Loved this hotel. Location, decor, parking available (18€ at time of writing) with a lovely spacious balcony room. Reception were very helpful providing me with a charging cable as mine had broken. Close to a myriad of nice looking restaurants & a very nice little bar next door with a friendly owner. We shall return as very handy for a pre flight stop - nice to take advantage of the swimming pool in the summer. My only criticism is having to pay for the room via a link sent on WhatsApp beforehand which, in these days of scams, made me nervous. I checked with hotels.com CS who advised this was ok to follow.

L'hotel ha una struttura molto carina e curata nel dettaglio. La palestra e la piscina sono sicuramente un punto a favore. Nel nostro caso è stato un punto a sfavore la lontananza dalla Nogalera e dal centro di Torremolinos e la mancanza di trasporti pubblici nell'area.

Stille og rolig hotel. God rengjøring og nye hånkler hver dag. Høflige ansatte..men de fleste snakket kun spansk. Vår bartender i baren var utrolig hyggelig men kun spansktalende. Basseng veldig lite og altfor varmt. 10 solsenger og max 16 til bassenget. Kort vei til stranden. Flott takterasse og utsikt. Men bar der stengt. Og lite folk på hotellet. Vi trodde terrassen var større utfra bilder når vi bestilte. Mest plagsomt var stort hotel over veien som spilte høy musikk og underholdning hver kveld til midnatt. Hotell fikset taxi til flyplass og ringte rommet når den kom. Vi hadde et flott opphold her. Ble anbefalt kjøpe bill til strand på hotell til 7€ og det var inkludert 1 drikke. Fin strand og bar der.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time it’s been excellent. The reception staff are always friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. This was the first time I have used the hotel parking as 18 euros a night always seemed expensive but this time it included free EV charging which made paying for the parking worthwhile.

Très bel hôtel L'accueil est chaleureux, parle anglais et espagnol. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Dommage pour la piscine, dont la couleur verte nous paraissait suspecte. Sinon la petite salle de sport est top, complète ! La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds. La gare pour Malaga est à 15 minutes à pied. Tout le long de la plage il y a des restaurants tres bons et accueillants.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a decent size though the economy rooms on the lower ground floor have very limited views from the windows. There's a lovely roof terrace and also a pool but we arrived just out of season so it was no longer open. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on the food. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the sea front. We really enjoyed our stay.

At arrival one feels very welcome with their professionel handling. The hotel is quiet, clean and very comfortable. No parking problems. The morning breakfast buffet has a wide selection of fruits etc. and is excellent. But one misses some english speaking TV channels.

When we checked in, the person who helped us initially was very nice. We upgraded our room since we didn't like that our room was in the basement (sub level 1). When we got our new room, everything seemed great. It wasn't until after we got back from a day out/dinner when we wanted to shower that we noticed that there was MUSHROOMS growing in the shower. We complained around 6am and the guy at the reception desk said he couldn't do anything for us. Honestly, it was so disgusting - how does something like mushrooms growing in the shower happen if there's regular cleaning? It takes 6-8 weeks for mushrooms to grow. I am so disappointed.

Nice recently refurbished room, a bit small but not bad for the price. The only problem was there was a lot of noise that woke us up at 2:00am. It should have been taken care of sooner rather then later.

Good location only ten minutes from Malaga airport. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t find the staff (front desk) to be kind nor friendly. Had an issue with my room’s shower and had to ask twice for service. Front desk staff accompanied me back to the room and the shower worked. He assumed I didn’t know how to turn it on (which was not the case). While exiting the room, he audibly exhaled as if I was a nuisance. Neither the shower nor toilet worked well in my room. The worst of it and why I will never return, the mattress was hard as a stone. I’m not one to complain, I try to make do but when he exhaled so loudly, I was made to feel that everything would just be a bother. My stay was only 3 days. I couldn’t have endured a longer stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to recommend several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the parking area was secured by a gate which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for us. You can easily walk to the beach and many restaurants. Service from the staff was perfect. Very helpful and communicative. About 7 minutes from the airport. 15 from Malaga. Grocery store right next door.

Pire séjour qu’il me soit arrivé de passer dans ma vie! Après une nuit très agitée à cause de voisins très peu courtois et une réception qui ne veut pas agir pour calmer les clients bruyants, le propriétaire de l’hôtel débarque dans notre chambre sans même avertir, et ce, pour 30 mns de retard par rapport au Check out et à voulu imposer un paiement de 50 euros! Ma femme sortait de la douche, couverte par la serviette, et sans gêne le propriétaire hurlait après avoir ouvert la porte et pénètré pour nous faire sortir ! Une vrai honte et un comportement inadmissible. Au moment du Check out a 12.45 il a voulu nous facturer 50 euros, prétextant que les marocains sont tous pareils, qu’ils ne respectaient jamais les règles. Cher Monsieur, je tiens à vous dire que jamais plus je ne viendrai dans votre hôtel qui ne mérite pas que nous dépensons 1 euro chez vous. Et vous devriez avoir honte car vous êtes marocain, mais certainement que le Maroc ne veut plus de vous, et pour cette raison vous avez la haine.

Das Hotel war ein Glückstreffer. Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern da. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Direkt neben an gibt es einen Supermarkt und gegenüber ein tolles Café. Es sind nur 5 Minuten bis zur Strandlinie. Wir kommen wieder ;-)

Staff very helpful and kind, due to a very bad smell from the blocked toilet in one of the rooms we been placed in the basement of the building, they changed us room. Also the guy in the reception offered us to driver us to the next city as he was finishing his shift, when we asked for informations of how to go there. Breakfast very poor and limited options, we went at 10am and almost everything was empty.

I was in this hotel 4spt.23 the hotel is good and clean but it does not have a kettle, coffee, tea etc. and in the bathroom you will only find a towel. it's a very bad breakfast, I stayed 6 nights and ate an equally bad breakfast 👎👎👎

Good location, quiet away from the crowds but an easy walk to the beach etc. Excellent front of house welcome, buffet breakfast choice was limited but good quality food. Food outlets nearby are reasonably priced though we only ate at one which was good. Next door is a small supermarket, excellent for popping in for snacks!
