El Spa excelente!!

Furchtbar laut, die Fenster sind fast nicht vorhanden. Aus den Abflüssen stinkt es. Die Zimmer sind keine 5 Stern eher gute 3 Sterne. Zwei Aufzüge wo gerade mal 3 Personen Platz haben und man ewig lange daruf warten muss. Im großen und ganzen sehr enttäuschend für diesen Preis und nie ein 5 Sterne Hotel, 3 Sterne wären hier mehr wie genug.

Hotel yeni ve çok temiz, personel çok iyi ilgileniyor

The property is located on a very busy street so you hear car noise and honking all through the night. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even after requesting it and turning on the cleaning light. Had to ask for towel change and ended up getting towels with wholes in them. Shower had no door so water spilled every where and no fan either so it stayed moist and smelled like cigarette smoke. You could even smell cigarette smoke at breakfast as employees smoked right outside the lobby door. Would not recommend this place.

Great place to stay! Staff were respectful and very helpful, hotel was clean, close to shopping malls in walking distance and breakfast was great. It was worth the money! 10 out of 10!

Bu temizlikle alaklı olan kısım perdeyi açtığımda duvar boşluğuyla karşılaştım 4. Katta oda -4 gibiydi korktum bir kadın olarak korktum . Odada durup dururken sürekli elektrik kesildi. Açıkçası ağzımdan burnumdan geldi seyahat. Hayatımda da ilk defa uğraşıp böyle bi yorum yazıyorum ki gitmeyin diye

Overall the hotel was pretty but the room provided had windows leading to a walls, the mini fridge was not working, the taxi men provided by the hotel was extremely rude and mistreated me on my arrival.

The room is small

very narrow room with window opening onto a shaft and bathroom difficult to access. In short, the reality does not correspond in any way to the images on the reservation site

We had a wonderful time . The Staff was very friendly.

The Hotel is amazingly comfortable and the staff are super friendly, accommodating and helpful. 5* Location is central and easily accessible to everything.

There was always someone at reception who could speak English, help with my needs and answer my questions.

My entire experience with this trip has been nothing short of horrible from the moment I arrived. I had booked a transfer directly from the airport through the hotel and had even reminded them before my flight, expecting clear instructions upon landing. However, none were provided. I spent 45 minutes looking for the driver at the airport, only to end up having to take a taxi at my own expense. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist apologized and admitted that it was the hotel’s fault for not providing the necessary instructions. I was then shown to my room, but when I tried to lock the door, it wouldn’t close properly. I was told that there was no handyman available, but someone would be sent to take a look. The bellboy who came to fix it tried, but the lock still didn’t work. As a lone female traveler, I felt unsafe in a room where I couldn’t lock the door. I requested a different room, but was told none were available and I would have to make do. I checked online, and to my surprise, there were rooms available, but they were all priced much higher than the one I had booked. At this point, I was frustrated and decided to check out and find alternative accommodation. When I went to checkout, the hotel staff assured me that Expedia would resolve the issue since I had booked through them. However, Expedia has been unable to get in touch with the hotel to demand a refund, leaving me out of pocket and with no resolution. I have received no service that was promised to

Personal poco amable, tuve un problema con mi reserva y no se tomaron el tiempo siquiera en estudiar el caso. Simplemente me dijeron que es lo que hay. Me quede en otro más sencillo y la atención fue de primera y el personal atento y amable. No lo recomiendo

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma. Speciellt restaurantpersonalen samt Zoha som frågade alltid om vi brhövde någonting. Bra jobbat
