The grounds and pool were very well maintained. The small apt was nice. Staff is great here! We will be returning!

The property is clean , safe, Quiet, staff friendly, I didn’t get any warm water in my tap for a shower, and the bed was a little too hard , I didn’t like the entrance to the property if it’s improved I would visit again

La dama que atiende en recepcion EXTREMADAMENTE AMABLE realmente ella es la parte buena de este conjunto. Una mujer muy atenta, respetuosa y la verdad que Gracias Gracias a ella por toda la ayuda y una calidad humana increible durante mi estadia. Ahora acera de El condominio: No es como luce en las fotos. En mi opinion se ve un poco deteriorado, la habitacion que me toco cada vez que usaba el secador los brakers se bajaban y se iba la luz. Realmente un poco decepcionada.

I am not sure how Expedia rated this place excellent or a VIP … this is no more than a 2 star condo/ hotel and that’s pushing it. The only good thing about this place was the lady at the front desk… super sweet lady willing to help. The AC did not work properly, the water pressure was super low and either comes out cold or very hot ,( no medium), broken tiles, floor stains, stains on the towels, if you see the shower, in person you will be wearing sandals at all times, the pool was dirty… this place needs to be upgraded a lot to start calling it VIP or Excellent to stay.

I loved the grounds around the apartments. They've tried hard to make it look like a little oasis. What I didn't like was that there was no dish soap and no hot water in any sink. There was hot water to shower, but no hot water anywhere else. It seems like there is no way the dishes could be properly cleaned without hot water??

Bed very uncomfortable and pillows , very little water in the shower . It was clean and close to everything that was good . Last day the lady that cleans . Was bagging on my door opening it not even 10:20 am I found that very disrespectful.

Achei bem sujo. Havia cabelo pelo banheiro e areia na cama, sinalizando que os lençóis não haviam sido trocados. Como a recepção só está disponível durante a semana, só trocaram os lençóis na segunda. No armário da cozinha havia restos de açúcar. O apartamento é desconfortável, não tem um móvel para guardar roupas, apenas quatro cabides plásticos. A limpeza acontece só uma vez por semana. A cozinha é um cubículo e falta a porta do congelador da geladeira. A cafeteira estava com a alça quebrada, o que era um risco. O apartamento em si não é ruim, mas não foi pensado para estadas na praia. A única comodidade é um varal compartilhado entre todos os apartamentos. Fica longe de tudo, o que não foi problema, pois alugamos um carro. Jamais me hospedaria lá novamente.

The whole experience was positive, clean room very comfortable bed and quiet, one of the pillows was very hard but just a simple request at the front office and that was corrected. Would definitely consider it again.

The bed and pillows were very hard making sleep very uncomfortable. Don’t know if the facility offers options. I asked for a roll out bed up on arrival but never received it. Otherwise the place was clean and modern. The staff was responsive

The only good thing about this place was the lady at the front desk… super sweet lady willing to help. La chambre était très propre le personnel vu seulement a l'arrivée était très courtois. Le seule bémols c'est les fournitures dans la chambre pas de placard aucune place pour les vêtements..on a pris spécialement un studio avec cuisinette seulement la vaisselle étaient très très ancienne la poele et le chaudrons étaient sale collant et vieux. Pas de savon a piur laver la vaisselle bref on a pas pu cuisiner a notre convenance..

Local entegra um excelente atendimento desde a reserva , até o checkout. Tranquilo, calmo e com privacidade.. oferece um ambiente para descanso , próximo a supermercados , aeroporto e principais vias de acesso para turismo. Destaco o atendimento da recepção, que nos auxiliou em tudo necessário, MARAVILHOSA.

Hello guys when are ready to visit Aruba this is your best place. You are 12 minutes away from Hyatt and 10 minutes away from the airport best service and affordable I’m coming back again

This property was good for this price point. It is located near a local neighborhood but I found the locals extremely welcoming and never felt unsafe.

Perfect for what we needed. Felt safe and secluded. 10/10 would stay again

My wife and I recently stayed at your property, aqua clara from 19 to 26 January 2025, and we were pleased with many aspects of our stay, including the location to places, cleanliness of the room or the courteous staff. However, I regret to inform you of an issue we encountered during our visit. When booking our stay through Expedia, we were explicitly informed that breakfast was included as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that breakfast was not offered, which caused inconvenience for us during our stay. The availability of breakfast was a key factor in our decision to book at your hotel, and we had planned our mornings accordingly. Not having this service disrupted our plans and led to unexpected additional expenses. Given that the breakfast was part of the advertised package, we kindly request compensation for this shortfall.
