The property is in a great location, and the kitchen is well equipped. The cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the maintenance man was very rude and unprofessional, which negatively affected our experience. The mattress should also be replaced, as it is very uncomfortable. Overall, the property is convenient, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is in a VERY good location. It's walking distance from everywhere (beach, restaurantes, supermarkets, etc). Rotem was very helpful if we needed something. Our room was very nice, the bathroom door didn't really closed so you were in the bathroom and all of a sudden the bathroom door opens. The Wi-Fi didn't worked, there was no wifi the whole time we were there. Besides that, the hotel is really nice, I'd stay there if I go back :)

I had a really lovely stay. The owners were friendly, and always willing to help. The property was kept very clean, and I felt safe throughout my time there. The pool area is comfortable, with good loungers and chairs to relax on. The room was pleasant, though the shower could benefit from a small update, and having a few more options for hanging clothes would be useful. A bedside lamp would also be a nice touch. The location was excellent, with the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. That said, Santa Teresa doesn’t always have sidewalks or street lighting, and in some areas I didn’t love walking along the road with passing traffic and ATVs — especially in spots without streetlights. This is more of a general issue in town, not something related to the accommodation. Overall, I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed my stay.
