Lovely hotel in a great location, Friendly staff and very clean. The pool being open until midnight was a great bonus for us being able to use it after a day in Disney

I loved the hotel, the amenities, and the walking distance to restaurants and Disneyland. They have 3 EV chargers available provided by Blink, so don’t forget to download the Blink app! Parking is $35 a day and there’s quite a few parking spaces in their lot/underground garage. This hotel is perfect for families. I stayed in the King Suite which had one king bed, one pull-out sofa bed and two twin beds. It also had two TVs, which was really cool! Thank you SunCoast!

Amazing location, about 1 mile into the actual parks. We preferred that to waiting for ART or an Uber. The Rideshare area at DL looked like a nightmare. One of the best hotel pools I have ever had. Room was great with a separate area for the kiddo and comfortable beds. Cleaning staff was wonderful and always visible working hard. Would be a 10/10 if not for the pricy parking.

A nice clean hotel close to Disneyland. We had a miscommunication regarding our room and it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained.

We love staying here every time we go to Disneyland. The pool is heated, they have a nice bar to get a drink if desired, the gift shop offers toiletries in case you forgot something and each room has a mini fridge and microwave.

Great hotel near Disneyland. Very easy walk to parks. Big pool. Just a tad noisy since near freeway. But it is possible that all hotels have this issue.

A luxurious 4 star stay in walking or shuttle distance from the Disneyland parks. The Hilton property is much nicer than other hotels I have frequented in the area in the past, especially if you are trying to avoid the high priced Disney resorts. The lagoon type pool and generous sized rooms are a plus for families. There is a charge for breakfast unless you book a rate included and they aren't as gluten sensitive-friendly as other Hilton brands, but its easy to get a quick bite on the way to the parks. This is also a Disney good-neighbor hotels so you will see little extra Disney features around the property.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the large room at a good price. AC was good and efficient.The pool was refreshing and clean. All areas are kept free of trash. The fitness room could use TLC in maintenance of machines and the water dispenser. Overall a great experience.

Pool area was great, also had table tennis and outdoor connect 4 games for the kids to play.

There was poop on the fitted sheet under the flat sheet and comforter. Not stained, actual textured poop smears. I also woke up with pink eye. I complained to the front desk and she said she'll waive my parking fee which was something but not nearly enough. I wish I could attach pictures to my review.

Nice property and worth the price. Easy walk to Disney parks. The pool area was nice, could've used more lounger chairs. The property was pretty clean and well maintained. The room we had smelled a little weird when we first arrived, but it improved over time. The bathroom floor was a little dirty under the sink and the cabinet that stored the refrigerator and microwave was very worn. We had a King Suite and there was a lot of dead space in the room. A table and a couple of chairs would be nice to fill that space. The breakfast options were pricey and minimal. It looked like at one point there was a breakfast buffet, but it's no longer there which is unfortunate. Overall, if you're looking for a nice, clean hotel that's affordable to Disney, I would recommend this place.

Clean room and lobby. Love how spacious and useful the size of our room is even with a crib. We get to take a nice 2-3 hour break in the middle of the day of our Disney trip. It’s a very close walk to Disney entrance, according to my watch it was 0.6 mile walk from the lobby to the Disney entrance. This is our 3rd time staying here and would not choose anywhere else. Only complaint is the showers heads can use an update as the shower head was kind of weak.

I like this place except our room had an ant infestation. Ants were all over the dresser, inside the drawers, and on the wall by the window and air conditioner. This is an easy fix. Besides that, I love the facility, the restaurant and the pool. I would definitely come back but next time I will demand another room without ants.

Room was clean and the rooms were cleaned each day but the beds were terrible. They were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Also it is right off the freeway so you can hear the cars and they charge $30 per night to park your car.

Huge room let us spread out, it was great to walk to and from Disneyland instead of parking, and we loved the pool!

The room size was excellent. Unfortunately the bath knob was super hard to turn on and hard to switch to a shower.

We stayed overnight after seeing a concert at the House of Blues. The location couldn't have been better! Check in was very smooth and only a few minutes. Our room was nice- definitely appreciated the blackout curtains, and when on, the AC unit drowned out the road noise from where we were to the ro. Everyone we interacted with was super pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue- the bathroom door. It is my personal opinion that barn doors for bathrooms are fundementally wrong and should never be used, especially when it's expected that the space/room is to be shared. There were major gaps between door and wall/frame, almost 1 inch gap. Now if you can see someone on the outside of the bathroom at the end of the room, imagine what happens when someone uses the bathroom for its intended purpose, say after dinner. No fan in the bathroom either to reduce sound or smell. Additionally, while the bathroom was clean, the water pressure is the shower was pretty low meaning a longer shower to ensure shampoo/soaps were fully rinsed. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotwl before our event, and while it took about 20 minutes for a turkey sandwich, it was actually one of the best I've had. The bacon was perfect, the fries were so good! The set up seemed a little inconvenient for the servwr, running about 200ft from the kitchen in another room to the bar (it wasnt behind the bar area). Would stay again!

The pizza is good, breakfast not so much. It took a long time to get the breakfast and it was just ok. The room had a lot of space. The tub had some chips in it which I didn’t like. The shower water didn’t have a lot of pressure. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and safe. Easily walkable to security gates of Disneyland (15 mins). Only a few minor annoying things: 1) the entire parking lot is gated and metered, meaning that you have to take a parking ticket to enter even if you are just planning to do a quick check in and drop off your luggage in your room before heading out shortly (they only give you a 20 mins grace period before charging you the large parking fee for the day which is really not enough time to do both check-in and drop off luggage when you arrive), 2) in the room we were staying in, the small lever on the the tub faucet that we had to pull up to turn on the shower was literally stuck...it took an excessive amount of force for me to finally be able to pull it up...felt like I was going to rip the faucet from the wall with that amount of force (not exaggerating at all), 3) our bathroom had a sliding barn door...so it is never fully a "closed" room..always a gap between the door and the wall..not as private if you're sharing the room with a friend but for me, it was my wife and 3yr old so it was okay..Overall, would stay again.

