No había baño en la habitación y no lo especificaba en la reserva. Tras buscarlo tanto nosotr@s como la chica de recepción, tampoco encontró nada y no supo darnos una solución. Nos pedía 125€ más por cambiar la habitación. Una barbaridad. Por otro lado, dejamos el coche en el parking, fueron 30€ las dos noches, y el último día cuando nos íbamos llovía muchísimo. Le pregunté a la misma chica de recepción si había algún ascensor para bajar porque la bajada era al aire libre y me responde:"bueno, para su tipo de habitación no está incluido, pero le voy a dejar pasar porque está lloviendo". Cómo haciéndonos un favor...después de que habíamos pagado 30€ por el servicio de parking... en fin, el personal deja mucho que desear.

You pay for the view which is spectacular. Access to the parking area is via a steep narrow ramp . So if you have a big car or 4x4 be warned . In fairness it does say that in the description. Staff/ owner was lovely and very helpful .

The most expensive hostel I have paid for. A room without a private toilet should not be 200 a night. Also there is no lounge area, service staff, or breakfast area. Our room was like someone’s private bedroom. I will say the location to the city is nice and if you have a sea room, the view would be lovely. That was not our case.

Non buono rapporto qualità prezzo per avere anche un bagno in comune!! . La stanza era molto calda e si affacciava sul retro dell casa e sulla strada. La vista magnifica sulla baia la si poteva vedere dalle stanze davanti o dalle vetrate poste su un salone che era sempre chiuso e quindi non accessibile come area comune! Peccato, si poteva godere di una vista magnifica in relax. La colazione in camera poi non mi è’ sembrata una buona soluzione in quanto la camera era piccola, non esisteva un piano di appoggio libero per appoggiarsi!

Seul bémol sont des pièces comme une sorte de salon ainsi qu’une terrasse qui semble accessible à tout le monde mais qui au final ne le sont pas… il faudrait que ces clichés disparaissent de leur site officiel car déception lorsqu’on le découvre une fois sur place… Attention pentes extrêmement importante pour descendre au parking….

Kamer was netjes en schoon. Wat tegenviel is dat de kamer niet over airco beschikte en alleen een paar ventilators. Hierdoor was het 's nachts behoorlijk warm en het geluid van de ventilators best wel luid. Bij het boeken had ik zelf niet goed op gelet en had daardoor een kamer met een gedeelde badkamer.

Attention c’est une chambre à louer mais pas le service d’un hôtel. Pas de changement de serviettes de toilettes ni de lit fait. Et salle de bain à partager avec 4 chambres. Pas très clair sur le site. Chambre très petite et sans réfrigérateur donc il faisait très chaud et l’eau était chaude dans la carafe … le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur. Le prix est trop cher rapport aux prestations.

No me volvería a quedar, cobran por late check-in algo que nunca había visto en mi fin sitio. Además me avisaron de eso pasado 7 minutos para poderlo cobrar. No hay aire acondicionado, las almohadas son delatadas y súper incómodas, dificultades encontrar alguien en la recepción. Pésima experiencia en todos los sentidos. Les recomiendo buscar cualquier otro lugar

Uitzicht is prachtig. Maar het is een hostal, super gehorig, badkamer die moet delen met 4 andere kamers. Geen airco, tv, wastafel. Om bij het strand te komen moet je 250 treden naar beneden en….weer omhoog!

Uitzicht is prachtig. Maar het is een hostal, super gehorig, badkamer die moet delen met 4 andere kamers. Geen airco, tv, wastafel. Om bij het strand te komen moet je 250 treden naar beneden en….weer omhoog!

Nous avons été surpris de constater que la salle de bains et wc étaient en commun avec 4 chambres, non signalé sur le site parking à payer à notre arrivée alors que rien n'est indiqué a ce sujet aussi chambre sur rue avec ventilateur bruyant au choix ventilateur bruyant ou fenêtre ouverte avec bruit des voitures.... Seul point positif , petit déjeuner

The most expensive hostel I have paid for. A room without a private toilet should not be 200 a night. Also there is no lounge area, service staff, or breakfast area. Our room was like someone’s private bedroom. I will say the location to the city is nice and if you have a sea room, the view would be lovely. That was not our case.

Non buono rapporto qualità prezzo per avere anche un bagno in comune!! . La stanza era molto calda e si affacciava sul retro dell casa e sulla strada. La vista magnifica sulla baia la si poteva vedere dalle stanze davanti o dalle vetrate poste su un salone che era sempre chiuso e quindi non accessibile come area comune! Peccato, si poteva godere di una vista magnifica in relax. La colazione in camera poi non mi è’ sembrata una buona soluzione in quanto la camera era piccola, non esisteva un piano di appoggio libero per appoggiarsi!

We were staying for one night. The stuff of the hotel is very pleasent and agreeable. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Option to have a yoga is grate. Evetything is clean. Recommended. Thanks for making our rest more comfortable.

The worst place to stay in San Sebastián. You have to share the bathroom with 2 other rooms, no air conditioning, the staff service was crazy bad. They don’t understand the concept of hospitality and excellent service to others. It is just a disaster.
