Niki and all the staff were super-helpful and welcoming, without being intrusive. They kept asking if I needed anything, but everything you could expect from such a place was already there. My room (apartment) was lovely, so nice to have a sofa and couch to sit on! And a balcony to watch over the town square.

A wonderful place to stay. Spotless and very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the square which has several excellent tavernas and a two minute walk to the sea. Super friendly staff who were so kind about my terrible Greek, highly recommended.

This hotel was beautiful and right near the square of the town. The staff are what made our stay so amazing. Katepina, Nikh and Giannis were so kind, helpful, funny, sweet and just amazing people. The customer service was what made our stay here so special and the beautiful room. When we come back to Crete we will stay here again!
