Continental breakfast was fabulous! Tissue and tp were horrible and irritated skin. Pool was overly chlorinated. Difficult to maintain steady temp in room. Extremely hospitable and accommodating.

staff was excellent, beds very comfy, breakfast outstanding- however, the hot tub was anything but hot , barely warm and while we brought it to the staff attention - only the maintenance staff could adjust and they didn't seem to work weekends. Ugh , very disappointing - our family had 5 rooms for the weekend - lots of disappointed customers.

Stayed with kiddos for nearby sporting event. Appreciate the pool, hot tub, good breakfast and comfortable bed! Our kids slept on the pull-out and there was plenty of room for 2 small children. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, but I did not get the room I reserved. Disappointed since I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and pullout sofa. Upon arrival I was given a room with 1 king bed and pull out sofa. Called front desk and got some generic explanation that wasn’t helpful. The only reason I booked at this location was to get the type of room that I was looking for. Disappointed to say the least.

The hotel is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. Had to wait awhile to check in as desk associate was busycwith someone on the phone making a reservation. No restaurants or shopping around property, but it's a convenient location right off the freeway.

Everything and everyone at this property were absolutely amazing! Staff is very friendly! Kory at breakfast needs a special shout out! He got super slammed, but kept a positive fun attitude keeping everyone happy! He went above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rice Lake!
