The hotel was under construction, the elevators didn't work and there was no hot water.

Broken TV never fixed from 6:30 pm till next day check out. Melted plastic on bathroom walls. Pool; lite shade of brown unusable. Cigg butts everywhere with pot smell all around. If my car wasn't being repaired I would have left.

No elevator or pool (I don’t think either will be open in the foreseeable future). Room had a bed with clean sheets and running water. Was by no means extravagant, but it was good for a budget hotel stay on Gameday! TV had basic cable that got sports networks. If you want room service, this isn’t the spot for you. If you need a place to stay that isn’t $600 for a night and is close to the stadium you’re going to have a great time. There is space for a blow up mattress as well.

The place was very dirty and run down. The air conditioner did not work. There was no trash can in the room. The swimming pool was dark green with algae. My room key only worked 1 day when i was staying there two nights. The other guests were very loud at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi did not work. The credit card system was down when i checked in. I paid cash at their request and was not given a receipt. Then my credit card was charged twice for the stay on top of that. The rates were very high considering the condition of the hotel. I did not have the ability to transfer because all the hotels were full because it was graduation weekend. The hotel was a big drawback of the trip.

The WiFi wasn’t working during the whole stay . There were definitely bugs the whole time. The bed was not comfortable at all

to start our reservation was denied and i had to purchase another room on the 4th floor my self and my wife are in our upper 60's and the elevator was broken. we got to our room and it was bare no fridge no phone no coffee maker not even a chair and the bed was supposed to be king and it was full they said this was the last room available. the bath tube was so filthy i refused to even step into it, we woke up the next morning at 4:30 i looked out side and there were only 3 cars in the parking spaces they were very rude and then the only ice maker in the motel was broken down. when we went to bed pulled down the sheets and there was a poop stain on the sheet. we had to sleep on the top of the bed.

To put it bluntly, it was the worst motel that I had ever stayed at. I arrived Friday evening shortly before midnight, and at that late hour, the property was very noisy and raucous. I travel very frequently, and it is the first time in my life (traveling 30+ nights a year and having visited all 50 states and 30+ countries) where I have felt unsafe at a hotel. Among other things, it seemed to be a hotbed of prostitution. This particular hotel is 4 stories tall, and the elevator was out of order and there was no sign indicating as such. Upon entering my originally assigned room, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The bed was unmade and trash cans were overflowing. When I reported this to the front desk, I was reassigned to another room in the far corner of the property. on the 4th floor. However, upon arriving in that room, there were no sheets on the bed, pillows, towels, cups for water, etc. Additionally, given the dust that had accumulated on the bathroom baseboards and the cobwebs in the windows, I'm thinking it had been months if not years since anyone stayed in that room. I eventually received sheets, towels, pillows, and cups, but never had pillowcases for the pillows. The TV also was missing a remote and was non-functional. . I have stayed at other Motel 6 properties happily, but this property failed to meet the standards I have for Motel 6.

Roach infested. Broken TV brought up to staff, said they’d send the maintenance guy. He never came. Elevator expired by 2 years

Not sure how the local health dept could allow this to be open. A lot of trash in courtyard including poop. The pool was filled with leaves and trash in water. The elevator stunk and had markings of dropped sticky fluid substance.the room had a mini fridge outside the door. The curtain did not fit window, light came in all the time. The smoke detector was ripped apart, with wires hanging. Shower light did not work, toilet seat was worn where more than 1/4 of seat was pressed wood.I only stayed long enough to contact a friend and made arraignments to stay elsewhere. The window at front desk had signs of NO REFUnDS. Not sure why your company keeps sending guests to this dump. I will think hard about using your service again.

Have to try to get a refund because they told us the elevator was not working and my wife is immobile and can’t use the stairs to the 3rd floor. Hopefully Expedia will refund.

Dirtiest place I've ever seen. Your deposit will not be returned until they check your room, you need to return to the office *in person*... and wait. And the office closed at night...nobody to call when my TV wouldn't work. Unbelievably bad experience, but nothing else available in the area. Two empty shampoo bottles, no bath mat.

