The rooms were clean and check-in/check-out was fast. However, we had some issues with people running down the hallways at 3 am and also the day we were there, the pool was not usable because of the chlorine levels. This was disappointing for my kids and I.

The room was clean, but bathroom could have a more thorough clean as there were leftover hairs in the shower. The pool area can use some serious work and upkeep and the water temp is too cold to be in comfortably. Breakfast had good selections, but the bagels were hard and when something was out, it wasn’t going to be refilled so we missed out on a few items because of this. Unfortunately, this won’t be my first choice when visiting the area again.

My party of 7 were very disappointed that the pool was not open. We were planning on letting the kiddos swim. We learned that this has been an issue for a very long time. Travelocity needs to update this on their website!

Clayton checked us in and was very friendly and efficient. He was trying to keep the floors clean from the constant foot traffic of the construction workers (working nearby and staying at the property). I only mention this because he seems like a very hard worker and doing other duties besides working the front desk. The pool is being remodeled but will be very nice when completed. Room was adequate and property felt very safe and well lit. Breakfast was good; regular stuff on the buffet and plenty of seating available. Bathroom was very nice, huge glass doored shower and plenty of counter /under and top space.

The hotel was perfect for visiting nearby family. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the biscuits and gravy—my favorite! They also served sausage, eggs, cereal, breads, plus a waffle/pancake maker, yogurt, a chocolate milk machine, four juice options, and an all-day coffee station. I loved that they even had dark hot chocolate packets, apple cider, flavored creamers, and a nice tea selection. The pool was on the smaller side, but it didn’t have that strong chlorine smell, which I appreciated. There’s also a cozy fire pit outside, and the view of the open fields from the window was beautiful.

Check in was easy, the front appearance was nice. The room was clean, beds soft. Breakfast was nice a lot to choose from hot and cold. Only issue was the pool room and pool being so cold you didn't want to swim. The back door was propped open with a floor sign, and there was tons of live ants in there.

Rooms were clean. Lobby, pool, elevator were all dirty. For a hotel that was either just built or remodel less than a year, pretty disappointing. The pool was horrible. Ants all over. Trash all over. Looked like dirt or sand was in the pool. For sure did not let my kid swim.

The breakfast was good however I chose this hotel because of the pool. Upon checking in, we were told the pool was closed due to the pump. I feel we should be comped a portion of the room cost if the pool is closed!!

I booked and paid for a king size room in advance I checked in went to my room which was dirty was given another room in which the heating/air didn’t work and it was a double queen not what I booked or paid for came down to breakfast the next morning and their were ants all over the spoon and spoon rest which they were serving eggs got breakfast elsewhere was told my stay would be discounted which it wasn’t was told they had a hot tub which they do not staff is obviously not very knowledgeable and housekeeping is very lacking several people complained about their rooms being dirty the icing on the cake was they put up a big banner with balloons appreciating the housekeeping staff seriously

Our room was, shall we say, neglected. There was hair in the shower, and a used washcloth still in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not stay open. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I could go on. I do noknow why this hotel gets good ratings at all.

property is OK for a short stay. For some reason on the first floor the carpet in the room seemed to be damp the entire time I stayed even when I ran the heater for a while to dry it out. Maybe no moisture barrier put down before the carpet was applied?? it was gross to walk on.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very lacking with no breakfast meat available (empty and not replaced). Waffle batter was all out. The only thing I wish the room would have had was streaming service. We had to hope to get lucky a movie we wanted to watch would come on. Had to sit through commercials. The stay was still very good and we did use the indoor pool.

The walls are so thin, we could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to us (conversations, televisions, bathroom visits, snoring and alarm clocks). Worst night of sleep in my life. The place smelled terrible, room was musty and there were stains on my pillow. Not a great experience after a long day of travelling cross-country for 11 hours.

This property was good for the most part. Everything aside from the pool was clean. The staff was friendly, however my entire family and I slept TERRIBLE every night we were there. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. I’ve never slept so awful in my life. This place would be five stars if they scrubbed the pool and replaced their mattresses. I don’t like to complain… but this is a hotel. The sleep is the most important part. And during our duration of the stay, there was nothing but tossing and turning and sitting up awake all night long.