Everything was great, the hotel is well kept, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping. It's a doable walk to Disneyland but there's shuttle service for a nominal fee and a ride from Lyft is also reasonable since it's not too far from Disneyland. The only thing I would like to comment on the negative side is the room we had a weird sliding door for the bathroom leaving a gap where you can see into the bathroom. Because it's a sliding door there's no hook to hang your clothes for when you shower or change. That's my only complaint. There was also strange heavy thumping that came from the floor above us, which was the 5th floor. It happened every night for a couple hours then eventually stopped.

Upon arrival I had given them my information to check in. The woman then told me I hadn’t paid for the reservation yet even though I was sure I had. I put my card on file anyways for the fee but as we got to the room realized I had paid it and they placed us in the wrong room. She was not very apologetic and had an attitude about her own mistake. I asked for verification that my card was removed from that persons file and they never gave me the confirmation. Overall I felt uncomfortable for the rest of our stay and was disappointed with the customer service we received at check in.

Room had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good water pressure and temperature, mini fridge and microwave and nice televisions. Staff were friendly and took care of the randomly running toilet while we were gone the next day. Tiny store was open late when we arrived back from the parks after midnight.

Very beautiful property. Only downside was check in process with front desk (Antonio). Check out process was amazing though with a different staff member.

I suppose the Rude staff with short answers and zero communication is the new in with the younger generation. “Due to booking with a third party, we were treated differently and told we couldn’t check in earlier”. Although platinum with Expedia and Gold status with Hilton Rewards. The Toilet ran all night, AC couldn’t figure itself out with constant off/on cycles. Washers and dryers worked well. Store was also a plus. Wish coffee was complimentary.

Property was very clean. The parking is a bit overpriced 41.02 per day!!! I noticed an extra charge on my credit card, when I called to inquire what that was, the staff informed me it was breakfast and a tip?? I did not eat breakfast at the property, the accounting department said they would call me back shortly while they looked into this charge. I received a call back within 10 min she explained another guest put our room number on their receipt, she apologized and reversed the charge. I'm happy with the outcome, but am irritated I even had to make that call.

They didn’t tell us they don’t offer room service unless you ask for it. We asked for it and never got it, we had to stop one of the housekeeper's to ask for towels. The carpark access is operated by your room key, ours didn’t work for our entire stay, neither did the intercom to gain access. We had to take a ticket then queue at reception to have it cancelled. I asked them not to take payment until I checked out as I wanted to use a currency card, they assured me this wouldn’t happen yet when I woke up on departure day they had already taken payment which meant I paid handling fees and currency conversion fees

Staff was super friendly, hotel was easy to navigate and the room was perfect!

We caught an early flight and were hours before check-in, but the front desk people were great and stored our luggage and even text us when our room was ready. Hotel was clean and felt very safe for two women traveling alone.

Close to restaurants and Disneyland

Not a bad walk to Disneyland (15 minutes). City Walk location about 5 minutes walk with dining and additional entertainment. Our room was clean and quiet.

Booked or stay for one night, we attended a baseball game and location of hotel to stadium is perfect. Overall the hotel is centralized to theme parks and other local attractions

We really appreciated that we were able to park our car in the hotel lot for the day before we checked in, and then again the next day after we checked out, rather than needing to park at the Disney lots. Very easy 10 min walk to the Disney entrance. Room was clean and quiet.

Good proximity to Disney - walkable along a safe and easy sidewalk (about 1/2 to 3/4 mile walk). Hotel is in great condition. Only downside is the closeness to the highway - it is constant with road noise. Highly suggest turning the AC unit’s fan to High and letting run all night to help drown out the road noise. Otherwise a convenient place to stay for the parks

The beds were great but the pillows weren’t very good. Parking was a bit steep and the breakfast was not very good. It was brought out cold to us.

The rooms and location are excellent. We had one of the family rooms that had a king sized bed and then daybed/trundle bed. We walked to Disney and Vidcon (Anaheim Convention Center) and both took 15 minutes. It was great not to deal with Disney parking. The only real downside was the food. It was very overpriced and not good. I am pretty certain the eggs were cooked in a microwave. When you are served breakfast, you must walk to the bar to grab a shared ketchup. It's a very strange set up. I would save your money and door dash breakfast or simply walk somewhere as there are many options to choose from close by.

We were delighted with our hotel. Such a spacious, comfortable clean and modern room and facility. Perfect location for our walk to Disney. Loved the pool. The bar and restaurant was great. All service was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. We have already recommended to our friends.

The room was a little noisy and the staff were cold and unwelcoming. The food was OK but EXTREMELY overpriced. Additionally dinner service as not available at 7:00 PM due the chef being on break…

The room was clean bedding was nice and it was a short walk to Disneyland. The only reason I didn’t give four stars is that Sunday morning we wanted to have breakfast and take our time, but there was hardly any staff around and the front desk. People were not much help in figuring out how to get breakfast sorted. We waited in a line Without any staff around for a good 1015 minutes. We left and came back and waited again and it was just taking too long. We decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere.
