The property is not safe also I got my vehicle scratches everywhere they charge high price They don’t offer any breakfast They have signed everywhere in the garage. Make sure your car is locked and they have security doing nothing also they charge a fee for barking in the property so greedy never staythere anymore.

I did not like that there wasn't enough parking for the registered hotel guests. There was church on Friday night and I had to park out of the hotel parking area. I was told it is a courtesy that the church members use the hotel parking. Unacceptable to me.

This seems like a fairly popular place for social events and the hotel doesn’t make any effort to ensure their parking is available for hotel guests. What a great location! We could walk across the bride to the main street in town for shopping and coffee! The staff was outstanding! Every one of them was cheerful and greeted us with a warm hello. The banquet room was perfect for a small dinner party we attended while there. The lobby was a great place to sit and wait for the girls upstairs to get ready. Lots of comfortable seating areas. We would stay here again for sure!

This is our favorite spot! You can walk to downtown and there is tennis and pickleball right behind you! It is close to Berry College! The hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels around! You can’t beat it for the price!

I had booked a room with a King Size bed and sofa bed as I was travelling with my wife and adult daughter. The room we were given was had only a King size bed. I contacted the front desk and was offered a trundle bed. That would not do for my adult daughter. I was offered another room that did have a King size bed and sofa bed which matched my needs. However this room was adjacent to the building HVAC unit which would start up about every 30 minutes. It was hard to sleep at times and probably would have been better if it was left on all the time. Perhaps if I was told about this I may have looked at other options. Also the water pressure of the shower made it almost unusable. Basically just a trickle at times even with adjusting the shower head.

Check in was easy and fast. Something went wrong with my payment, but the check in lady fixed it super fast. Hotel was very comfortable and I felt safe. My room was so cozy! I also loved the ability to get Starbucks drink downstairs. Took 10 min to walk to the downtown area to pick up my dinner. Looking forward to staying here again.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the property was very clean, the location was convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the Breakfast Bistro that served Starbucks drinks was very nice. If we had had time, I would have loved to go walking on the levy and Riverwalk. Next time. We would stay here again.
