Hampton Inn Easley

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. However the air in the room was broken. It was really hot and humid. They did change our room the second night. The last day there the elevator was broken

Although there is refurbishment work being carried out at the moment, this hotel is still one of the best ones in the area, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a good choice of breakfast. Ideally located for access to the I85, local shopping and sightseeing.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff that was helpful with suggestions as to where to go. Also, they printed out a map for me to helmet to the airport. The pool was clean and refreshing-used it everyday!

We booked this hotel for a 1-night stay on a Clemson football game day. The hotel was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. It was in a safe area and there are plenty of fast food/quick service restaurants nearby. I loved that the rooms have a modern feel and look like they’ve been recently renovated with new furniture and art. Everything was very clean - especially the bedding and the bathrooms, which is something I take note of. They also have nice shampoo/body wash/lotion in the bathroom. I requested that my two rooms were close to each other and the hotel staff was able to make that happen, which was wonderful for my family! Thank you to the Easley Hampton Inn for our great Clemson football weekend!

Great property. Newly renovated. Loved everything about it

There is construction going on at the property, wasn’t made aware of it by Expedia. On the upside we were put in a New Updated room

Although there is extensive refurbishment going on at the property, they are still managing to keep everywhere clean, tidy and comfortable. A well located hotel with an excellent staff.

The room was clean but it looked like the hallways had not been vacuumed much. There were unsupervised children in the pool.

Room in good condition though the noisy people above us sounded like they were bowling at 2 AM. Wish we would have known the hotel is under construction. Why didn't Hotels.com have that notice listed? The noise was loud, there was very limited breakfast, etc. Next time I will check to see if the hotel is doing remodeling before staying. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew it was under construction.

White dog hair EVERYWHERE. The prior guest must have had a dog that shed. I wear a lot of black clothing bcz of my job and my clothes were covered in white dog hair. The hair also made my guest and I very itchy. Didn’t realize what was going on til the last day of our stay

When I arrived at the property, there were three or four employees smoking just outside the front door. There were a few insects noted on the floor just inside the door of my room and hairs not belonging to me in the shower . The mattress protector was ripped which prevents it from doing its job. When positive item was the young man at the desk was extremely kind and professional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was good except there was clumps of hair on the floor and hair in the shower/bathroom.

Nice stay! They were having some TV issues but we had our iPad so just used it. They were very nice and said they would give us some points for the issue

Rooms are very spacious and clean beds were comfy and clean overall good choice we will stay again

The heat in our room did not work but the hotel staff were quick to check it out and find us a room across the hall. Overall great stay. Would stay here again.

Everything was good. The only minor thing was that the tub didn’t drain fast enough during a shower in the morning so it built up some water in the tub where you were standing. It is likely slightly clogged since it’s a shower drain. Easy fix for them. Everything else from linens to the room to the staff was great. Would use again definitely.

No internet or TV Staff said it was dispute between Hampton and Spectrum, effected the customer !

The tub didn’t drain..the beds were uncomfortable, there was hardly any breakfast they were remodeling. I wasn’t told that before I booked the stay. The room wasn’t cleaned we had to ask for new towels, then we were given 2. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

On Friday, 3/14/2025 we confirmed our handicap room with the necessary roll in shower with safety bars before our arrival on Saturday, 3/15/2025. We arrived to the Hampton Inn in Easley, SC around 9:30pm and we were first told our room was given away because they were overbooked. When we asked to speak to a manager, was told there was no manager on site and that the manager would not be in till Monday. When we further complained about not having a handicap room suddenly the manager was on the phone. The manager then said that the handicap room we reserved had a "mechanically problem" and that they only had a "standard king room" with no handicap bars in the shower. We were also told that another patron with reservations did not have a room. The front desk person also had a note of our confirmation of the handicap room on Friday, 3/14/2025. No one from the hotel notified us ahead of time that the specific type of room we reserved a month and a half ago was not available, there were severe storms heading to the area and we were not going to have any where to stay for the night until we further complained to the manager, refused to leave, and continued attempts to give us a "standard king size room" without safety bars in the shower, finally the manager found a room at another hotel. We had to drive 30min out of our away to another hotel for a handicap room with safety bars in the shower.

I checked in around 10:30pm. Unfortunately, the clerk at the desk could only offer a room with a king bed on 2nd floor. I reserved a two queen bed, 1st floor, near the exit room. I made reservation over 5 weeks ago and paid for the room at that time. Also, she had to pull out instructions on how to enter my credit card in the system. It took over 15 minutes to check in and I was the only person in lobby at that time of night. I don’t know why she was having such difficulty. Next, the bedding smelled bad. It was like a musty body odor. The pillows smelled too. The pillows were too flat even though there were 4 pillows I couldn’t prop my head up. The comforter was scratchy and stinky. It may be time to get new, fresh linens. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this was not the best. Not sure I will come back to this hotel when I visit family.

I was so blessed by my stay at Hampton Inn Easley. Chance at the front desk was such a gift, and provided incredible service. So professional, responsive, and considerate of all hotel guests. He truly made a short visit a beautiful stay. Thank you so much, Hampton Inn Easley and Chance, so grateful for a wonderful stay. If I am in Easley again, Hampton Inn Easley will be at the top of my list.

The lady gave me a key to someone else’s room. It took at least three tries to get it right with me carrying heavy bags.

Chance checked us in and was helpful and pleasant. He went over the top in greeting us and being friendly!

This is a beautiful hotel and my room was very accommodating and comfortable. I found the front desk gentleman to be a very helpful fellow, Chance. Hotel is in a very safe area, plenty of lighting, parking right in the front and it was just a short walk to eateries, a steak house and a taco place I believe (I didn’t get a good look). Conveniently located right in between Powdersville and Easley, which is very convenient to Greenville, a top 10 downtown city in the US. Just a few miles away. All in all, I would definitely stay again when in the area. Beds were very heavenly!

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Try clean and front desk was super nice and friendly. Everything was comfortable except for the usual disappointing hotel pillows. But expected that so we brought our own anyway. Location was very convenient and easy to get to with 2 great restaurants right next door.

It was very pleasant and everyone was very cordial and welcoming. The facility was very clean an had pleasant decor. And was very close to good restaurants.

This hotel is in a good location with restaurants you can walk to. Very welcoming staff, good breakfast and comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Easley on multiple trips when visiting family in the area. It is convenient and located near a variety of restaurants. It's clean, the staff is courteous and the free hot breakfast is generally good for a simple quick option versus a local restaurant. As of February 2023 they accept pets (with a fee) which is great as previously I had to choose lesser quality places when traveling with my dog.

Great welcome by hotel staff and a few cold bottled waters on our arrival which was extra nice. Love staying here, convenient location.

Ever since Covid, it seems like the breakfasts have been minimal and unappealing.
