We stayed for one night, family of four. We had plenty of space in our room. The beds were comfortable. The only concern was the room was very stuffy. They did provide with two fans. One worked well, and the other one didn’t work that well. The room itself was clean as in bathroom and bedding, but the carpet needed some cleaning. There was a convenient store with some restaurants in it. There were very convenient and walkable from the hotel. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Had quite a wait for check-in. Got our room upgraded which we were very happy about. However, despite requesting a twin room and messaging the hotel to ensure that our room had two beds, we were given a one bed room. Found a broken acrylic fingernail on the floor, and the cups in the room were dirty (couldn’t tell if it was blood or lipstick on them 🙈). Also the remote control didn’t work, due to being missing a battery. Also felt the dining room was grubby and the chairs were stained. On the plus side, breakfast was very good and there was a separate section for gluten-free breakfast options.

Booked room not available, no bed for child, no towels. Room not cleaned. Food average. Restaurant service poor. Spoke to Duty Manager twice but issues raised not resolved. Great location but seems to be no management checking on staff. Standards dropped considerably since we last stayed there. Book a different hotel.