Our second stay at this property and again it was wonderful. We highly recommend you won’t be disappointed. Nice heated indoor pool and breakfast is included and delicious. Room is spacious and squeaky clean. A/C/heating unit is kickin! Big shower. Modern decor. Lots of tv stations to choose from.

Purchased two rooms because we have 4 kids. One room in between us. Half a dozen young adults decided to have a party in the room in between us from about 3 to 6:30am. I called front desk, went to front desk, knocked on the door of the loud room, my husband went to front desk....all to no avail. My children were up most of the night when we had very important plans the next day. Extremely disappointed with how it was handled. I understand the staff cant control what happens in a room, but they can control quieting the room so the other guests can get a restful night.

Not a good experience…they over charged us by 500 dollars and we now have to get that back…they called us to ensure we were leaving on time the day of check out. I have never experienced that before. The pricing was definitely not worth the stay

When I checked in, it was supposed to be for two nights. While at work, I was informed that my belongings were being taken out of the room and I was informed on a v-mail message by the Manager (Gavin) that I would need to pay a $75 fee for inconveniencing them for moving the luggage. If I was informed the night before (with a room receipt as requested) at check-in that it was not for two nights I could have avoided an oversight. I even told them that I would be there for two nights while on business until Sunday.

It needed refreshed paint everywhere, the entrance plaster was cracked or missing, some spackle and no paint. The shower grout was dirty, cracked and stained. The pool was disgustingly dirty, no chlorine smell, “stuff” and wads of hair floating everywhere. It had a nasty smell. Pool needed a new paint and repair. No one was at desk when I arrived, approximately 4:30 pm ish, I rang bell and someone sitting in the office yelled “what do you want?” When I said I wanted to check in, they came out and did so, not at all friendly. When I went to check out around 9:25 am the next day, no one was at the desk, I went out loaded my car, came back in and still no one was there, so I rang the bell waited about 5 minutes and noone came so I turned in my cards and left.

I booked and paid for a king size room in advance I checked in went to my room which was dirty was given another room in which the heating/air didn’t work and it was a double queen not what I booked or paid for came down to breakfast the next morning and their were ants all over the spoon and spoon rest which they were serving eggs got breakfast elsewhere was told my stay would be discounted which it wasn’t was told they had a hot tub which they do not staff is obviously not very knowledgeable and housekeeping is very lacking several people complained about their rooms being dirty the icing on the cake was they put up a big banner with balloons appreciating the housekeeping staff seriously

The only thing I wish the room would have had was streaming service. We had to hope to get lucky a movie we wanted to watch would come on. Had to sit through commercials. The stay was still very good and we did use the indoor pool.

The breakfast was okay. gravy needs improvement. first morning we had to microwave the bacon it was badly undercooked Friday night stay was interrupted by noisy people in next room moving in around 11:00 pm then got loud at 5:00 am n turned on a radio at 6:00am. needless to say we were up by then!! The hotel was perfect for visiting nearby family. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the biscuits and gravy—my favorite! They also served sausage, eggs, cereal, breads, plus a waffle/pancake maker, yogurt, a chocolate milk machine, four juice options, and an all-day coffee station. I loved that they even had dark hot chocolate packets, apple cider, flavored creamers, and a nice tea selection. The pool was on the smaller side, but it didn’t have that strong chlorine smell, which I appreciated. There’s also a cozy fire pit outside, and the view of the open fields from the window was beautiful.

If we are back in this area, we will definitely stay here again. Clean, Comfortable and staff was very friendly to accommodate us. Nice little hot breakfast-scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy and biscuits and make your own waffles. There is also a variety of cereal to choose from and juices along with coffee. A member of our family asked if there was any bacon available and they only had sausage on the bar. A few minutes later, someone came out of the kitchen with bacon they fixed at her request. No Complaints here!

When we checked in at 3 in the afternoon, the hotel desk seemed to be short staffed. The person mopping lobby and bathroom floors was was also checking guests in. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job under the circumstances but wasn't dressed to be checking guests in, The room had a closed up and musty smell because the air conditioner was not running. We started the air conditioner and sprayed some air freshener that my wife packed for the trip, After a while the smell subsided. There we a number of rooms on our floor that the doors were opened and not prepared to be occupied. The logo on front of the building was removed with a new logo installed over the previous logo without painting the wall. The breakfast was good.
