The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive.

Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel. Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals. Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families.

Overall a fantastic 2 night stay at the Lodge. It had that resort vibe to it especially coming from the hustle and bustle of central HK. You can appreciate all the details of the hotel a lot more. The pool was great and they had life jackets and inflatable rings for the kids. There is a good range of food options, thats why we chose this hotel as our young girls wouldn't eat enough to justify a buffet. We had dinner at Dragon Wind the first night. Although on the expensive side we were impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The Disney custard buns were a nice dessert treat. We also tried the cafe and we enjoyed the Mickey waffles. The cafe also sells things like fruit salad, milk and range of snacks etc which was convenient. The hotel is also walking distance to the Disney Hollywood Hotel. The surrounds and gardens of the hotel are nicely designed and we enjoyed a morning walk. (just remember to bug spray!) The shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was also very convenient. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

The Disney property is impeccable, as with all things Disney. Reception and foyer are very clean with a welcoming fresh scent in the air. Rooms are very large and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and the amenities are good. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quality cotton, although the extremely firm latex type pillows are quite uncomfortable - often leaving us with stiff necks in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to parks is comfortable and runs very regularly - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in either direction. Food and drinks are very expensive in all of the dining options. All in all a lovely experience and we'll definitely return.

Convenient to Disneyland as there’s complimentary shuttle bus. The staffs were helpful in answering enquiries. We enjoyed the pool and Disneyland shop for last minute gift shopping. Hotel is well decorated and clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay except that we came home with bed bugs bites. The bed bugs were from the window sitting sofa in the room and it left us with 2 weeks of discomfort and scarring. :(

This hotel was well worth the price. We stayed at the end of September for 2 nights. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and spacious. We ate at the buffet breakfast and it has a large selection of western and Asian cusine. Is a bit pricy for children who do not eat much food. However when on holidays you expect to eat out a majority of the time. We stayed in a Seaview room and I recommend this. Was a lovely view. The room in general is quite spacious. Love all the small details in the room and the furnishings/artwork. Definitely utilise the Disney shuttle bus. The humidity makes walking to Disneyland unbearable. Again we travelled at the end of September. It is worth purchasing small hand held fans especially if you are with small children or simply not used to the humidity.

This is the nicest of the 3 Disney hotels. Really beautifully themed. So clean. Pleasant 15 minute walk to main gate of park. Staff at front desk were really unhelpful for English speaking guests. She seemed frustrated that I wasn’t understanding her but most of the info is online. The HUGE downside is dining. Bring plenty of food with you or lots of money. Pizza 50USD Beer 12USD Coke 10USD Breakfast buffet 60USD I loved my stay here but the staff and crazy food prices brought the experience down for me.

We loved our stay at Explorers Lodge. Quality and service comparable to the higher end resorts in Orlando, like a hybrid of Polynesian and Animal kingdom resorts. The buffet brunch served an amazing breakfast character experience reminiscent of Story Teller’s in California Grand. The valet were excellent (Rick and Tim). They gave helpful tips for taxi and sightseeing in greater Hong Kong. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend as a layover hotel for HKG. Loved it!

our stay here is very exceptional. very nice staff and helpful staff. There was just a language barrier with the front desk officer. She said i will just be informed of the room number but nothing came so after almost an hour, i went to a male front desk officer and ask for our room and number and its was already available. Overall, it was very memorable stay. we will recommend and hopefully visit again

This hotel was well worth the price. We stayed at the end of September for 2 nights. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and spacious. This is a beautiful resort and the room was spacious enough for a family of 4. The shuttle service to Disneyland and MTR was very convenient. Food is very expensive ($60 AUD for a Margherita pizza) and there’s no convenience stores nearby. I recommend taking the MTR to Tung Chung for reasonably priced dining options. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great value for money if you'd visit Disney. the rate is even cheaper than some other hotels on the HK island and it is super convenient to disney itself. Everything else is pretty good as well. The only downside is without leaving the property you cant really get much other food options so you will need to rely mostly on hotel/ park meals which are generally ok but overpriced as usual

Excellent stay at this hotel. Wonderful staff. The rooms contained things that really make a difference, such as free bottled water and slippers, amenities kit, wash cloths, mini fridge, and chargers for electronics (very handy if you leave yours at home). The only negative is the cost of the food. It is ridiculously overpriced (ditto the Disney park), and there aren't any restaurants or shops nearby for other options.