This place scared me. I did not stay there. It is dirty , nasty, squatters in rooms, trash am human waste everywhere. I book close to 30 hotel stay a year. I dont need much: clean bed , tv, internet , and hot water. I have stayed in some scetchy places but the Loyalty Inn in TLH actually scared me. I felt like I needed a battery of anti diseases shots so I wouldn’t fall to influenza. This place needs to be condemned

The worst room we've ever stayed in, was half painted with holes in the bathroom wall, smelled bad, tiny bed and broken toilet seat. Didn't go near the shower. Couldn't wait to get out of there, so left at 6:00 AM. Actually considered sleeping in the car, but had already paid for it before we saw it. It was a terrible room. Loyalty Inn should be embarrassed.

Awful. Room was gross, beat up. Roaches and ants present. Comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. Very loud.

This property is infested with roaches. My room had multiple walking on the floor, walls and AC unit. Do not stay here not even for one night.

This is the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The bar to hang your clothes on was rusted; the bathroom was dirt. the toilet seat was spotty; the curtains were only attached on either end of the bar and drooped in the middle. There was trash along the stairs.

Hole in wall mold everywhere Stinky would not ever stay there again!

I never saw a hotel as filthy as this one. Yellow-stained wet sheets. They offered another room, which was even worse. Filthy bathrooms

Place is dirty, unsafe unsanitary roach infested filled with mold, cracks in the wall of concrete, and garbage cans overflowing.

For over $200 we got a room with peeling paint, a hole in the wall stuffed with toilet paper, a bed with one pillow, a night stand, a two drawer dresser with very small tv, a bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper. We’re glad we were staying for only one night and will never stay here again.

The property is very run down and super dirty. I never since any place that dirty in my life and we travel alot every years. The blanket has gigantic hold they still let customers use it. Bathroom don't even have paper roll holder. Dirt everywhere in room even on the furniture. Broken mirror lay on the ground without hang up. The toilet is so brown like poop all over. The bath tube are pill off and change color to orange. The double beds was booked for 4 peoples. They only offer 2 pillows. All the sheets are so old. Basically, look like a homeless place for over $200/ night. The motel is not safe at all. When my family and I come back to sleep has guys there keep ask me and even ask for what room I was in and tried to follow me. The door lock is not sucure as the door not even close right. 1 kick all it need. I have kids with me and hard to find a place to stay during FSU family reunion and Football week. 1st time there and never again. Also, during check in so many other people came to complain about the dirtiness. The staff is not polite. They just want your money and not want or willing to help. There are sign they put up everywhere in the lobby state that once you checkin there are no refund. You didn't know the condition of the room till you checkin. What a joke.

Had to wait 30 mins in order to check in and when get in room had no TV so told office and was told they would get Me one and I never did....

The bed was probably the worst bed in history. It reminds me of something you would find on the side of the road that someone threw away!! No TV although one was promised. Needed a lightbulb in one of the over the bed lights, never got one.

Old mattresses and furniture were abandoned right next to the room’s door. A couple of spiders were visible around the furniture and trash as well. AC was working but the unit was missing the entire cover. I could see the hose, the water and this is just the beginning. There was paint splattered all around the floor, TV has dangerous placed on top of a table without a stand. Restroom door did not close, checked and the hinge on the bottom was missing. There was no shower curtain and I couldn’t find the tv remote anywhere. Complete false advertisement! I went to the front desk to ask for a refund or to get another room in better conditions. We were offered another room but it was just as bad as the first option. Long story short we had to leave the hotel without getting a refund (total payed $61.63) Therefore, I am reaching out to you expedia to see if anything can be done to get a full refund.

Stains on walls and sheets. No light in bathroom.

