Great location off I-75 for getting through Atlanta. Room was nice and clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hallways and elevator were in fair condition.

We stayed here during a volleyball tournament at the nearby LakePoints. It was in walking distance with sidewalks. Room was very clean, roomy with the small kitchen area too. The indoor pool was nice and warm for the kids to play in. The breakfast was always ready prior to start time and very good. Nearby fast food Taco Bell, Chic Fil A and Starbucks were all excellent when we grabbed it. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are an athlete’s family attending LakePoint tournaments.

The service at the front desk was great. However we didn’t have anyone come clean the room between Thursday and Sunday. The lobby area smelt like body odor. In general this place needs to be cleaned up.

We had decent beds and breakfast. There was immediate musty/ mold smell in room when walking in. A few little spots in shower area, under cushions of couch (pullout bed area), on a lamp cover, and mostly in air unit. I would of had a perfect review and stay if there was no mold.

Our stay was just a one night stop on our drive from Florida to Tennessee. The room was big enough to fit and sleep the 6 of us it had a kitchenette in it. Be a good place to stay if you need room and was staying in the area and wanted to fix food in you room. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty good for hotel food. No complaints from our group

This was an extremely functional room with a small kitchenette, sink, small refrigerator, microwave and cabinets. Everything was clean and convenient and price was very reasonable. I will look for MainStay Suites for future travels.

A very nice comfortable bed is my most important part of any stay. These beds were comfortable and cozy. The receptionist was very accommodating. The breakfast was ok… i missed having toast. Recommend requesting a room on the side of the road not near the truck stop. I give it excellent reviews.

This place was the best. Dawn was great too. We had an issue with our TV and she was most accommodating, to the point she was willing to change our room. It didn't come to that. Dawn even let us get treats for our trouble. The breakfast was awesome too. I can't say enough about this Hotel it was really home away from home.

My only complaint is that when I checked in, my card was charged for the full amount, and then two more separate charges for the nightly rate. So the check- in withheld double the original amount for the room. They are telling me the “extra” charge will fall off of my account in a few days, but until then I do not have access to that money. It is extremely frustrating that no one can make it right for several “business days”.

This property was very clean and looked exactly as described. Breakfast was nice and everything was fully stocked. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and right down the street from Lakepoint Sports, which was why we were there. Check in/out was fast and simple. Pool area was nice and clean, would’ve been super nice to have a hot tub tho! All together, for the price, i would definitely stay here again.

Kudos to the Duty Manager, Fred, for his outstanding customer service (I’m a retired hotel exec, and would hire him in a heartbeat!). The food service employees were courteous and working hard to meet guest needs (kids in house for sporting event, so good chaos management). The facilities are in need of a renovation, but the bed and pillows were comfy and the kitchenette, very handy. The breakfast is plentiful. This is a very good budget motel.

Overall the room was clean. Floors were a little sticky from the cleaner - you could see the spray marks and could smell the cleaner so confident it was cleaned. Breakfast was good but could use more variation. Add bacon or grits. I would stay again if I’m the area.
