Front desk attendant was very rude. After that interaction, the elevator broke down with half of our travel guests and left them stuck in it for almost an hour. Fire department came , with an officer who had mentioned it had recently happened numerous times. Said we couldn’t receive a discount or refund because we booked through Expedia.

Stayed right under the kitchen apparently and the noise was horrendous from 4:30am on... No sleeping in. I've always enjoyed this property but hadn't been for a while. Never had this room I guess but I will be sure to request to be away from the kitchen next time. Pool was closed for maintenance as well. Bummer.

Very clean! Spacious room and bathroom, made getting everyone ready a breeze. Great location for what we're in town for (sports tournament) the kids loved the pool. It is very heavybon the chlorine thiugh, lots of red eyes and coughing.....even for those of us justnsitting and watching. There was ayounger gentleman working the front desk that was reallybsweet and helpful.

Property is new-ish and in great shape. The included breakfast was great. Unfortunately the pool was out of order but everything else was great.

I did not like that the parking lot was small in the front and filled up quickly, so you needed to park in the rear. For a late check-in you could not access the building from the rear parking lot and it was a long walk around the building.

The property was extremely clean. The staff so friendly and personable! Breakfast was amazing everyday! Best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced with the best breakfast girls ever!!! They were awesome and made breakfast a joy! Huge weather issues and hotel was full of CMP workers to deal with local power outages and this staff rocked it with handling this crowd! Thank you for making our stay awesome!!!

Room was clean and close to the casino. Price was 130 less than the casino as the main reason for staying. Staff was kind during check-in. As negatives, we were placed in room 116 that had equipment (in wall heating/cooling) that has a bad fan that makes a loud noise when it winds down when room reaches temp. I adjusted the sys so the fan ran continously to compensate. The ada shower did not have hot water. I would consider it lukewarm and well below 120 degrees Fahrenheit for both of us. I prefer water cooler than my wife who likes to be scalded, but even for me it was too cool. It was late when we arrived, and only for one night so I didnt ask to change rooms or have them affect repairs. If i were going to stay again, I would request a room on a higher floor to reduce noise (foot traffic all night overhead and we were directly next to the elevators) and ensure water temp and mechanical system operation.

We had a room right below the breakfast area , heard chairs scraping across floor in evening and woken up in the morning at 6 am , no staff notified this upon checking in , asked for a discount , was told couldn’t give because it was booked on line , unacceptable!

The room sound proves is very poor. I hear the others room talking and moving. As special at night would hear more loud sound. My next door talking until 2:30am. Very hard to sleep.

Well we have stayed at the Hampton Inn Oxford for the past several years with us always giving a rating of excellent to the questions asked in their survey. What happened this time was on one of our nights we happened to have loud noises in the room above us and a barking dog across the hall from where we were staying. The important point of stating this dilemma was how quickly the manager handled this situation and both issues were addressed within hours. We were very impressed and happy with the outcome and will most definitely return.

Checking was exceptional. Desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Free hot breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of food. Eating area was very clean. I highly recommend this place!

I was new to this hotel and did not know the layout. The gentleman at the front desk was very business like and signed me in quickly but I got a little annoyed when I had to ask him for a luggage cart, where to park close to the room, where breakfast was served. Finally I realized the main desk was on the second floor and I had to drive down and around to the back of the building to get to the first floor where the room was located. In the room the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the mirror was constantly fogged up. Also the people above us came in late both nights and woke us up stomping and banging around. I called the front desk to complain about the noise but no one answered. The room itself was nice but the TV got every channel except CBS the one channel I wanted. I called the front desk about this problem also and no one answered. Maybe they are just short on staff.

Check in went smoothly. The front desk suggested a pizza place that turned out to be great. We had to get a late check out because our car broke and needed someone to come and get us with a trailer.

This was the fourth year in a row to stay at the Hampton Inn Oxford on my vacation. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the room is very clean and spacious. The free breakfast is great with many different choices. Most importantly the Oxford casino is right across the street. I will certainly stay there again and I highly recommend it to others.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while doing some shopping in North Conway. Selected the hotel for price, since rooms in North Conway were twice the price, it was more cost effective to stay there. The room and hotel were very good. Decent breakfast in the morning. My only reason for not give it a 5* rating is that there is just not much around the hotel itself. You need to drive 7-10 miles to find a restaurant and a lot of those are only open from Wednesday to Sunday. We were there on a Monday/Tuesday. I know that's not the hotel's fault, but it is something to keep in mind when booking. The hotel was clean, quiet and the little interaction we had with staff was quick and professional.

This is a quality property with fair rates and excellent facilities. The staff is responsive and helpful. My only "nit" (and it's subjective) is that the quality of their once memorable breakfast has begun a slow downgrade to that of a more modest accommodation chain. The "chicken sausage" was cold and tough. None of their marvelous home fries (or any other potato item) was offered, nor were there any other meat choices besides the tough chicken. I suppose inflation has taken its toll on operating margins, but I sorely miss their previous wake-up meal offering. Nonetheless I recommend the facility for its quality and cleanliness.

Convenient location directly across from the casino. Check in was quick. Rooms are large. Beds are comfy. Need more vegan, dairy/gluten free choices at breakfast. Cafe Nomad in Norway, Maine has great coffee and food, roughly a 20 minute drive and has a bunch of shops to check out.
