My only complaint was the AC. Maintenance was called and we were told it works by motion or movement which makes no sense because the room was very hot while we were sleeping which woke us up.

The hotel has a great location, which made it very convenient for exploring New York. However, there was a long line at check-in, and we had to wait. The elevators were also quite busy, and we often had to wait in line to use them. On the positive side, we really appreciated the complimentary cookies and water available from the reception every morning. Our room was cleaned every day, and we would like to thank the housekeeping team for their good service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

A/C didn’t really work. Wouldn’t get below 75 in the room no matter what temperature we set it for. Tv didn’t work the whole time we were there, first night was a storm so understandable but after that we stopped by the desk once a day to mention both the a/c and tv not work and they just continued to say “oh we will send someone to look at it” but nothing was ever resolved.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was beautiful. I did have to get my rooms switched due to not having AC, was quickly accommodated on the room switch. Although, we couldn’t get a new room until later that night. Once we got our new room, sadly there were still issues with the room. Lights not working, shower never fully heated up. Small things! The worst thing I truly believe is the elevators! My goodness, they were so so slow, took 5-10 minutes just to catch the elevator to go down to the lobby. Truly is a good spot for a hotel, close to good restaurants and touristy spots.
