Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection

I had an amazing stay at The Stripes Hotel Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the reception was incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive. The hospitality and genuine care from the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. A special thank you to Naveed and all the reception staff for their kindness, professionalism, and always being ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and positive attitude truly made a difference and turned a great stay into a memorable one. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and in a great location, but the exceptional service from the staff is what really stands out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

The staffs are helpful

Room was not ready when we arrived after official check in time at 3:00. But of course, if you want to stay any extra time after checking out official time, you have to pay.

Changed toom 3 times, still below Marriott hotel standard. Room Air Cond not working, no cool air, changed room 1st time. Second room Air Cond ok, but lower floor with no view and Mini Refrigerator not working. Moving to 3rd room with Air Cond ok, little view, but Mini Refrigerator not working. Called front desk and I have to call second time to "remind" them, finally the repairman come up after 45 mins. The front desk staff, no facial expression at all. I have a feeling whether my look too horrible and no smiling at all. Housekeeping is totaling below standard, room not clean when check in. Even the 2nd snd 3rd rooms also not clean. Rubbish on the floor. Breakfast very simple, not worth to add. TV channels just a few, not understand why it's very different than other Marriot hotels. In short, will not visit again.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and suggested places to go and dine
