AC was out in the room, the front desk asked to try a couple things which we did and didn’t work so they moved us to a new room which was great! Problem was the pool, whatever they use to clean with gave both of our kids a rash all over their body. We also noticed we smelled like harsh chemicals until we took multiple showers. Unable to use the pool, which for a gmail with 2 kids it’s not fun keeping kids entertained in a room for hours, which is why we chose a hotel with a pool. Staff was willing to share what chemicals were used so we could help research but was little help in relief as they kept saying they did every correct and it was safe…..

Did not know this hotel is attached to a casino. Smells like cigarettes when you walk in but luckily not in room. Pool was closed and we booked here partially bc that would be an option for the kids.

The hotel, food, and location was amazing. The room was clean and very nice. Our only complaint was the pool. I'm guessing the saltwater pool was WAY out of balance. We had to cut our swim short because my daughter's eyes and nose were red, puffy, swelling, and hurting. It completely stripped all moisture out of my daughter and I's hair. A week later, multiple hair mask moisture treatments, and our hair is still a frizzy, dry, tangled mess. This is not how saltwater pools should affect hair. At all. Something was way wrong! Other than the pool, though, we loved the stay!

The hotel was a disappointment, dirty shower, ripped window covers. Room above us was noisy entire stay. Staff was less than sympathetic, basically just said sorry. Will not be coming back or recommending them

There were not enough handicap spaces to park. My mom is handicapped. The bed was very uncomfortable and it sunk pretty deep. There were a few ants along the wall outside the room in the hallway. The pool was out of order. The mattress had a red stain on it. We couldn’t tell if it was blood or wine but it was concerning. Also there was no extra toilet paper in the room.

Clean. TV Service was out except for Tubi and Pluto apps which we are not familiar with. Heating seemed to take time to warm up and would shut off quickly. Have never had these problems before when we stayed there.

Wasn’t too happy about the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and the front desk was not answering questions as to whether or not there was an actual fire. They lied by saying it was a “test” between the hours of 1AM -3AM and nobody does “tests” like that especially if there are people staying who have heart issues and legally speaking the hotel would have to tell everyone staying there that a test would be conducted. We found out upon checkout the next day after stating we wouldn’t be staying the rest of our paid stay there due to the lying that happened and found out that the truth was kids were vaping in a hotel where there’s supposed to be no smoking. Personally hope we don’t have to stay there again and if we do we’d appreciate NOT being lied to by the staff working the night shift like that. Most inconsiderate staff we’ve ever come across.

The front desk gal was very rude my room was suppose to be on first floor due to health reasons but had to take a third floor room the person was very rude will not stay here again if I had not already paid for it I would have left

Got to the hotel at 5:30 and was the room was not ready. Check-in was at 4:00….front desk clearly was rude and didn’t care. Multiple people’s rooms were not ready. Manager was nice but dismissive about rooms not being ready. Nice hotel, nice room and it was clean. I was given 40.00 off for my booking.

It was cool to have a casino you could walk into. Couldn't figure out how to use the machines, but enjoyed the ability to get out of the room and do something on the property. Very new facility. Modern and nice. Staff was great.

The only complaint we have is that the air handling system seems to pull the second hand smoke from the casino into the hotel. Our frst floor room had a smoky smell that was irritating as we are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It made it hard to fall asleep.

My kids love the pool and breakfast.I enjoy the very comfortable beds and my wife just enjoys getting away for the weekend. Missed the concert because of a reunion but lots of musical events here.

The best hotel in Pittsburg. Friendly staff, clean facility, property and rooms. Comfy beds. Decent breakfast - what you would expect - however, there was limited seating and we had to wait a bit to eat breakfast so we could find a seat. It was PSU homecoming, so they were very busy.
