Arrived late so was very tired had to wait 20 mins to check in, bar was shutting around 10.30 and no late bar for residents not even for room service for food or drinks. Room was very nice though

Great hotel with a great location. Great facilities including gym, bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant overlook the marina, which itself has great bars and restaurants. Room has a king size bed overlooking the marina. The only complaint being the fan in the bathroom was not working. Highly recommend.

On arrival in the evening there was no parking bay available, on enquiring in the hotel we were told by the manager to use an overflow car park a distance from the building. On arriving at the overflow car park found it was barriered and locked. Returned to hotel and spoke to another, manager, who suggested we park in one of the disabled slots as they are owned by the hotel. Unsure why this was not an option when we first arrived as on site parking is available according to their advert!

Staff were very friendly, and provided an excellent welcome and service. There was no water in the room apart from the water from the tap in the bathroom, bottled water would have been nice. The bedding was clean, however the room could've been cleaner, as there was dust on the table and the glass doors had fingerprints. There was a stain on the floor, and skirting board and wall were marked. All in all very happy, but some small areas could've been better, for the price.

4 star rated hotel but definately lacking in customer service when something goes wrong. Was allocated room with dirty bedsheets, and reception offered to refund breakfast for the inconvenience but never happened. Also the £1 deposit charged at the time of booking which is meant to be refunded also didn’t happen. Impossible to get through to someone after checkout. Restaurant food also overpriced for quality of food.

We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very comfortable and quiet with a view of the marina. Unfortunately, there was a pool of water in the bottom of the wardrobe(previous residents had not emptied the iron) which we didn’t notice so had some soggy shoes in the morning. We had tried to phone the hotel before we checked in but no-one answered. The bar area was extremely busy and very noisy- the high ceilings magnified noise so we decided to have a quiet drink elsewhere. Breakfast was standard buffet fayre with mediocre machine coffee. There were chips on the floor and food on the chair from the previous evening and despite being very quiet at the time we ate, no plates were cleared until we were about to leave. Overall summary- ok value for money modern hotel but nothing special and we are unlikely to return

Check in was excellent. We were an hour early and room was ready so no waiting around. Receptionist was so helpful and friendly. Great lounge/bar area. We had a king size double. Spotlessly clean, great bath and shower. Housekeepers were so helpful and friendly.Nice view of harbour from room. Both nights had evening meal - excellent service, food to die for. Also promoting local welsh products. Staff very helpful and friendly. Yet again nice views from restaurant. Car park opposite hotel was great and free of charge.Check out was so easy and receptionist was again very polite, friendly and helpful. Area around hotel includes a few cafes and restaurants. Great base for exploring Pembrokeshire. Would highly recommend.

We paid extra for marina view with balcony and it was worth it, we were very lucky to have beautiful sunny weather and it was so relaxing watching the boats coming and going on the water from our room and balcony, room was very spacious and clean, couldn't fault the hotel, the only down side was the noise at night coming from a boat moored outside the hotel that seemed to be pumping all through the night which disturbed our sleep quite a bit so not the restful sleep we had hoped for therefore dropped a star

Room was nice. Bed comfy. Good tea/coffee facilities. Iron and board provided. Safe available. The kettle button wouldnt klick down so i had to tie it on with phone charger cable round it. The TV was really annoying - its a Hotel info system and tv together. A decent Samsung TV but didnt have freeveiw and only a handfull of channels. I DO NOT LIKE my hotel choosing what i watch.

Lovely stay; used to live near Milford Haven and saw many changes. Very comfortable room and any small glitches were quickly sorted out. Wi-Fi is an issue for you and I guess this affects TV reception …clearly work in progress. All the staff, without exception, were cheerful and hospitable -thank you

Fabulous apart from an over officious receptionist who tried the charge us twice for the room and was unhelpful when our ordered newspaper didn’t arrive. A training issue probably. All other staff were really excellent.

Friendly helpful Reception staff ..room was small but nice waterfront view, had travelled 4 hours getting in the shower to find shower gel/shampoo and conditioner dispensers completely empty, tried had wash dispenser to find empty. Dinner was nice but the atmosphere was soul-less. Breakfast was intermittent with food being brought from the kitchen in dribs and drabs cold mushrooms and waited on for 20 mins on poached eggs which were inedible (uncooked) The one member of staff said it was a new chef although our second morning was not much better.

The reception demand a security deposit of £50. You do not get a receipt of acknowledgement of the payment. The printer is broken (my first and second visit) so an email receipt will be sent to you email later. 1. The rate charged is mor than agreed at the time of booking. 2. There is no mention of the security deposit on the receipt. 3. Will I be given a refund as I did not charge anything to the room, and the receipt does not acknowledge they have the money. Very unhappy with the financial aspect of this hotel.

The hotel is fine and has nice views overlooking the marina. My issue was with the check-in process. I was told there was no single room available, as i had booked and confirmed, so they would upgrade me to a family room. I was not told that this would incur an extra charge. It was only after i checked out that i realised i had been charged £20 extra for the room. I did send an email asking for an explanation and a follow up reminder but have since not heard from their customer service which i find pretty poor. Not what i expected from the Celtic Manor group!

Checking and check out was very slow both times they were not behind desk ring the bell and still now one at least 10 minutes then had to get someone from restaurant to call/find receptionist when she comes no apologies for waiting straight asking how can she help.

Fantastic location on Milford Haven marina and easy enough to find. The car park is just across the road from the hotel. The view of the marina/waterfront from both our room and the restaurant was lovely. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner is excellent. The rooms are bijou but perfectly comfortable. The hotel staff are a real asset to the company as they are all very helpful and friendly.

We had a nice two day stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well appointed, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is close by but not onsite which was confusing at first. The area around the hotel is pleasant and walkable, but I wouldn’t say it is a tourist town. There are a number of attractions and fantastic beaches you can drive to nearby, we were really taken with Freshwater West. The restaurants nearby were very good.

This is a nice hotel but over priced for what and where it is. Cashing in on tourists. Very limited restaurant and bar menu food not cooked to what was asked. Staff very friendly. That was the best part. Would only stay again if prices were more reasonable.

Very nice hotel. Our room had lovely view. Great bar and cocktails. I would say 3* plus. Only negatives were lack of “continental” options at breakfast and slow to respond to request when soap/shampoo ran out.
