Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was not pleasant. There were several issues with cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and customer service. The room was dusty and did not appear to be properly cleaned. The fridge and freezer were dirty, and the freezer contained frozen, blood-like residue/ice, which was very unpleasant. The bedsheets had stains and not as clean as expected. The curtains were old, dusty, dirty, and had large torn sections. The furnitures were old and worn out, almost like it was from the Middle Ages, and some parts were broken. One cabinet/drawer was broken and unstable, which was a safety concern, especially with young children. We reported it, and a staff member tried to put it back, but it fell two or three times. It was eventually positioned so it would stay upright, but it was still broken and not properly repaired. The toilet seat was also broken. We contacted reception several times, but nobody came to fix it. On the first day, our room key card was not activated correctly, so we could not open the door and had to return to reception. Although it was fixed, the staff member did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience and acted as though nothing had happened. A simple apology and better communication would have been appreciated. The breakfast was generally acceptable, although the eggs did not taste good. The outdoor pool was not usable, and the indoor pool room was extremely warm and uncomfortable.

Very good value for price. The shower is absolete, no hand helded shower head which 8s useful with kids. Otherwise, good place to put your head on a pillow.

Stayed 1 night

Our room was clean but extremely damp and smelled strongly of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. Breakfast was decent but the room was extremely crowded, a larger space would be better for more comfortable seating for all guests having breakfast. The pool was nice and the pool temperature was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