The room was falling apart, the safety lock was broken and I felt unsafe. The room and worse the bathroom severely smell of cigarette (needed my ventolin inhaler to manage). Only towels for one guest when we booked for two and then were told more towels were in the dryer at 8pm and wouldn’t be dry for 2 hours. Altercations outside the building all night, requiring police to be present. Worst night sleep in the past six months of travel, left at 5am. Should have checked out and got a refund and stayed elsewhere but it felt like that would have been harder than just dealing with it

Put on 4th floor even though elevator didn’t work. Had to walk up 4 floors. Hard for a 77 year old person. Room air conditioner did have any control knobs to adjust temp. Had to unplug it from the wall because it was on full blast with cold air. TV remote didn’t work. This place is a dump. Will never stay again. The only thing good about it was the young black girl working check ins on Saturday at 12:30pm. She was great.

when we arrive at midnight to room which was 218, the toilet was cloth up, if we flush everyrbing came back up and shower head was linking everywhere, people goong crazu and screaming all night long

My recent stay at Loyalty Inn was very uncomfortable. The furniture and black tape it, 1 set of old towels which were very thin(worn out), the blanket had a odd smell to it, I could hear my neighbors going to the bathroom, couple of holes in wall by the bed where somone tried to patch up, there was no light fixtures or bulbs in some of fixtures and no ice bucket to get ice.

My stay was great from the time I checked in to the time I left. The you g lady at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed in my room and what wasn't there she made sure it was. I didn't get a chance to catch her name but she was great! Define tlt recommend!!

Booked my stay from hotels.com at 12:50pm and got a confirmation number. showed up at 11pm (check in is til 2am). Lady at the front rest said we do not accept bookings from any third party website including hotels.com WHICH IS BS! Website says exactly how many rooms there are. They said the hotel was fully booked and I am not in the system. I had to walk 1 hour to the only hotel with a room available. Absolutely terrible service

The staff are amazing

When I arrived at the property the manager didn't have my reservation and didn't try to make it right. The staff was rude to Expedia staff also. I'm waiting on a refund for the total cost.

they didn't let me in because I arrived after 8pm. it;s insane! I paid for my room and because I arrived after 8pm the front desk was closed and I had to chose another hotel. What a shame!

Payed on hotels app only to arrive and be told that they don't see my reservation and that I will be refunded through hotels.com and wasn't. Still yet to receive my refund motel is a joke.

Couldn't check in. Sign was posted to the door to call for check in. Called mutliple times and no one answered or even call me back.Ended up leaving amd having to find somewhere else to stay. Don't waste your time. It's also next to the strip club which probably explains alot. Terrible!!

We were lied to, we paid for the stay, we got there and there was no room available for us! Didn’t get a refund either, fighting for it! They sell a room and don’t have it, just wrong!!!!

When I arrived, I was told I could not check in until 8:30 pm, even though I reserved the room at 5pm. I come back to them telling me they have no information and no room. I wasn’t the only one this happened to. Then EVERY guest had to wait for rooms because they were still cleaning. Then after cleaning I see pictures of moldy sheets, another lady asking why there is no toilet seat on her toilet. It was not a great experience. I actually did not stay here at all, I demanded a refund and went and luckily found a different hotel. I will NEVER suggest staying at this hotel.. all you heard from the staff is: give me a minute. After sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours.. that minute NEVER CAME.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The area was kind of sketchy. There was a homeless camp right behind the property in the woods and people dumpster diving. However, they were in the middle of remodeling.

Shops are close buy. Went to a cigar shop that was 2 miles away.

the property was dirty, homeless people outside, sketchy. I could not stay there with my daughter. There were stains on the blankets, one pillow per bed, dingy towels, a wall that looked unfinished and dingy to. This is not worth paying for and i had to go get another room. This was not a safe enviroment so i left.

A no go pulled in the property and pulled right back out!! Only looked like a few rooms was available, seen jays walking around (crack heads) I was the only visitor on the property not one other car, was way to sketchy for me

Prostitutes and drug dealers in parking lot. Room was not ready so they called during diner and said get here in 30 min or we will give your room away and no refund. Total cestpool. Why is this on Hotels.com? Worst hotel on the planet.

They didn't have my room ready at check-in. I had to wait a few hours for them to get the room ready. Only reason I got a room is because another couple gave up their room. The room is in shambles. Holes in the walls. Bathroom not cleaned. Room was awful! Pool hasn't been cleaned in years. There's a weird substance on the TV. Do not get room here!!! This is an extended stay for hookers, dope boys, and people on hard times. I was stuck here because there were no other rooms in the area because of graduations. I here for my son's graduation and this sucks. The pictures are false advertisement. The place is a dump!!!!
