The staff advised that the bathroom was out of order until I purchased a room. Once I had purchased the room and checked in, I checked the bathroom in the lobby and it was functioning fine.

Room was nice, comfortable bed. Owner was friendly. Shower was good. Breakfast was good but ran out of many items regularly. I thought the employee was pretty slow about refilling but I did get what I needed/ wanted to no real complaints. Biscuits were good. Workout room was nice but no jacuzzi, wish it had a jacuzzi.

There was an opened used bar of soap in the shower. The shower had a shower head and a wand and they wereboth on all the time. The wand head was disgusting, covered in black scum and mildew. I think the floor was softer than the mattress.

Beds were so hard that i injurded my arm plopping down. Staff was nice! I was EXHAUSTED and still couldnt sleep. Ita a nice location, nice rooms, but i can get over the beds. Sorry, i dont recommended staying here umless this is the last option. I woke up with my neck and back hurting and im too young for all of that lol

We had a very big room and that was great. We had a dog with us and just one night. The beds were good to make a good sleep , only bad thing is that the floor wasn’t so clean, overall very good 😊👍

The desk clerk was rude. I reserved a king bed and he said he booked all of them. I had to get mad for him to give me the right room. Also, this is the first Best Western that was not pet friendly.

It was an extremely late night traveling cross-country, but the desk was staffed and we had our room in no time. We had a short, but restful stay on an excellent bed and a clean room. Breakfast was a solid offering and we appreciate the hot choices. We would definitely return!

The breakfast food was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel breakfast. The sausage was raw., the biscuits were way undercooked, and the gravy was full of lumps of some kind. I don’t even know what. Other than that, the hotel was great, but someone sure needs to work on the breakfast

The price per night is way over priced. Just because they are busy in the area doesn’t mean they should jack the prices up. They should offer members a much lower rate. Especially a truck driver that stays there often.
