We will use the Grand Hyatt at SFO from now on for their Park N Fly option. Connected to the terminals by a train makes it so easy to stay the night before travel, leave the car and take the train to our airline. What a great way to begin a trip!

Everything about this hotel is top notch. Staff are so professional and friendly. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and enjoyed a delicious meal - excellent sushi. We will definitely stay here again when flying out of SFO.

It was suggested that driving in from up north the evening before your flight would make for a non stressful trip and that was correct. Valet parking , easy check-in and a wonderful meal. A 5 minute team from the airport next day and yes a non stress beginning to our trip.

I have stayed at the SFO Grand Hyatt a few times. Very good hotel, modern and well maintained. Obviously super convenient for SFO but also easy to get to downtown SF on the BART. A little limited to one restaurant and a bar (which closes a little early at 11pm even on a weekday), but the food is vex, especially the Sushi. Room service is pretty expensive but that is to be expected but may push some folks to Uber Eats etc. i would recommend this hotel.

I had a 6 a.m. flight and chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt SFO the night before. Super comfy bed and pillows, black out shades, very quiet room all made me get an awesome night of sleep! Easy walk to the AirTrain the next morning to get to my terminal easily. I would have had to leave the town I was in at 3 a.m. in order to make this flight. Instead, I slept blissfully until 4:30 with no stress to make my flight.

Super comfortable bed, pillows, and soft sheets plus lots of small touches that were unexpected like a roller for sore muscles and a foot hold for shaving your legs in the shower. Combined with the convenience and this place is really great.

The hotel had excellent sound-proofing. Even though the hotel is adjacent to the San Francisco airport, we did not hear planes taking off or landing, or traffic noise, or noise from adjacent rooms. The hotel is easy to get to as it is one of the stops on the airport's AirTrain system. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming.

My husband and I stayed here the night before an international flight so we could avoid rushing to the airport the same day. We got a room on the 12th floor and it was quite comfortable though though I wouldn't say the price is fully worth it if you're paying regular price (which was around $350) or if you're only sleeping there prior to a morning flight. The pillows were not very good, provided no support and feeling flat within seconds. The shampoo and soap items were low quality too. I did appreciate the room darkening curtains and excellent AC as well as the complimentary water cans/tea/coffee pods.

This is a beautiful property. Very clean and super convenient when catching an early flight. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room next to a family who was struggling to keep their young children quiet. We had a very early flight and were exhausted from our trip. Security did ask that they quiet down, however, that did not happen. The manager offered to move us to another room, which I appreciated. However, after a week of hiking and travel, we chose to stay here for some peace and rest before our long flight home. Packing up and moving rooms at 11 p.m. was not pleasant. Our original room had a shared door with the families room next door. This made sound easier to travel. When bookings families, I would think it would be best practice to avoid shared door rooms to help provide a better noise buffer.

Always meets/exceeds expectations for when I need to be in San Francisco. The accommodations are always very good as far as quiet goes and being right at airport you would never know. A little upgrade around the door to hallway for sound proofing would make it heavenly as far as sleeping in. Right now you can definitely tell when other guests and housekeeping have started their day even if you have not. Attention to detail on cleanliness is always superb at Grand Hyatt @ SFO.

Lovely property. We had an early morning flight and several pieces of luggage. I rented a luggage cart late in the evening and took it to our room only to be told that we couldn’t keep it there overnight. Security took the cart and advised that they would return it by 0430 as we had to get to the airport by 0500. Unfortunately, we never saw the cart again and had to manage all our luggage ourselves.

The staff was over the top helpful. Quite used to dealing with people coming in sleep deprived. Beds and pillows were wonderfully sleepable . I loved that they had accent lighting that came on if I got up in the middle of the night without having to turn on the light. Their crab and crème brûlée from the bar bites was delicious. Very convenient to the airport

This last visit on a long journey home from Japan Mohit from the hotel F&B team went well out of his way to help me create an alternate transportation option from the hotel to Oakland due to evening traffic. Mohit is AWESOME!

I made a mistake booking hotel in incorrect out and the front desk staff assisted me getting refund from Expedia so I wouldn’t have to pay twice for one stay. It was all my mistake but Hyatt staff made it all work out as I had made reservations at Hyatt in DFW instead of SFO. Very grateful for those help and to make it better, after a 15 hour flight I was able to get an early check in

The Grand Hyatt is my recovery place after a few tough trips taking care of my mom. I feel my shoulders relax as I walk in the door. This time I finally went to the Quail + Crane for lunch and it was fabulous! Normally I just eat at the wonderful bar near the lobby which is also great. I saw a few reviews talking negatively about the night lights in the room and wanted to note that here. I personally love the fact that if I need to get up in the middle of the night, soft lights that are under the bed light up as soon as I swing my feet onto the floor. I can see my way to the bathroom without turning on lights that could further wake me up. Same thing with the floor lights in the bathroom. Once back in bed, just a minute or two and the lights turn out. Finally, yes, this hotel is not cheap. For me, it is totally worth it to reduce my stress and get a good night's sleep.

This is a wonderful hotel at SFO. If you have a layover or just in town for a couple of nights with an early departure back east this is a great place to stay. Staff is super! Hotel is clean and the restaurant is very good. I've stayed here several times and it does not disappoint.

Hotel was excellent except for the restaurant. There was only one restaurant which was crowded and noisy. We found it more convenient to have dinners in our room. Clean towels, bedding and other maid services were not provided in stays of less than four days unless specifically requested.
