific complimentary breakfast every day with lots of variety like the make-it-yourself Mickey waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuit and gravy, warm tortillas to make a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, peeled hard boiled eggs, toast and bagels. The outdoor pool was clean and mostly empty during the day. I wish there were pool toys or balls for the kids to play with. It has a hot tub and spray area for little kids. The kitchen in our room was fully stocked with knives, tea towels, dish soap, Scrub Mommy pad, and paper towels. The bathroom didn't have a fan so the shower got a bit steamy afterwards. However the mirror lights make it handy for late night washroom trips without having to turn on the full lights. The hotel is located close to a CVS, 7-11 and a few restaurants within walking distance. The walk to Disneyland isn't bad either (approximately 10 minutes or so). Very quiet location and has a parkade ($30 US/day to park there).
